This is my favorite spot for ice cream. I come here often and all the employees are always so nice to me. The only reason I gave two stars and not five is that I’m consistently asking the employees to wear gloves before touching my food. According to your food handlers permit you have to wash your hands and put on gloves before touching food every time.

Great ice cream, great staff, and fair prices. The shop has been around since I was a kid and could use a good deep cleaning other than that no complaints!

This location needs a remodel, a mop and possibly a new freezer. My Ice cream was served already starting to melt. It’s hot outside but not that hot. Had no where to sit because every table and bench was filthy. We won’t be returning

The ice cream was good, but a little melted. The bad thing is that none of the employees were wearing gloves and they had their bare hands all over the ice cream. This is gross and unsanitary even if there wasnt a global pandemic. Inside was also dirty.

I com to this location pretty frequently, however my last experience changed my mind. Also my friend called this location to place and order since she doesn’t use doorDash, they told her there were too many people to take orders. I ended up going in for her and this location was out of cash back…. This is a business isn’t it??? Lol I think I’ll go to cold stone or Dairy Queen from now on

Basically said they could only put ice cream into a cup for us. They were out of cones, milk and bananas. Definitely take this off your list of places to get ice cream.

Its ice cream at Baskin-Robbins, so its hard to get less than 5 stars for us. We enjoy the options (and still only choose a variation of chocolate). It is a small space, so not ideal for social distancing. Everyone would get their ice cream and go outside. We sat in the car, enjoying the breeze with the windows down watching the beautiful blue sky painted with fluffy white clouds, and ate our ice cream. The ladies working the counter were nice and helpful. My only complaint is that it is soooo far from our house (in Eagle Mountain). Maps didnt show anything closer, so we made the trip while running errands. Just means we need to move closer. 😉

The employees seem overly eager to serve you quickly so you’ll leave as soon as possible. I was asked three times what I wanted as I browsed the flavors trying to decide.I’m also bugged because we called ahead of time to see if they still did their 31% off thing on Memorial Day, and the person on the phone said yes, but when we rung it all up they told us they weren’t doing it that day to “avoid crowding.”

I ordered a cake here that I paid 36 dollars for. When I arrived to pick it up the cake was decorated incorrectly and looked like it had been smashed on one side, when i mentioned this the employee didnt offer to give me a discount or anything, just said I could wait a day to get another one made, like I can just postpone my sons birthday one day because they messed up. Not to mention they pulled it out of the freezer not in a box, which can dry out the cake and give it freezer burn which I know because I worked here for several years. They were severely understaffed and took a solid 30min to just get my cake once I walked in the store. The store was dirty and the employees ran out of dollars and had to give change in quarters. I will not be going to this location again. Very disappointed

Cashier Caucasian lady is rude and honestly did not make me feel welcome, she cursed at me and was very upset prior to me seeing her. Would not recommend this place.

The inside is trashed. They put up all the tables and chairs so no one can sit. I walk with a cane and had to wait standing which was extremely painful. No hello when we walked in and there was only one other lady with her 3 small children. Theyre all teenagers, which I have no problem with, but they just dont have much custy service. They were nice enough, just not super friendly. My son came with me, he has Down syndrome and wanted to know their names. The cashier told him his name but there was no smile or friendly banter. I guess friendliness has gone by the wayside. We like to go get our ice cream fix for movie nights at home but well likely find somewhere else next time.

This is a great Baskin Robbins. Very friendly staff. Great chocolate malts.

They sucked me in with their raspberry sour patch flavor of the month. Once I was hooked, they brutally took it away and have not brought it back since. Even with all the pain and heartbreak, I do still enjoy some ice cream from time to time but our relationship will probably never be what it once was. New owners and a new exterior look. Much better than the weed filled, water sucking lawn.Edit: A recent ownership change has resulted in some very nice remodeling which was highly needed. It has been a nice treat throughout the summer and resulted in me adding a start to my review. I am still waiting for the return of the infamous sour patch ice cream though.

