Our vehicle had been stolen and totalled out by our insurance so we needed to find a reliable vehicle at an affordable price quickly. Looked at a 2013 Chrysler 300 that was salvaged due to front end damage in a collision. They assured me that everything was fixed perfectly and the car was in great shape now. Took to to my mechanic and he told me to run away from the car & dealership. The oil pan was leaking, there were wires cut, harnesses missing, and there was still major frame damage that had not been repaired. Possibly the sketchiest part is that they use spray foam over the frame pieces they welded back together during the frame repair which makes it impossible to gauge the quality of work that was done. Very sketchy - if you are looking at a car from this place do not give them a penny without taking it to a trusted mechanic first.

Hands down the best used car buying experience weve ever had. They made us feel amazing from the time we spoke to them on the phone to actually walking into the dealership. Being we were buying a previously salvaged car we werent sure what all that entailed but the owner went above and beyond to explain to us in detail as well as showed us pictures of the damage which was minor. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE! Very sketchy and unprofessional, bought a car from here and in a minimum of two days the car was in a non drive-able state. We took the car to a mechanic and they told us it was nearly impossible for us to have done something wrong for it not to work anymore. (The car had something wrong with the engine) they had managed to cover up all the problems the car had! We went back to see if they could fix it and he had agreed to fix it. The same day I get a text saying he won’t be able to fix it. PLEASE try to prevent them from scamming more people!

I bought a 2010 Cadillac DTS, was told it had new tires and a good battery, minimal issues. Purchased Feburary 21st, as of today I have replaced the front engine mounts, the wheel and hub bearings, and had to have all but 1 of the tires patched, plus I just got told the battery is bad and Ive purchased a new one. Overall Ive spent $1200 on repairs and theres still $1000 worth of work to be done replacing belts and other small fixes. Im so let down by the lies, I thought I got a good deal but definitely would have offered much less when paying upfront and not even financing it. Dont buy here without taking the vehicle for an inspection first.learn from my mistake.

I just bough my 3rd car from them, a KIA SOUL. just like the others on this one he told me what it needed and the parts he said he would get he did just like the last ones. My sister also has bought 3 cars from them and she to has had a great experience. Just like the KIA I just ask and wait till they find what I like. It is the only place I would recommend. I did take the KIA in to get checked out and the mechanic had just the discrepancys that I was told of by Exclusive.

Long story short, I had talked to a dealer about a certain car they had online and let them know I was stopping by within an hour to look at the car. I get there to find out they decided to close early and they didnt even have the car!

I have purchased two cars from Exclusive Motors in the last two months, a 2006 Chevy Cobalt and a 2005 Ford Focus ZX5. Got good deals on both. The cars were clean, low mileage cars with only a few minor issues that were easily corrected or just ignored and coped with (theyre old cars, what do you expect?!) The owner was happy, I was happy, and that is the basis of a good deal when both parties are satisfied in the end. They were willing to negotiate on the price. Some dealers play hardball and wont budge an inch but both times we settled on a price in just a few minutes. I offered a FAIR (thats the key people, theyre a business with overhead to meet. If you want to get it for free, steal it.) price that was a little lower than I was willing to pay, he countered with an offer that was a bit more than I was willing to pay and we settled in the middle. Thats how it is done. For people that think that they are ripping them off, well, youre probably just being unrealistic about the value of the vehicle. Both times I got the vehicles under NADA. They obviously are dealing on a volume/turnover basis to drive profit, not overpriced inventory.

Wonderful Experience...I bought Chrysler 200.. There was minor issue with passenger side headlight, it was my fault that I did not check it. I bought the car and identified it after 2 days. After going back to the dealership due to experiencing issues with my front bumper after two weeks, there was some miscommunication that caused me to believe I wasn’t going to get any assistance with an issue I didn’t create. However, after going back the problem was handled extremely well and gave me much more relief. They were able to give me different options about ways we can go from there to fix it and identify when the damage was done (which was prior to their ownership). They helped me make a plan and were happy to cooperate with me so I had more knowledge of exactly what was wrong and how each solution would fix it. It was a much better experience than anticipated and can say I have much more confidence and I was more pleased than expected with the customer service I was given. It was very helpful.

I recently bought a 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander for an awesome price. The guys are great, especially Vance, who is such a sweet older gentleman. He was extremely helpful and so polite. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because a week after having the car, it wouldnt start. Turns out the new battery (was bought used from Husker Battery), was too small for the car and had a dead cell. I had to drop $140 on a new one, unfortunately. Otherwise, highly recommend buying a car from here!
