If I could give zero I would. Worst customer service. EVER! My mom was supposed to have her O2 delivered Monday March 22. Never showed up. My sister has been dealing with this company since that time. Rude costumer service. Berating and belittling to their customers who depend on them for oxygen. Ya know the thing you kind of need to live???? Mom fortunately (unfortunately) got stuck in the hospital getting a pluerex drain placed and can’t come home without oxygen (ya know she might die without it) still as of Friday March 26 no oxygen has been delivered and no word as to when. Lincare might need to review their customer service training and learn how to treat customers, whom depend on them, right. Also be more helpful to family members trying to arrange necessary medical items for their loved ones and take some pressure off of their already full plates. Shame on Lincare and your horrible ratchet customer service.Update. As of March 26, 1610 o2 has been delivered. Thank god my sick mom can come home from the hospital tomorrow.To Gabby, customer care specialist; consider getting a new job. You are as unprofessional as they come. Telling a family member whom is trying to arrange medical needs for their loved ones, to “shut up”. You should be relived of your duties. You are unapologetic and have zero empathy. Moving forward what does my moms o2 needs from this company look like??? As a health care professional, you’re behavior and professionalism is unacceptable. You should be ashamed.

They were magnificent, during the storm this past weekend they came thru in the middle of the night they made sure I had enough oxgyen to last the storm out I cant say enough good things about the they were tremendous!!!!!!

The customer service bounced me around for three days in a row every time I would call. I got placed on long holds and no one had any correct answers. Finally I was informed that I’m covered 100% from my insurance yet each month I’m being billed 55-100 dollars. I ask to be taken off auto pay and ship. September and October rolls around and boom they take out 310 and 345. I call and talk to no less than 21 people about it. Everyone passes me off to different departments. Finally someone says oh you owed money from February. But it was only 55 bucks. So I’m still waiting for my money and if I’m covered 100% why am I paying

WORST LINCARE Facility we’ve ever dealt with. Over the years, being on the road, we’ve had to visit lots of medical supply companies including Lincare and this is by far the worst. The employees are beyond rude and extremely argumentative. They aren’t interested in helping you with your medical needs. They are actually just interested in telling you whatever is going to get you off the phone and out of their hair. My husband has an extreme case of sleep apnea which is very dangerous. He’s already been without his machine for 2 weeks. I was just now able to get an appointment for them to “look at” the machine, today (this is after multiple phone calls and arguing last week) and at 8:18 am their automated system tells you (when you call) that they are currently closed and to call back during regular business hours and it tells you that the business hours are 8am to 5pm M-F. THEN, it tells you that if you need to speak to one of their Answering Service representatives to press 1. After you press 1 it will tell that they are busy helping other customers. You never speak to anyone. This is the exact depiction of what this country has come to. Having a serious medical need isn’t even on people’s agenda for the day and they will get to you when they damn well please. GREAT SERVICE LINCARE!!

They kept charging me after I was off of the oxygen. They also told me when they dropped off my oxygen that I’d only be charged once which turned out to be a lie. They are an untrustworthy business and if you need oxygen I’d go elsewhere.

I cant say that all of my experiences have been great with the Florida based Lincare but the people in Omaha have been the greatest! I would truly like to Thank Jeff the Manager at the Omaha office for going above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and that I got the supplies I needed when I needed them :) You are AMAZING Jeff

I needed my chip read off my CPAP for my DOT physical. But nice gal cant remember her name took it give me three months worth of data and didnt charge me for the information. I dont live in Omaha Nebraska but am truly grateful for the 1st class service I received today . Thanks you made my day 😁

I called to pay a bill of my moms while she was in the hospital. They not only required her permission for me to speak to them about the bill (despite POA), they also gave her a very rude/long lecture about how this was the only time they were going to allow me to speak to them and if she wanted them to do it again she would have to fill out the appropriate paperwork. Suffice it to say, I removed the phone from speaker and left the room and did not pay this bill. This company needs to teach their employees compassion.

