Overpriced! But the sales people were nice. Sprayed a scent called Changing Weather (or something like that) on my wrist. It smelled more like Changing Diaper! Glad they had a sink with some nice smelling soap samples to wash it off. Everything else smelled in a rang of ok to awesome.

I got so many samples and barely spent any money. I appreciate the samples because now I know I do not like the toothpaste tablets, or the specific face mask I got. However the bar shampoo was amazing and sudsy!!! A 1/4th of the bubble bar made more than enough bubbles for me. And the silky underwear is just so amazing. The employees didnt treat me like a thief (which so many places that offer samples do). They were gracious and super helpful.

The staff are very helpful (okay maybe a little too helpful sometimes) any the products are super fun. I admit, the store smells too strong for me, but its hard to avoid that with open products everywhere. Still, Lush is a must see shop at Village Point.

Waited 40 minutes because apparently they are so hyper safe that it goes beyond even reasonable or understandable with respect to COVID. They include their employees in the number of people allowed in the store. Do you need one employee for every customer? REALLY? Prices are really really expensive too. Probably 3 times as expensive as bath and body works. Wont be shopping here ever again.

Had not a lot of staff to help you find what would work best for you, one was focused on letting more people in when people left (covid) and the other was checking people out. Miss that level of customer service

Every time I visit omaha from two hours away, I always make a stop here. Each time the staff is always friendly, very knowledgeable on their products, and go above and beyond to make my experience great each time. Thank you and keep up the great work!

There are some LUSH bathbombs and butter you cannot have deliver so I take that extra 2 hours to purchase them so they do not melt like they do in the mail (says on site). Always worthy of a trip to just buy a bunch and come back for another round! Fantastic staff that are very informational! Keep it up for being our only one in the state!

Went in to lush it was my favorite store by the way! I have spent a lot of money on this store not that it matters but I used everything from this store. I have a medical reason for not being able to wear the mask! I can not breath and I panic! I wore the masks and I kept it on my face how ever I took it down for a second to compose myself because I was having an attack and one of your staff came up and yelled at me which made me panic even worse! Unfortunately I was told to leave to which I did. Just felt you should know some of your staff are bullying some people and I think it’s truly sad to allow that to happen. Do better please and have a heart for those of us with anxiety over things you have no idea what happened.M

Always glad to find a lush store when we are in a bigger city. Cannot find anything comparable to the solid perfumes you can get here. Staff was very friendly and very clean place. They only let 2 of us in at a time for because of covid. But because of this we got to test sample everything we wanted. Will deffintly be coming back to this location.

I visited this Lush location recently and I can say without a doubt they have the best COVID response procedures I’ve seen at any store (not Lush, but other retailers). They had a limit of 2 customers inside the store and had anyone entering wash their hands and also would provide samples and package any product for you upon request. I didn’t know, but they also will take call in orders and bring products to your vehicle As someone with anxiety, going out in public during COVID is a nightmare and I try to avoid it but wanting to treat myself and support a business I love, I felt comfortable and confident entering Lush and will continue to be a supportive customer of theirs in the future.

This was my first time ever shopping at a Lush and it was AHHHMAZING!!! Helpful friendly staff and lots of amazing products to choose from. They are a bit pricey for every day use so they would have to be a special treat for me and my girls. The bath bombs are beautiful and make your bath so relaxing. I also like their other products such as the bubbles bars, shampoo bars, and their facial and skin products. Lush items will definitely be on our Christmas lists this year.

The ladies at this lush are always fantastic, and able to direct us to the best products for our skin needs.

Heaven on earth. Wonderful products. Most people know LUSH as bath bombs, but their skin and hair care is unreal. Staff is super friendly, Brittany (sorry dont know how you spell it!) is a BAMF and has given me all sorts of recommendations that are now my essentials. Love it love it love it!

Stopped into the Lush store last week for a few gift items. The ladies were helpful! The gifts were a huge hit. Only negative was the parking was a bit far for me. They were really busy!

I bought a shampoo bar and a conditioning bar online from the lush website. It came pretty fast, but there was some plastic in the wrapping. Anyway. I tried them, and though they act like regular shampoo (the conditioning bar did nothing at all) both had a really really strong unpleasant odor. I tried to endure it for a bit, but it was stinking up the house. When I found that I was dreading even entering the bathroom, and kept the door closed just to avoid a whiff, I decided to contact lush. They made me feel like I was trying to cheat them from the get go. Then they asked me to send back the pieces of soap. I agreed, not realizing they are located in Canada. The shipment cost over ten US dollars, and it has taken them weeks to recognize they even got the bars. Bars, which they will not be able to use anyway, because, you know, they are already used. I may get a refund on the original purchase, but I haven’t gotten it yet. These bars are some of the most expensive “less waste” product on the market, and their customer service sucks. The product was terrible. All in all I wasted time and money on them. I’ve bought from other vendors before, and I’ll be going back to them. I hope somebody learns from this, and avoids them.