A favorite since childhood. Its not fancy like the boutique places, but it doesnt make us sick like them either, and its consistently great ice cream. Favorites include the coconut nut one and the chocolate praline one. Cant go wrong with any of their chocolate based ones though.

They made awesome clown cones for my wifes birthday. I havent had them before, but shes been talking about them for years. Pretty cool you can still get them.

The ice cream was good! But the store was kind of dirty. Not to mention that the workers don’t wear gloves, hairnets, etc. One of the workers was even chewing gum? I was kind of just grossed out. I think I would just go to another location.

The customer service was fine. The only reason I am writing this is to inform the owner/ manager. Unfortunately, this location was extremely dirty. I could hardly touch the handle of the door without touching grime and when I walked in I was walking on food everywhere I stepped. Everywhere I looked had smudges or food. Again, I’m only saying this because I believe giving feedback can help businesses know where to improve and I want o see businesses succeed.

That was disgusting one of the employers stick his finger in the ice cream after he serve to the customer.

The store absolute beautiful and spotless! The staff was super friendly and the manager, Makayla, was super kind. The cookie dough ice cream was delicious, and I even walked out with a fall themed cake because it was so pretty. Love this place.

Overpriced...they don’t even include one topping with a scoop. I had to pay $.79 for sprinkles. Pretty good ice cream, not the best. Their shop smells weird and they don’t keep it very clean.

Baskin Robins is my all time favorite for a hot fudge sundae. They are always friendly when you walk in and it is always clean.

One week ago, our card was charged twice for the same order. I addressed this issue with BR Employees on three different encounters.The first time was during the in-person visit where I purchased the Ice Cream. I was told by the kind employee that I had to leave a name and number on a sticky note for the store owner, apparently only the store owner can address my situation since I could not have a receipt from their (unfortunately) broken printer. I was given the expectation that the situation would be resolved in the next 24 hours, that all made sense so I went merrily on my way.The second time was a return visit in-person (I live 2-3 minutes away) and I made sure to bring the card that was used for the transaction (just in case). I was greeted by another kind employee (different from before) who ended up telling me the same thing. (This kind of made me worry, cant help but seem like a bad sign, right?)The third time was simply a phone call to follow-up since both 24 HR turnaround periods had passed and we did not have our money back. I was simply re-assured that it would be taken care of and it must have been a simple oversight.I made my initial visit to purchase the (literally delicious) Ice Cream on May, 23, 2020 and I am writing this review on May, 30, 2020. 7 days with 3 contacts and 3 promises but no refund.TL;DRThe Ice Cream is nothing short of AMAZING, but the customer service is mediocre at best.I dont want any apologies, please. Just return us the money you owe us.

It has been amazing to have Baskin Robins make my birthday cake. I cannot express my gratitude for this. It was a very special cake I will never forget. They did all the extras I wanted them to do and even though I forgot to tell them the color of the words, they did it beautifully and used the right color I wished for. I am super pleased.One of the extras was that I wanted 8 cones on top of the cake to give out to my 8 nephews/nieces and they made sure it fitted perfectly!!I read bad comments about them and was a bit afraid but I can say that they do a really good job.Well done! 🤩 You gained a happy customer and I will for sure be making another trip soon.

Decided to stop by to get some ice cream. The parlor was full and less than half of the patrons were wearing masks. Decided to try to order for curbside pickup. Visited their website thats posted on the stalls and the order timed out (it has to be verified by someone in the shop to be accepted). Went to another ice cream shop and got excellent service and excellent ice cream.

3/4 of the time I go here there are NO waffle cones! They always run out! Make more please!

Can’t even stay open until their POSTED hours. Disappointed. I was there around 9:40pm. So much for driving 10 minutes to get some ice cream. Don’t come here if you expect them to keep with their hours.

Holly and her friend were really nice to my wife and I.We came up short on our cash for few cents and she helped us by grabbing some cents from the jar : )It was a kind gesture.My wife and I love coming over to this location and we love the ice cream flavors theyve got.Nice clean place and friendly staff all the time.

Not great. It took so long for employee to make the sundaes that by the time I got to my car the ice cream was melted. Mmm $12 melted ice cream.

