Don’t bother looking at the prices on the screens because they charge more than the prices on there and don’t mention it while ordering, also got my order wrong and the staff was kind of rude. Definitely disheartening considering I loved going here but lately it’s been going downhill.

Returned recently.Tried the takoyaki and the onigiriTakoyaki was a 3.75Onigiri was a 4. We had the seaweed. Need to return and try the boba to see if things have changed.This goes from a 3-4 star for me.The reason why I ended with a 3 star was, I didnt finish my drink by the time I got home. I didnt want to. It was ok, but not like some other bubble tea that Ive had recently that was superior.Maybe it was the kind I asked for. It was a jasmine with boba. The jasmine was a bit more bitter and not as fragrant as Id like.Im hoping their other offerings are better, but Im not that inclined to return.The seating area is nice, but service was very average with staff that looked tired and not happy to be there.

Went in and it was quite busy...the staff, however, kept organized and polite and made waiting for our order paletable. Would definitely recommend! Best service at 31st St. location. ( between Farnam and Dodge) The 73rd Street location was a different experience, dealt with rude staff on numerous occasions, wont be back.

So far everything has been fantastic. The boba, the bursting boba, the rice balls, and the curlers have all tasted amazing.

$4.50 for a drink. Service was impeccably slow. They were “sold out” of boba. How is that even possible when this is a boba tea store.Didn’t get the hype. All highly processed sugars and powders, they pored out tea from big jugs, but I wish I knew what was in them though, as everything else here seemed to be processed. Overall, this place was Loads of Sugar, Powder, and syrups. If you think this is anything like Japan, or Taiwan - please, think again - my experience here, compared to actual boba places differs drastically. This is very American, sugary, unhealthy. But all the college kids are here, and line up for 20 minutes just to order.Last,For how much plastic this place uses it would be nice if they’d have Recycling bins. Everything this store produces is plastic? Just recycle instead of trash. ♻️ like actual tea places in Japan and Taiwan, maybe because those country’s care about the environment. :/

I miss this place!!!! Best Boba tea and onigiri ever!Unlike many boba tea shops down South, the tea is usually served less sweet, which I love. However, to sweeten your boba tea, simply ask which teas are the sweeter ones.PS. Im still shocked by how many boba tea places dont serve onigiri or takoyaki.Also theres a nice park and paved walking area (on a hill) outside the shop, at least at the location I went to.

My favorite milk tea in Nebraska, we order 2 for stay there and 2 taro boba for to go no ice because we in lincoln, they make full portion no extra cost,good service and nice people

Restroom has apparently been out of order for over a year...kinda seems like they just dont want people to use it. Which I think is illegal haha.

Thirsty Cafe is one of the most relaxed boba cafes Ive ever been to its in a nice location next to a park the staff is friendly and the menu makes it easy to order

I love this place! Great tasting teas, appetizers available their jelly is shaped (stars & hearts) which was really cute. They get pretty busy, expect to wait a little for your drink during peak times. They have a frequent buyer punch card available.

Great quality of food, drink, and wonderful location. very cool and modern cafe atmosphere with fantastic outdoor garden/walking path right outside to enjoy on good weather. only complaint is theres not really a good full meal option. its more like a light brunch or tea time or studying kind of place.

Cafe food, mmm, very delicious. There was quick and friendly service. The bill was well within reason for the quality. Kinda of like a cafe in Phoenix that I enjoyed.

I have a new-found love for this place! Lines get long so that is an attestment to their delicious bubble tea! Definitely get the large size because after one sip, you wont be able to get enough; its so refreshing! :)

We love Thirst Tea. Our favorites are the coconut bubble milk and taro bubble milk. They are always busy so expect a little bit of a wait but Ive never waited for my order more than ten minutes. Even so, its worth the wait! I have tried a few of their food options a couple of times and those are always delicious and fresh as well! Perfect treat on a hot or cold day as you can try most of them hot, too!

I have been going to Thirst Tea since they first opened. I am lucky to have discovered such an awesome place. Always full of customers, great and friendly staff, awesome drinks, and my favorite bubble tea joint here in the Midwest j have tried so far! Even their food is good!

A large variety of tea selections, a simple food/snack menu and prices are very cheap.They have a lot of tea options from basic/traditional to more modern/out there flavors. Bubble tea as well with a great selection of bobas or jellys. My milk bubble tea was very good and only 3.50 for a regular!They have a small snack menu of Asian foods, probably not enough for a meal, but great as a snack.Service was friendly and quick. Great option for a drink and/or a little snack.

Pretty much love all their teas! So flavorful! It can get busy so you have to be mindful of when you go. I also must day the bathrooms are dirty though. They need to keep it clean.

Nice employees! Good tea (average). NOT clean inside nor outside dining. Kind of gross in that regard. They dont bring any orders to the table. On the pricey side to not offer table delivery.

