I always do a lot of looking around before buying ANYTHING. I research and check reviews. I was tired of not having my home button so I decided to get a new one, but didnt mind if it was used. So I checked out Certified Cell and went for it. Although I was hoping the prices would be lower as they should considering they have like 4 new models after my iPhone 8- its been doing me just fine. Came in great condition. BUT- the BEST part was the WONDERFUL customer service I was provided by AKOL! He was friendly as soon as I walked in AND helped me switch everything over. After getting home I was trying to enter my fingerprints in the Iphone seven and found that did not work. The store replaced the phone immediately and that one works perfectly. My rating is based on the rapid successful resolution of the problem. The price of the phone was competitive with the Guy in the parking lot and the 30 day warranty beats the Guy in the parking lot.
