Not a very welcoming store. Employees should say hi or something, acknowledge your customers and you might sell something people!

I stopped by this Sephora location after suffering an allergic reaction to the fragrance in a moisturizer I recently tried. The employee greeted me immediately and was able to recommend moisturizers for sensitive skin. She was extremely helpful and friendly throughout my entire visit. In addition, she did an amazing job at following social distancing guidelines and keeping the store clean.

Very good customer service. I was freaked out about the idea of staff and Beth was very patient and understanding and matched the foundation perfectly even without putting it on my face. Ive been here a few times and was helped by Beth and another very helpful, polite lady. Theyre very personable, and not at all pushy.

Not a lot of people who work to help customers

I went here after the horrible customer service at the Westroads location I dealt with. The two ladies (Liz and Krissy?) were very sweet and helpful. The store was very clean and the displays were more spread out, making it very easy to walk around without bumping into other customers or displays.I will definitely be back to this location for future purchases.

Krista was amazing! I came to Sephora on 12/28/2018 when the mall was super busy. She was able to handle helping all of the customers she had and was very helpful and smiling all the time while doing it. I will definitely be back to this store and will recommend to others.

I came in Wed night to return and find a new pallet that worked better for my skin tine. Krystal helped me. It looked like she was by her self. She wasnt busy at all when I first got there and started helping me right away. She was very kind and helpful. Showed me many different choices. She started to get a little busy, she was great at helping everyone else and still making her rounds to check on me. I usually go to the sephora in in shadow lake, but having great customer service I will make the drive to you guys! Thanks so much!!! I give you guys 10 starts!!!

I wish I could give them 0! Megan at the store was beyond rude! I asked for a foundation first thing they didn’t have it then she told me I have this shade and that’s for Fair skin and I’m sure you’re not fair! Gave me a wrong shade of another brand that cakes n my skin vomits it out when oily- this after I told her my skin is very oily! Very rude lady will definitely not go back again!

This location is a joke! They are literally out of just about everything! With apparently no idea if/when they will be restocked. Don’t waste your time, just go to village point!

Plenty of selection, sales staff isnt overly pushy

This sephora is awful.I went in during the morning just wanting to look at foundation. I was greeted by one worker who I told I was just looking and started to browse. Well, she proceeded to ask if I was still doing okay every minute or two when I turned the corner. I could be in the middle of swatching something and shed appear out of nowhere to see if Im finding everything alright. She also hesitated to leave me alone when I was browsing the small clearance section. Being dressed for a brunch date I thought that I didnt look sketchy but even my fiance thought she was following me.By the time the second employee greeted me I was ready to leave. Maybe if this store is busier its not that bad but going here when its dead was a bad idea.I will not return here again. Westroads sephora has friendlier employees and better selection. Over there I can actually check products out without the harassment!

Everytime i go in to this location i have never ever ever ever not even once been greeted by someome. (Im not even exaggerating) ive never been asked if I needed help even as I walk around aimlessly looking for something I couldnt find. Then when I check out didnt even get eye contact or one single word from the girl at the register (again im not even exaggerating she didnt look or speak to me once) honestly, ive never had a good experience at this location and its kind of pathetic.

Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are decent

Ive had so many problems with this location!! They dont have foundation in stock which I drive across town for. Also bought a brush once and they didnt put it in the bag and had to go back and get it! Ill be shopping at Ulta from now on.