I love this place!! The staff are super friendly and patient. Ive been coming here for years and the food and drinks are always good. Some boba cafes are expensive but I think that everything at Thirst Tea is reasonably priced. They have tons of choices for boba and food. I love their edamame, onigiri, and fried cruller. Definitely worthy of a 5 star review!

They are super quick, very friendly, have a great card free rewards program. And cheap! I drive from lake Elsinore to temechula for their BoBa because every other shop is expensive and doesent have they friendly workers like thirst tea

Its well worth the average of about $5. And being located in the midtown allows for an ever changing atmosphere influenced by the wide variety of the music played, people working, and customers.

Not only can you earn a free drink, but it also has all the drinks on it!The owner is very humble, and always very kind - never even knew they were the owner until several visits later!Im so used to owners who tend to always show their status to every customer, forgetting those theyve talked with and told on previous visits!However, the owner here is nothing like that! So I really appreciated this and find it downright respectable.Would definitely recommend!!

Great drinks and snacks, cool place to hang out and take in basically the only nice part of midtown crossing.

This is the second time ordering Takoyaki here and both time it has been under cooked. Even after telling the worker to cook it longer this time. I have lived in Hawaii and been to Japan. Its not hard to prepare this dish correctly. Please cook 2-3 minutes longer. Ill be back soon to see if the correction has been made. Thanks in advance.

I love coming in here! There is such a big variety of drinks to try and you can swap most things out if you need to. I know their snacks are limited, but its definitely more of a drink place. I recommend trying something new!

Bad customer service. made my drink wrong, wouldnt refund me OR make me new drink even though they made it WRONG.

My favorite place to get onigiri. Their orange dipping sauce is addicting. They have an impressive selection of boba drinks. I noticed that Thirst Tea is a nice little chill spot for students and attracts a diverse crowd so it is comfortable. In summer they have chess tables outside. I would suggest they offer wet wipes and recyclable plates, straws, cups. Etc. Onigiri can be very messy if you are a 6 year old.

They messed up my drink twice, and refused to remake it. I asked to speak to a manager, they said there wasn’t one in and there was no number to call. the one off 72nd and dodge is way better than this location. plus the workers here have attitude with you for their mess up.

Having spent time in Japan, I can honestly say that this is the best spot in the city to grab authentic Asian style snacks! Oh, and the drinks are fantastic too! There really is no other shop like this in Omaha- definitely worth the time to check it out.

You arent going to find a place as good anywhere nearby, this even competes with San Francisco and compares quite favorably to the original places in Taiwan. The drinks are amazing and the snacks are great and unique. Id highly suggest the 飯糰 and 油條！All this place needs is the ability to customize like youd see in the original bubble tea places in Taiwan (50% sugar, 50% ice, etc.) but even then Id doubt Id change it. If they opened an Asian/Taiwanese bakery they would dominate!

Good menu and product. Service can get slow later in the evening. These drinks are made pretty sweet so you might want to ask for less sweet. I get mine 1/2 sweet and find them perfect.

I love this place. Sometimes it gets so busy that they run out of boba, which is sad. But I also think that speaks to how much they have been growing in the last couple of years. Great products, friendly staff and awesome owners. Good food as well.

Best place in the Omaha area to get your bubble tea. Pick one off the menu tweak it to your own taste they will mix it up for you. Want to try something new for in your bubble tea go ahead and ask him for a sample regular Boba popping Boba and jellies available. Also have snack foods that are good to enjoy as well.

Honestly, I hate tea. Everything about the concept. Then my significant other took me here our first date. This establishment is utterly fantastic! It gets a bit overwhelming at first but the menu is straight forward. I have tried something new every time we visit and its always fantastic and top quality! Recommending to anyone who wants a fantastic drink and experience.

It was lovely! We had ordered three drinks, and we got all three of them in less then 10 minutes! Now, that mightve just been because it wasnt very busy, but it was still nice. they also tasted amazing!

The bench seat reminds me of nasty high school bench seating. Rips and tears and a weird smell.The walls are nasty and are literally disgusting.The cleanliness of this place is not a priority.Tea wasn’t good

And not to mention the staff and owners are so sweet and take their time explaining the different drinks. I have made this a place we frequent and I will never go anywhere else!!!

Love the selection of teas and toppings. Im a huge fan of their Thai milk tea with boba. The rice balls are absolutely to die for, but be prepared to wait another 10 minutes if you order them. Its worth its, as theyre always fresh, but if youre in a rush, maybe skip it. Parking is a little inconvenient here, but its so, so worth it.

Ive been going here at least once a week because I love their teas so much. The staff is always super friendly, too! Theyre busy a lot, and sometimes it can take 10 minutes or more for a drink, but its definitely worth it! I recommend the passionfruit tea with popping boba!