I feel horrible for all of these negative reviews. My experience, on 11/21/19, could not have been better. Zach (I hope the spelling is right) was personable, knowledgeable, and answered every question that my wife and I had. I can’t speak for the billing side of things, but I will update this when that happens (whether positive or negative).Update: I don’t expect the delivery/installation person to be exact on how much everything will cost because of different insurances, etc. But when I received the bill and it was about 260% more, I was a bit shocked and felt lied to. Nothing I can do about that, it is what it is. Dropped the rating from 5 stars to 2 because of how inaccurate the estimate was. Heck, the estimate could’ve been 100% off and I’d keep it at 5 stars.

Lin care used to be an open air fun place where they would run diagnostics on your CPAP, have coffee and donuts on occasion and friendlier. Dont know what to expect from them now?

I want to thank Lincare for the great service they have provided my father this summer. He is retired and spends time in Wyoming as well as New Mexico. Lincare staff met him at a truck stop at the intersection of I-25 and I-80 in Cheyenne to trade empty oxygen bottles for full ones. He was pulling a trailer with a car on it, so this was a major convenience compared to navigating the city streets.Then we recently went to a family reunion in Minnesota and Lincare delivered an oxygen generator to his hotel room to help reduce the number of bottles we had to carry in the car for the trip. Thank you for exemplary customer service!

My insurance benefit is 100% paid for durable equipment. Lincare said it was only 80% and that was the industry norm. Blue Cross paid them 100% of my bill but Lincare only applied 80% and KEEP the 20% and turned around and billed me for the 20% even though they were paid 100%. They said if the insurance paid 100% 3 months in a row they would change the billing to match what was being paid. BUT, how many people would have paid the 20%? This is the meaning of unfair, deceptive and misleading policies and behavior. They wouldnt even call insurance company to correct. I had to have Blue Cross call them.

They billed our insurance incorrectly for months. When I called them in September I spent nearly 2 hours on the phone first being told I was wrong, then, when I asked to talk to a supervisor said one wasn’t available, then I was hung up on. Finally got one person who knew what she was doing and pushed through the proper insurance paperwork. However, they continued to bill incorrectly. I can’t ever talk to the same person, been hung up on numerous times and never get to talk to a supervisor despite my multiple demands. Now they are telling me that I owe more than what my insurance says I owe. Do NOT do business with this company. Their billing practices are incredibly suspect and their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with.

Lincare dropped the ball in every sense of the word. After weeks and months of phone calls I was told they didnt file my paper work correctly and I will have to start over with a new sleep study and a new provider. I would not use Lincare again even if I had a choice. I couldnt be more disappointed with a company.

I am new to a bipap device. Since I travel, i wanted to be assured of support on the road. It wont happen in Omaha. When I stated I was from out of town it was like turning the light switch off and slamming the door in my face. First, I had to make an appointment and they were two weeks out. Second, the techs were either out to lunch, then they stated they were out in the field. Third, they had no supplies in which to help me. They just really had determined that they were not going to help me in any manner. I will not in any way do more business with Lincare aka lying care less!

Terrible customer service. Wait on hold. Local office says call 800 number. 800 number says call local office. Called three times to get them to push paperwork thru with insurance. Would definitely NOT recommend.

I didnt think I could find a pharmacy worse than Kohls. I certainly did it when I ran into Lincare. Ive called three times trying to get a nebulizer. The doctor has sent the prescription twice and still, they havent been able to fill. Ive spoken to three different representatives and no one seems able to help. The company is either gigantic with no computers to communicate with each other or very small and theyre just dumb.So, Im going to walgreens where I shouldve started.

I would not recommend this place. I have had to keep calling for anything to get done and even then issues keeping popping up and not with my insurance as it has been verified. It is just with the company. Im going on the end of week three and still not even an appointment. If they hadnt sent it finally to my insurance Id find somewhere else.

12-19-2017 Omaha, Ne - If I could rate them a negative I would. Dont do business with this company. They never return phone calls, sit on paperwork forever. I will never do business with them again. They sat on an order dropped off Friday morning until Tuesday afternoon when I finally drove over to find the paperwork buried on his desk. Who knows how long it would have taken if I hadnt checked. I had called twice durung the day - calls rolled over to answering service, rhey were never returned. I should have checked the reviews on line first. We should have had this item in Friday the same day we gave it to them.

