I called in to ask about a watch I had purchased somewhere else. It was a cheap watch barely worth the horologists time (pun intended). He treated me with respect and answered my questions in the end didnt even charge me. Obviously money is not the only important thing. A fine establishment!

Incredibly knowledgeable, great service, low prices. I had two watches batteries changed, fitted and cleaned fast for $30.

Their website says they are open until 6 pm on weekdays and until 2pm on Saturday. We checked website today to pick up our jewelry. We left work right at 5pm and drove 40 minutes to get there by 6pm only to find a piece of paper taped to the glass saying that they are closed at 5pm until further notice. I guess they cant accommodate for customers with 8 to 5 weekday jobs - nor update their website to alert their customers. I would not recommend Keepsakes if you have a day job. They do good work but they are barely open. Two thumbs down.

I needed a mechanical watch repaired and adjusted. I expected it to be an ordeal, but the guy in the front took it from me and fixed it up while I watched. 15 bucks, 5 minutes in and out. Hes got a little workshop area so you can watch him work which is really interesting.I didnt think they were rude at all. Maybe a little crotchety and overworked, but the guy was happy to answer a bunch of my questions while he worked. Im looking for a competent watchmaker, not a big smile and bubbly personality here. And its a GOOD thing hes in a hurry -- do you really want to leave your expensive timepieces with a watchmaker who doesnt have any other customers?

These folks have worked on a couple different watches for me. They did everything they said they would do, and in a timely manner. They called when the watch was finished on both occasions and the cost was very reasonable. I would go back again.

What a great job they did fixing my antique railroad watch and 2 gold chains. They look like new. I had to search hard for a place that could do both and I would trust Keepsakes Jewelry again anytime.

Walked in to inquire the options for repairing my wifes wedding ring and the jeweler repaired it quickly on the spot at a very fair price. Very friendly, quick service, and will be back for any future purchases. Highly recommend.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR KEEPSAKES HERE!!! They were given explicit engraving instructions on a family wedding server that they didn’t follow and ruined the server just months before our youngest sons wedding. THEY DIDN’T EVEN APOLOGIZE AND STILL CHARGED US!!! They greatly upset the groom and the bride and nearly caused a family rift! The server will now need to re-silvered at an additional cost of $500. If I could give them a negative star I would!!!

I had to replace an heirloom watch given to me from my father. I needed engraving and addition of links to the band. A trusted local jeweler and Rolex retailer recommended me to Keepsakes to perform these repairs.The professional watch repairman dropped what he was doing and assisted me immediately. The charges were very reasonable. I was very pleased with their work.

Ive been in twice now since moving to the area, and I have nothing but good things to say!The first time I was in was to have my wedding band repaired after I cracked it clean through. I got it back in better condition than when I first got them soddered together after I got married! Beautiful craftsmanship! The second time I came in was for some watch repairs, which all came back as good as new! Very quick turnaround, 1 week or less, which is very impressive since I was in for both of these things between Thanksgiving and Christmas.If you need something repaired, go see them!!

Brought my wifes wedding ring that had the main stone coming lose. I went in and they were able to squeeze me in and fix it right away. The diamond no longer wiggles and was only charged about half of what the other stores quoted me. Will definitely come back if I need any more repairs.

I have nothing but good things to say about the people and service at this place! They are very prompt, expertise and what they do, honest, and dependable. I actually had taken a watch back to the place I got it and they saidits still wouldnt hold a charge for the new battery and they were going to send it in for repair. After going to this place for a new clasp on my grandsons gizmo watch, they told me that they work with this brand of watches so I went back and got it. They put a new battery in it and it worked! No further discussion on that. They will be my go to place from now on!
