They have a variety of household items and groceries. The meat counter seemed rather empty and the cashier didn’t provide a welcome or anything of the sort. Found what I was looking for, but probably won’t return to this store.

Every time I stop here. I want to kick myself. There is always one cashier with 10 people in line. You will wait 15 minutes to check out and the manager stands around doing nothing but looking like he doesnt know what to do. The store has cool stuff that you cant get in other stores but its just not worth the wait. Likely the worst run retail operation in the world......Yes, its that bad. I am done shopping here despite the handy location.

My experience at this grocery store was great 👍.

Most of time they have everything I want very fresh produce or you have to search in the bins but you will find fresh stuff

I dont shop here anymore because i bought ground beef it was spoil they meats an juices other things dont have a date on them chips be stale n old some of there chocolate candy be old alot of there foods be old i bought apple juice from there i open it up when i got home it was spoil no good didnt have no date on it someone going to end up sueing them if they dont do better i had my shopping card to pay for items i accidentally left my card at the store went back i ask the lady that check me out did she find a card are seen it she said no this is not a good store to go shop at an they always got one line open an have alot of people waiting they slow. they need to do better either they need a new manager an new workers they horrible i want to give them 0 stars they need to be shutdown for having spoil food an things dont be dated

Its a small neighborhood market If youre looking for a really wide selection not the place youd want to go. The prices are great The staff is very friendly They have a very good pre-made food kitchen area if you are hungry and want to run in for a snack.

The meat counter is always stocked and always nice people around. I drive cross town to get what I need when its time to bbq and show off some delicious cooked food for people

They have great chicken and a very good variety of vegetables. Good stuff there. Reminds me more of a market in that way. Groceries, non perishable are not as abundant, but it worth it for the fresh produce they have available. Pricing is comparable to Bakers. Hope that helps.

Very good. Cause I know my way around the store. But would appreciate if they could get and electronic wheelchair for the ones of us that have problems getting around as I have deterioration of my spine I do use a walker but get very shaky

Although they sell hot food in their deli. Ive never been able to get their attention long enough to buy anything.

Very honest and caring people that work there bilingual language its so great to feel the culture of both lifes no matter how u look at it the employees are the best of the best they take care of the elderly and disabled people as well

Hot food was not very good, the chicken was hard and I couldnt chew the skin because it was to hard

Cashier lady was rude and there is no restroom for customers. If I have to leave to use the bathroom Im not coming back to spend money. In fact i wont be back at all.

Only went here to use the amazon pick up lockers. Ease of use. Quick service. Easy to find. Removes concerns of stolen deliveries on doorstep. Will use this Locker again.

When Im in the area it is the only place to grocery shop the environment and the scenery is excellent the employees are friendly and helpful best place to shop if youre in the area

Prices are ok, soda is a no, beer is eh, food youll get a range you dont find is typical american stores like more latino style seasonings, and sweets at the bakery alot like a paneria, their deli has an awesome deal almost always on enchiladas, and their cooked spicey chicken has its own flavor, its not bad...id go there for it, customer checkout needs staff but eh..overall their good

I love this place! Whenever we’re in the area, my grandma always insists on coming here. I love their fresh tamales and apparently so does everyone else because they always sell out so quickly so if you want some, you have to get there early. I also used get these really good sodas from here. Sadly I can’t remember what they were called but they came in glass bottles. I look forward to visiting again very soon.

For how small this store is they actually have a good variety of items. Its really convenient to downtown, also. The prices are higher than other stores but Spartan-Nash stores always are on the high end, price wise. They keep this location up really well. Its always clean and well stocked. The produce department is excellent and so is the meat department. I dont drink alcohol but when I need to buy some as a gift I always come here. They have a great liquor selection.

Lady was yelling at customers to move out of the lane and use the self service when they dont even know how to use the self serve ..I thought she was really rude yelling so loud At the customers ..this lady was a Caucasian lady usually its a good spot its my neighborhood store that was sad to see

If youre not afraid to try new things then this is a spot to go theres so many different peppers and tortillas and rice and beans and drinks everything looks otherworldly if youve never seen anything Spanish, but by this time in your life if you havent seen Spanish then you missed it. Granted my shopping cart was from another store in the area, but the produce section is amazing. A quick FYI, Cactus taste like green pepper

After standing in a line (only registers opeb🤦🏾‍♀️)for about 15min. Another cashier open register and was very friendly.Id also suggest the social distances sign be written in Spanish also because they dont understand 6feet part.

Did not have what I needed. For a store that carries Hispanic foods, I found 2 out of 6 items. Was directed to a mom and pop store which had 3 out of the 6 items I needed.

Clean store. Everything had a home on there shelves. Did not notice any expired dates on any of the produce I bought there. Kudos supermercado.

Sam is the perfect manager. Always letting me know when pizza rolls will be on sale.

I love the freshness of the veggie s. They also have good spicy chicken, but the lady behind the deli was packaging raw chicken she had on gloves. She stepped over to serve cooked chicken with the same gloves on. Do she know about cross contamination.

Feels just like the supermarkets I visited on my trip to Mexico, with an American twist. Found all my favorite brands and plenty of fun things that are popular south of the border. Great staff and helpful service! Several authentic Mexican drinks available in the deli and one of the stores even makes their own tortillas fresh daily!!

This is a nice grocery store. I like shopping here sometimes. This store is pretty average and quality of some things are poor. Theres nothing horribly whats wrong with this store, just small things that could be improved on a lot.

You can get all grocery items including lots of fruits, vegetables, all fresh.. recently they are updating their item lists including frozen and canned foods

If you ever find your self needing something from the store late at night this is the place to go since all other stores closed early this one closes at 11pm.

Excellent customer service! There was a long line, and Greg in Customer Service saw me waiting and he asked me to come over to the Customer Service line. He went out of his way to help me because he saw I was in a hurry. That really meant a lot to me.

Great place to get all your supermarket items for an authentic Mexican food. Its got items that I havent had in years, from my country. And at reasonable prices. The customer service could be better, but you know....

The hot food in the deli was not fresh, it doesnt open until 10:00am and they already had food sitting out at 8:45am. They made me think that it was open due to all the appetizing looking foods so when I asked for some mac n cheese he told me they could not serve right now. So your gonna let that food sit out for 1hr and 15 minutes? Come on man

I go to this grocery store quite often going to get very irritated when the people working at the checkout time to talk to one another instead of paying attention to what theyre doing with my groceries and push me through where my grocery still sitting on the counter ringing people up when Im not done its very irritating and very rude and putting glass products with cans is just uncalled for need to train your people better all I know is okay

Clean Store but this place gets a 1. The cashier knows me since im there every month. Well usually shes nice and professional but she called me a female instead of a male when I obviously have a male name. Wont be going back.

Huge parking lot. The store was clean but staff not the friendliest. I needed some dry peppers for my homemade enchilada sauce. I can buy just what I need from the bulk bins. I also found Mexican Coca-Cola & it was on sale.

Friendly people

Great product and in general a good selection of products. Dont be nervous because theyre different and not one of the big Midwest chains. They are an full service grocery store. We find the avocados, lines and other produce are cheaper and much more fresh than say Hy-Vee. There is also wife selection of beer, wine and spirits in the south side of the store. Check this place out.
