It was good. We where in on the 24th of December to get supplies to hand out baskets to the homeless on Christmas. They where quite busy. We where there filling shopping carts as full as we could get them. When we where about to get into a line we where asked to go to our own line due to the amount of items we had. Good thing they did because it took almost 45 minutes to ring in our purchase. Customers would been all kinds of upset having to wait for us. While we where at the register the kind lady asked what all this is for and we informed her of what we where gonna do with our kids on Christmas she was overwhelmed and extremely grateful for us doing this. She offered to buy us drinks In appreciation. Ill be going here for the bulk of our supplies every week or so to stalk up. We plan on doing this every month or 2. Glad we went here because most stores wouldnt be this accommodating to Customers.

Stopped by there and went around. It is a good store for buying cheap stationary and packing stuffs. Shelves were stocked but needs improvement in setting things in shelves. Good footfalls. Good staff.

What happened to this store??!! It used to be so clean and inviting. The entrance is filthy! No other word but gross! Looks as if someone puked all over in the entrance. Windows dirty...employees not bothered by influx of customers. Standing there chatting with each other right in front of the carts and customers cannot get to them. Had to say excuse me twice to get them to move. Just wow!

I like to shop there you never know what u find. I get my cleaning supplies from there. And now some stores have frozen and refrigerated foods. You cant go wrong

You may enter for purchasing one or two items. Good luck with that. Thank goodness everything is a buck. Some great buys if you take the time to look. They have great holiday selections for things like 4th of July parties, etc. And if your store has a freezer section...even more awesome finds.Update: the one I go to off of 136th and Q St. has the filthiest glass doors Ive ever seen! I dont touch them with my fingers to enter, they are that dirty. Filthy finger prints, smudges, all over the glass doors, even all the way to the top and bottom of the doors. Disgusting. Whoever is managing that store must not be the brightest or cleanest person. With a global pandemic, or even without, it should be routine that the doors and glass are cleaned every night after closing. Get a clue, Dollar Store manager.2nd update: So I went in today and they have still never been cleaned. And this photo doesnt come close to showing how filthy they are. Corporate should be ashamed.

By far the cleanest dollar Ive ever been in. Clean bathroom also. Nice ladies work the front.

I like the location.But did not like how employees were talking badly about customers (specifically non mask wearing customers).they talk loudly back and forth to each other about non business subjects.they relayed messages to each other over the store intercom. Nice people just very bad customer service skills and lack professionalism. Store was dirty and shelves were not stacked neatly. I would have shopped longer and purchased way more but I found myself rushing and trying to get out of that environment. The employees all wear mask and are familiar with what the store offers and where to find it. I drove past 2 other dollar trees to get to this one because NORMALLY this store is well stocked and in general a very pleasant shopping experience. Which is why I scored this trip to the store a 3. I KNOW they have been better in the past and everyone is allowed to have an off day.

When you watch the $Tree hauls on Youtube and then go to any Nebraska store, the good stuff is never there. Frustrating.

Well I went to the big Dollar tree in Ballard everybodys working hard places pack checking out quick good job today Dollar tree didnt have to wait in line forever appreciate it thank you very much

The manager, Kellen, at this store was extremely rude. I was checking out and one of the employees asked for help as there was a line forming and he yelled from the back room that the customers were just going to have to wait. After a bit he came out and the customers waiting said that that response was unprofessional and he proceeded to argue with the customer. This manager is unprofessional and rude to customers and staff. All other associates were pleasant and apologetic for their managers behavior, which they should have not had to do that at all.

I love the Dollar Tree and have shopped their for years. The last 5-7 times Ive been there, there have been no carts! This has been at 2 locations. I need a cart because I usually buy more than I plan. I cant carry the weight of a basket because of chronic pain. Please get more carts or you may have one less customer.

Can always find some new craft project, always a great deal on every buy. Staff is helpful and very attentive to their customers needs. Clean and organized store, can find everything easily. Dollar Tree generics are the same if not sometimes better than brand name products that cost 4x as much.

I love shopping at Dollar Trees. But this one location is horrible to shop at. Shelves are always messy and empty it seems to not be ran good.. probably needs someone from corporate to check on this location. I have been to all the other locations around town and they are all well organized clean and well ran. 👍🏻

This store looks junkie everytime I go in there. Smh when it first open it was a perfect store but not now.

I was at the location in Millard with my friend, and when it came time to check out there were no employees at any cash registers. We looked around and saw a few standing in an aisle just looking at us, but still talking. After staring at them for a few minutes, one of them walks up really slowly and sighs really loudly so we can hear. My friend only had one item, and the lady remarks big purchase. I wanted to just tell her, oh god you actually have to do your job? Its not this bad at other locations, they need new help at this place.

I walk here from the Post Office/Omaha Passport Center all the time on my lunch break. Everyone is always friendly and nice.

Beware!!!!! They will scan extra items and then not refund you because they have a no cash policy! I was forced to go back and find more items that I didn’t need. Smh...I used to love this location, but they seem to have gone down the drain.

Great stuff and great prices but items were not always neat on the shelves. Many items stacked or stuffed or falling down. Also seemed to be understaffed

What more is there to say? If items that were only a dollar grew on trees, then they would be harvested and taken to dollar tree! If ever there were a tree that grew dollars, I would grow it and take those dollars from my wonderful dollar growing tree to Dollar Tree and exchange my goods for theirs. If youre looking for something that costs more, go to Dollar General.

Cheap stuff when low quality products will work I get them here always allow more time than you expect because they usually only have one cashier and it takes forever to pay

Very good experience the tellers for help and they both came back and help me find what I needed so is a very good experience I would say very very good experience and theyre very good at then registers to now I really appreciate the help and look forward to coming back again when I have a little more time

I love the Dollar Tree there should be more of them they charged a fair price and youll get your moneys worth.

Used to always just go there for cleaning stuff for around the house. Then found out one day some of the locations have a freezer section great opiton to buying things for breakfast or lunch for the work week.

I love this store. Great stuff and nothing cost more than $1.00.

The manager?, young and nice. I even like the cold section, which center st doesnt have! But they cant keep goods on shelf. It seems a lot of empty space. I wish they can put more goods on shelf.

The employees are always very nice and helpful.. it just seems like they never get a full truck in, cuz half of the shelves are empty. I dont like this dollar tree for that reason

Six people without a mask - two of which were employees. The mask mandate and masks required sign on the door are apparently just suggestions. This store is not safe.

Best place to buy all my Christmas wrapping paper and gift bags. They even had cute Christmas gift card boxes and money cards.

I have been to this dollar tree a few times and every time I go they have no carts for people to use, today they had 4 carts filled up with merchandise and they were only about 4 carts for the customers. I call that terrible service and the kid working as cashier was really goofy.

Not enough shopping carts. Only one check out person and line was 6 people long waiting. A couple of cashiers need to work on their personal hygiene. I also dont enjoy cashier whistling the whole time hes checking out my items.

Everything is a dollar, it is like a mini Walmart with nearly everything you need. Food, cleaning supplies, some clothes, personal hygiene items, party supplies, and toys.

It was very cheap here. I bought stuff that could be 1.50 or something. One Complaint: barely any staff.

Got selection not much stuff for A dollar dont understand the name for that reason.

Cashiers are incapable of completing a transaction while chatting with said costumer. Asked to buy my product then exchange quarters for dollars, then ended up using those quarter to complete the transaction. 😡. The quarters belonged to a 12 year old. He felt like they stole his money.
