A dear friend of ours had lost the love of her life very unexpectedly and quite swiftly. She has a Pandora Charm Bracelet with a few charms, but we wanted to give her something to remember him by, and make her happy at the same time. We saw a charm on Pandoras website. They didnt have it in stock at their establishment, but the manager called Elisa Ilana, and they had one waiting for us in a matter of moments. BEWARE of purchasing ANYTHING online. They do not ship. We had purchased a Pandora ring online and they sent one and charged us then sent a second one and charged us again days apart. We never got an order confirmation. We called to try to return the second ring from a duplicate order and asked for a return shipping label and never received one. Instead my daughter (16) was yelled at by the president and CEO and called at thief. Nothing could be further from the truth. She is a straight A student, star athlete, and hard working kid that worked to earn the money to buy the ring but didnt earn enough money to afford the duplicate charge or overdraft it caused. After being called a thief the the President Laurie threatened her by letting her know she was going to send her to collections and that the collections company is raunchy. Not a fair way to treat anyone let alone a minor. The store may be fine but they are not a good place for e-commerce due to disorganization. Other reviews will confirm this. We will also be raising this concern with Pandora.

I am disputing this charge with my bank. If you sent the order any way, I will have my mother refuse the shipment.Update: That message was not there when I placed the order. Secondly, you shouldnt enable your site to accept orders while youre inoperative...------------------------Absolutely no communication regarding an online order placed FOUR days ago. Called office eleven times! No one will answer! I notice the telephone number was removed from the site, recently. I only ordered because of all of the great reviews. To take my money without filling the order is outrageous!

Worst experience Ive ever had. I had an elastic bracelet that broke and needed to be restrung. Was given a claim check and advised that it would not be even looked at for a week due to CV19 and would remain in the ziploc bag I placed it in. This I could totally understand. Called two weeks later realizing from the claim check they had my phone # incorrect. In talking inquiring about my bracelet, it turns out they couldnt even find it. Whats the purpose of a claim check if it obviously did no good? Waited another week with the promise that it would be done. At the end of the next week.... again.... they had no idea where it was. After I described the box I had placed it in, they located it almost immediately and fixed it. This bracelet was a keepsake of my son who passed last November. I cant begin to tell you the stress and heartache I went through thinking they had lost my keepsake bracelet in their shop. Never again will I return.

Great customer service. I needed.to exchange a gift I received. Originally from Pandora. Unfortunately pandora is closed. Although the website says they are open and the VM states they are on the phone or assisting customers. So already driving for 6 and a half hoursThen another 25 in order to her to pandora. Here we are a week later (paid extra for shipping) and yet to receive my orders. She took my money and hasn’t even shipped my orders. She refuses to respond to my calls or emails. I found her on facebook and apparently her phones are down since last week and Im not the only unhappy customer:( I just wish she would return my money at this point or return a call or email!!! This is company is so unprofessional the manager Linda is extremely rude I made a purchase on Monday and decided on next day delivery I called on Tuesday to confirm the order the website is extremely cheap looking which was a concern for me it just seemed like a fraudulent company however I proceeded with my transaction they informed me that my order is being processed and I should receive no later then Wednesday we’ll Wednesday I received an email stating that the items I selected is out of stock never have I ever heard of a company that will take a customers money knowing the items was not available not to mention that I was informed on Tuesday that my order was being processed I called the company today Thursday and was yelled at by a male worker that screamed at me that they don’t have the man power to list items as out of stock if they are not available I explained to him that that is not my issue as a customer to worry about how and who they hire this company is full of excuses and unprofessional since when did it become the customers issue to worry about the lack of responsibility from a company I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone I asked Linda for the owners name she yelled and screamed company issues to me and refused to give me the owners name would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IS TRASH

I order something for my sisters Bday and i never received anything on the mail. Very disappointing because i been calling and sending emails and no one is responding my phone calls. I want my money back since i didnt get nothing. It said that they delivered but never got anything 😤