I stopped in to this location a few weeks ago with my sister. I was talking to her about how I’m not the best with self care since I’ve had my baby. Marissa, an employee, overheard our conversation. My baby was in my arms and she went out of the way to make sure I took home some samples and showed me how they worked. She questioned me about my favorite qualities, what I would enjoy most, etc.. She got me a sample and then asked if she could give me a gift. She brought me back a full size exfoliating bar, which she paid for. She then encouraged me to take care of myself. After having my first baby, this meant the world to me. So thank you Marissa! This location should be proud to have an employee like her.

To the sales lady with short blonde hair & glasses, let customers at least walk in the door before you start hounding them & showing them products! I love your enthusiasm but at least least let people shop a little before you start shoving tons of lotions & bath bombs in their faces. Being shown tons of products all at once can be a little overwhelming & will send me & my girlfriends right down the street to Bath & Body Works....which it did.

Always a good experience when I go there! I love all the products and smells inside the store. I have never left disappointed or without something new I was interested in seeing. I love the charity pot the most because it’s proceeds go straight to charitys and the product is great. If you have someone you need a gift for that is impossible to pick something for, just buy a gift box (I do it when they say they want nothing because anyone would enjoy some pampering products!)

The staff make this shoppe great. I had such a good experience, and walked out with my favorite soap and shampoo bar, plus a new moisturizer after a fun demo. Love the selection, everything smells so good! The worst part is having to stick to my budget!

This place is always busy when I visit, and for good reason. I love their Angels on Bare Skin face wash. Also love the eco friendly options (package free hair care).

The employees at this Lush are so friendly and helpful. As others have mentioned, they answered all my questions and didnt over push to make me feel like i had to buy something. They also hooked me up with samples that ended up working great for my skin. I wish i had gotten the name of the woman who helped me- she really is a gem and I hope they keep up the wonderful customer service.

I love this place. Almost everything smells nice. A lot of the earthy vegan products I cant handle bc it makes me sick. But they dont have too much of that. Everyone is nice and helpful. Amazing staff. Got to have all products! My new addiction :)

I’ve used super expensive stuff on my face & nothing seemed to give my face the moisture I was looking for without breaking it out & making it oily. The manager helped me for an hour trying different moisturizers, face masks, toners, etc. I got the celestial moisturizer & a few scrubs & face masks & my skin is literally glowing! The staff really makes time to help you find what suits your skin, no matter how long it takes! I probably haven’t had luck with any other brand in the past because they never helped me figure out exactly what I needed! The shop is well kept & everything is amazing! I love this place.

I love LUSH products. The majority of the ones I have tried have worked well and like they said the would. This store branch had a decent selection of the products. Staff did not ask if I needed assistance though or had me try any new products like other LUSH branches I have been to.

LUSH is AMAZING!! I am addicted. I went from using so many different brands of beauty products to just LUSH, and I feel the difference everyday! Yea you might be spending a bit more than you were paying before but your skin will thank you. Not to mention the ultra luxurious baths you can create with the bath bombs and bubble bars LUSH has to offer. The staff makes the experience every time!! All around a great place with a welcoming atmosphere here, one where people are actually wanting to help and educate you!

Ive been there at least a dozen times in the past month. AMAZING staff, super helpful and kind, very knowledgeable about their products. I will always be coming back here, forget the fact I live almost an hour away, this store is worth it.

The shop is cozy and inviting and everything is layed out wonderfully, I asked a worker where an item was and (as a typically anxious person this is rare for me) but I didnt at all feel like I was a hassle they had to deal with. Then when I got to the counter they offered samples which I didnt know they did and they handed me one to match my bath bomb. So to say that this store is wonderful is an understatement. I would most definitely go again when I get a chance.

Always my favorite stop for bath, shower and beauty products!! 💚 I know a lot of people get hung up on the bath bombs, but you should try something new next time youre in. Try a shampoo bar, a lipstick, a solid perfume, a lip scrub or maybe just a shower jelly!! You wont regret it.

It was my first time in a Lush store and the employees were extremely helpful. They helped me figure out with face mask I should used and even showed me how to use it. They answered all my questions and helped make my first experience with Lush very enjoyable. I cant wait to back. The store for sure is a smell sensory overload, but that cant really be helped haha.

I havent been into a Lush store in...probably about 10 years, and I decided to stop in. Kathryn showed me around the store at all the new products and was very informative and helpful. There were several other ladies (whose names I didnt catch, Im sorry!) who were kind enough to answer my questions and demo some bath products for me. It was a great experience, and Id recommend this store for new and returning Lush customers.

Really nice staff but a very small space. The smell once you open the door is overwhelming, but its a nice smell. The few products I bought worked well.

I walked in and two people were helping two other customers. I was never acknowledged and needed assistance. One of the people working could have said they would help me in a few minutes. I wont visit again.

Probably the nicest and most enthusiastic and eccentric staff in Omaha. They were super kind to me and my 3 year old and always very helpful.

Great store! The staff here are super friendly, and the products are awesome. My only complaint that I can think of is how unbelievably crowded the store is! It can be very difficult to get to things you want, and sometimes the cashier lines get to the door. That just goes to show how much of a great place lush is, though! Personally, I think lush might want to either expand their village pointe store or build another lush at somewhere like Westroads Mall, for example.
