I have been trying to order a new wheelchair for my mother. The first time I went into the store around late July or August, the man who assisted me behaved as though he was doing me a favor by taking my order. I called to follow up a few weeks later and was told my mother needed a new prescription and I made an appointment with her doctor. Her doctors office sent the prescription in the middle of October when she had a post-hospitalization visit. I called to follow up at the end of October while at her doctors office for a physical. Kubat said they had not received it. I had the doctors office fax the prescription and the visit notes then. I called back the following week and Kubat said they needed the visit notes. I had the doctors office fax them again. I was told that once they have the prescription and visit notes I would just need to provide them with details about my mothers living situation such as the number of stairs. I have been trying to contact them to provide this information and I never get called back, even though I call during open hours. If anyone knows of another place in Omaha that can provide better customer service, please let me know.

I called the Kubat respiratory office last week. My doctor told me that he had spoken to the manager regarding his sleep apnea patients that he refers to the Kubat office. Kubat had assured him that his patients that have recalled machines would receive assistance. When I called, the girl I spoke to sounded like she didnt know what I was talking about. They sold me the machine, and the first answer she said was is it older than 5 years. When I said no, she said sorry theres nothing we can do. I asked if I could buy a different one and her answer was were sold out, sorry, then silence. It was like pulling teeth I had to think of options on my own then ask, ridiculous! She didnt even suggest or refer me to a place that might have one either. Its like talking to a tree when you call the respiratory department, seriously. Youre better off buying online because those stores seem to appreciate a persons business much more. If you havent owned your machine for 5 years and it has a problem, youre out of gas with Kubat, especially if you have Medicare. And they did the same thing to me BEFORE the recall too. The latch on my humidifier broke, and they didnt offer to fix it, or replace it either. So they cant use the recall as an excuse for lack of care or help to customers. All they want to do is sell you a new machine if they can. Also, I looked up their hours for today (Saturday) and it reads theyre open. I called to get information, but I got an after hours emergency operator instead. Why advertise open on Saturdays, but you arent? In looking at other negative reviews they have here, and noticed how they reply ....if you have any other issues, please send an email to us at kubatcareblablabla.com. You see, theyd rather have you complain to them directly, instead of receiving bad reviews here for all to see. Way to go Google reviews! Ill never ever give them any of my business again. Steer clear of Kubat respiratory!

I have been a customer for several years now.Today I was picking up a prescription and a lady named Shauna waited on me. She was very unfriendly, came off as we were putting her out by waiting on us. I can get medication elsewhere but it is the quick matter and kindness of the pharmacists for reasons I have stayed. Maybe she was having a bad day I don’t know but I didn’t care for the attitude. Especially when I’m spending over. $100. I tried to call and discuss with a manager only to be on hold for 13 minutes. Bummed!!! Hopefully she finds another personality to work the front of the store!! Location 42nd street!

Bought a grab bar with suction cups that would not work . It had 3 cups and all 3 would not lineup on tiles it had to be opened to find this out. I wanted my money back they said it is open so there is nothing they could do. If I could give them a worse ranting I would. I guess if you buy it you keep it . They lost a customer today

I spent $300 on cpap mask, headgear, and tube. Tube was wrong but can’t be returned because we couldn’t tell it wouldn’t work until I took it out of the package. I could have bought the same exact thing off Amazon for less than $50. Didn’t find this out until after I went as I was told it had to be matched exactly. Turns out it was all bull so they could get more money. And the guy who helped me was definitely not the friendliest person. Literally just ordered it off Amazon and had no problems. Such an extreme markup for supplies that are needed for someone’s health. I’ll never go back for anything.

Amazing! We seriously cannot say enough good things about every person we encountered through Kubat! They went above and beyond to make sure my dads transition to home went smoothly, even when the rehab facility did not get things in order on time. They treat you like family and thats exactly what we needed!

I just went to Kubats for the first time ever. The selection of medical supplies was fantastic!! But thats all I can say. The gentleman who assisted me was so unfriendly. No eye contact, he acted like I was wasting his time, he explained everything but acted bored to death to be doing it. Somebody needs charm school. Oh, and I wont be back.

Lately, the last year or so counter help is horrible. Dont remember the last time my prescriptions were ready. Called in, sent in by Dr, or used automated phone.....always an excuse. I could wait and waste my time in any pharmacy. Not the pharmacy I was used to.

I believe its the people that make a business worthwhile. I was taught as a young man to treat others using the golden rule, and its been my experience over the past few years that the people at this Kubat Pharmacy do just that.I want to give a warm and heartfelt Thank you to Lana and her coworkers who treat me like family when processing my medications, or when I just call to schedule appointments.Thank you all so much!

Avoid this place, I go there to pick up great aunts meds. Yes, they seem to be nice, however, they dont take the whole covid pandemic serious. In November their entire respiratory department was exposed and had to quarantine. Being a pharmacy, you would think they would take this more serious but they do the bare minimum for their customers, just so they dont get in trouble. Personally knowing and talking with several employees, they do even less for their employees. Since the start of the pandemic theyve had so many cases, amongst their employees because they dont do anything to protect them. when things first started getting bad in March they shut down, and were only doing car side. However they werent making the amounts of money they wanted, so they said screw it. Putting their employees at risk, and if they get sick obviously they have to use their vacation and if your out then to bad. When they have their employee around a person who has the virus, they will not inform that employee of the risk they are possibly going to encounter. All they tell you is to maybe dont get so close. But what do you expect from owners who are followers of the trump cult.

Kind, Efficient, Very Knowledgeable Staff. They cant do enough for you. If they cant answer your question, theyll do the research and call u right back. If you need them to deliver an item out to your car for you....theyll be happy to that too...with a ready smile.