My wife was having problems with her asthma. The doctor prescribed a nebulizer to help her. We walked in 10 minutes before closing and were informed we couldnt be helped even though they are the only one with the medicaid contract. These uncareing people will not be receiving my buisness currently nor in the future. My wife was having problems and they didnt care.

Avoid if possible. I got two clap machines from them beginning in 2000. I got a call from them in January suggesting I need a new one. They told me they would contact the dr. I never heard back. In May, I went to the dr and no one contacted them. Dr wrote a prescription. Didnt hear anything so I called several weeks later. They were waiting for more information (I.e. Sleep study -which they received in 2000). I then did 15--20. Calls to Linacre and dr followed. Sometimes the people at Linacre said they had the info and all is well. The next week they never heard of me. Linacre has very high employee turnover.I finally got frustrated and called dr. They lined me up with a company called focus who actually called me. Two weeks later I had a new replacement cpap. Btw, focus called Linacre about the old unit. Never heard of me

Horrible customer service, most unorganizedCompany i have ever TRIED to work with. Its been 6 months and am still trying to get supplies. Dr keeps saying he sent records they can never find anything and nobody knows what they are doing. Do not try to use this place for C-Pap supplies unless you want to be totally frustrated and wait minths to get them. Then when thwy finally do get it together the supplies have to come from Florida so you have more waiting for clean tubes etc.

Lousy customer service. They have nice people but they are either overworked, untrained of incompetent. If you are not with Medicare I would go with any other supplier. The following is my story: I found I had a problem with Lincare on October 13,2016 when I called to to find out why I hadn’t received any supplies for my mask and to check on when I could get a new style mask. I was told that the warehouse had locked my account because my insurance company had put a hold on payments because they needed additional information. When I talked to Customer Service at my insurance company, AARP Medicare Complete, they said there was no hold on my account and they knew nothing about any hold and that my account was active, current and all payments to Lincare were being made.Called back and was told that they need “face to face” notes. I was going to see my doctor on 11/2/16, so I had no problem with that.December 12, 2016 - Went in to be fitted for a new Deamwear Mask. Found out that the warehouse still had my account locked. They said that it was locked because of a Medicare requirement that they have for “face to face” notes from your doctor during a 30-90-day period after issuing the mask. It was not a problem with the insurance company had, as first told to me. The last notes they had received were from my 8/26/16 meeting which fell a few days short of the 30-day minimum. The had not received any notes from my 11/2/16 meeting. I contacted my doctor’s office and the said they sent they had sent it.January 3, 2017 - Called at about 11Am to check on my mask and was told that the account was still licked because my insurance company wanted an authorization. Called United Health Care and they knew nothing about needing any authorization. When they talked to Lincare they were told that I was not authorized to have a new mask for another two months (Since I didn’t get a mask when I got the new CPAT machine from Lincare, this was not true). Call Lincare about 2 and talked to Stephine (supervisor/manager) who said that she would get the masked shipped directly from the manufacturer.January 13, 2017 - Called Stephanie (supervisor) about 9:43AM to follow up on my 1/3/17 conversation in which she said that she would get my mask sent out. She was not available to take my call, but was told that she would call me back.January 19, 2017 - Called Told them that I received new mask, but not the headgear. They said they would order the headgear. The mask cannot be used without the head gear. My account is still locked.February 3, 2017 - Called around 2:40PM and was told that the account was still blocked, still waiting for face to face notes from Nebraska Medicine (the noes the insurance company maintains it does not need). Talked to Stephanie and she said that she was still waiting for the new headgear (she had ordered new mask incorrectly). She is going to give me old style mask at no charge. I picked it up around 3:30PM.February 13, 2017 - Called around 11:30 AM to check on headgear and was told that Stephanie not available but that she would call me back.February 22, 2017 - No Headgear. No call back.

I received a CPAP machine and associated accessories from Lincare in July of this year. I was not told anything about the replacement of items or how to get them replaced. I have called them several times to no avail and when I spoke with a gentlemen at the facility he actually told me it wasnt necessary to replace masks, hoses, etc. but when I talk to a real RT they say yes and it needs to be replaced often. I would hesitate to use this company.

Poor service with failed promises and unreturned phone calls -- pretty bad when I am a practicing M.D. Maybe they have too much business-- placed an order for my supplies on amazon and will receive my supplies in 48 hours!!