This place is absolutely horrible I needed a new walker so I found one(the one I had the manufacturer discontinued) so I found a new one the staff here told us the handles were adjustable before we decided to go with this one got it ordered and insurance approved and family went to go get it and found out one of the staff members lied to us now the walker is being modified by a family friend so I will be able to use itI will never go back to kubats Healthcare again Mobility center again Im not sure about pharmacy part thoughThis place sucks all aroundThank you

If you need oxygen therapy then I highly recommend Ryan! He is more than helpful; he will do everything he can to help you. I’ve needed O2 for 3 1/2, years now, very difficult journey for me. Ryan has always been there to help, make suggestions, search for answers. I’ve dealt with quite a few Rt’s; this man is outstanding.

Kubat Pharmacy provides AMAZING customer service. We have a need for compounding medications and had originally worked with a different compounding pharmacy in town but moved to Kubat because of their superior customer service. They are EXTREMELY helpful and attentive. Love working with them!!

I tried writing out our entire history but the review is capped with only a certain number of words.... this is the short version.I am very graciously giving them two stars because the first, initial interaction where they set up my new machine went very well. But otherwise....I will start with the first discovery I made after about 12 months...I can buy supplies, the exact same branded supplies, from any one of several different reputable online sources cheaper than I can buy them in their store WITH insurance. Not that its not a lot of money, but the convenience of not having to drive across town to their store is very nice. Buying online I get them shipped right to my house and I am not needlessly feeding the insurance machine and Kubats obviously outrageous OTC prices.They also called me month after month, trying to sell me supplies even after I told them I was buying them elsewhere. I finally had to tell them stop calling me or I will never buy anything from you ever again. And that worked, they finally stopped calling.Then the main issue...Recently, my CPAP machine was making a lot of noise. I called them and was told your machine is 4.5 years old. You are not due for a new until year five... But most of the time they will replace it early if the old unit fails.They recommend I bring it in and they will check it. I set an appointment. While on the phone, I was told I could drop the machine off early and then come back later for my appointment. Thinking it might help them with scheduling efficiency and speed things up, I did just that. But when I showed up, the young lady at the counter looked at me like I was crazy for wanting to drop it off.After a brief conversation she reluctantly took my machine and placed it on the floor behind the counter. I came back two hours later for my appointment and my machine was still sitting exactly where she set it two hours earlier. Aka, my earlier trip in, to help save everyone time, was a complete waste of time.I overlook that and patiently wait for the tech. A guy comes out and grabs the machine. He exchanges pleasantries and then walks off. He goes in back for about 7 minutes and comes back out. He tells me the machine is fine, it just needed a new filter. The guy obviously never even plugged it in and if he did, he obviously didnt let it build pressure or he would have noticed it sounded like a blow dryer.Everyone was nice, but I felt as if they completely ignored everything I said and was just going through the motions.Realizing I also just wasted my second trip, I took the machine home and kept using it for lack of a better option. Three weeks later the machine completely failed and it wouldnt build pressure at all.I call Kubat to see what they have to say.I was told, the unit is 4.5 years old. We can send it in for repair and rent you a unit until your unit is fixed (at my expense) or until I am due for a new unit (6 months)This is obviously very different than what I was told just a few short weeks before.Confused, I told them Id think about it. I proceeded to call my insurance company and ask them if they would make an exception and replace the unit early (like Kubat told me they would)...My insurance company told me sure... and then they started digging for the original claim. After a few confusing minutes, he told me I never got a unit through them. (I forgot that I switched insurance providers about three years ago). Since I never got a machine from them, I would be eligible for a brand new set up immediately.Basically... Kubat did nothing to head this problem off early when they inspected the unit and then did zero due diligence once the machine failed... They never even looked into getting the unit replaced... Or looked into my insurance. They just went straight to getting it repaired and/or renting me another machine.I would have thrown away hundreds of dollars fixing and/or renting a machine for absolutely no reason. And for that reason... on top of the ridiculous prices, I switched hardware providers.

We get all our prescriptions here and love the family-friendly service. We always feel welcome. I also started getting all my vitamins and supplements from Kubats. My doctor recommended it because they offer pharmacy-grade supplements that are easier for your body to absorb.

The staff at Kubat Pharmacy always go above and beyond to help make my experience easier. The last time I was sick, my doctor wasnt able to call in my prescription until later in the day (when I would not be able to pick it up). One of the pharmacists was nice enough to drop it off personally on his way home! I was so grateful he went the extra mile and will always be filling my medications at Kubat Pharmacy.

My doctor wrote a prescription for me and sent it to an out of state pharmacy. After almost 2 months of dealing with that pharmacy, the prescription still wasnt filled. My doctor then said to try Kubat Pharmacy as she had good luck. Within an hour, I had instructions on who I needed to contact and what I needed to do. I called and spoke to Shelley, who was amazing! She got everything ordered for me and said it would be overnighted to me the next day. She also helped to sign me up for a prescription benefit card which helps with the costs of my co-pays. The other insurance company never even gave me that option. Since then, every time Ive called to get a refill, everyone has been over the top nice and helpful!! In its day, it was a good medication pharmacy. As a supplier of medical supplies, my experience is not favorable. The service in the store is slow, not too friendly, and often lacks any sense of urgency.I’ve wanted my cpap supplies set up on auto order so I dont have to keep setting up reminders for me to manage that process.Kubats recently hired a 3rd party vendor to do just that. I went through the process of a lengthy phone call to get it set up. And was told my supplies would be shipped soon.I still don’t have supplies, and it’s been weeks. I’m searching for a new source for supplies. In this area, I’m sure I will have better luck finding an online company. I’m sad this local business is unable to provide the customer service and follow through needed.