I got there and all employees were cleaning. One stopped and went to the register but when he realized I was still looking he went back to cleaning. He came right over when I was at the register and made my order to perfection. I almost had all the mango eaten before I left the parking lot.

Terrible customer service, two employees acting like they are so busy when the store was full of customers and only one Guy was taking orders and cashing us out.

Great location. When I visited the staff were very polite and patient with us trying and testing different flavors. Place seemed to be kept in good condition and nice and clean. I have no complaints for this location. It’s a great date place.

My wife and I got there about 10 minutes before their scheduled closing. They looked like they had already closed about 5 minutes before we arrived. There was another car that was turned away early as well. If I were the owner I would be ticked.

We love BR and have tried this location several times. The employees are not trained at all. I asked for something with a brownie and the girl used her hand to grab the brownie and put it in a cup. They don’t wear gloves. And we’ve never had anybody friendly. We will be going to Provo from now on-hopefully things will be better there.

The building is a dive. Decaying drywall and very dirty also. Server was pleasant bit I couldnt see the sample I asked for because it was so small.There are better choices for your money. Cold Stone is at least consistent.

I love Baskin-Robbins, or as we called it in my mission in Japan, Thirty one, for the thirty one flavors!

I went there a few days ago for a mommy-daughter date. I tried to pay with a gift card which had just a little bit left on it. The worker didnt know how to do a partial payment with a gift card. I tried to use another gift card that would cover the whole amount but his monitor asked for a name or a code and he didnt know what to do about that. The employees need to be trained better. I wasnt expecting to pay cash for that visit, but what do you do when the shakes are already made? The three stars are for the decent ice cream, though I wouldnt say that its any better quality than grocery store ice cream and a scoop costs as much as a half gallon that youd get at the store. The service here is normally fine, but this time was an exception.

We just got the carton of ice cream out of the freezer and ate it for three days in a row. Much better value than paying per scoop. We got peanut butter chocolate and cookies and cream and it was amazing. Really nice staff there as well.

My husband and I wanted some ice cream and it was the only place open on a Sunday. They have a good variety of ice cream and their sherbet was good too. The employees were friendly and made your order pretty fast so you dont have to wait very long.

Tasty ice cream & cakes

Store needs to be cleaned badly.

Arrived at 7:00 PM on a weekday and the cashier had his back to the line of customers taking an order on the telephone. I kid you not, he did not turn around to acknowledge the growing line for a good five minutes. All the while the other employee disinterestedly walked in and out of the back room, also ignoring the line. My wife and kids left after about ten minutes of that rude treatment.

Theyre open and considerate of the pandemic. Get your ice cream on!

The location was convenient, the store wasnt terribly crowded, and the price was alright. Baskin Robbins is what youd expect out of a corporate chain ice cream shop. Not the best, but definitely can satisfy a sweet tooth.

I usually get the cookie sandwiches here. The cookies always seem fresh, and you can pair them with any flavor imaginable. One of my favorite things is that they always have a special flavor for any upcoming holidays.

The two cashiers were very friendly and fun to talk to. They were also very helpful and really knew their ice creams! I was very impressed! I am definitely coming back!

The ice cream is delicious and refreshing, the portions are large and the service is prompt!

We ordered one scoop of every flavor for a birthday party and really enjoyed it! They let us scoot all the tables together to accommodate our big party. They gave us water and utensils whenever we needed.

Good ice cream. Many of the flavors are excellent, but some ice cream was clearly old. I recently tried the pumpkin (my personal favorite any time of the year) it had an odd taste -- definitely out of date, old, and was too close to mint at some point. The pistachio tasted very weird. They apparently cant keep employees too. Recently I swear they had an underage boy serving. I hope the owner rectifies all of these problems soon. I used to prefer 31 Flavors. Now its ColdStone.

I love their ice cream. In particular the mint chip, chocolate peanut butter, and icing on the cake when they have it. Sometimes when I go later around 9:50 the doors are already locked and they are cleaning. Kind of annoying but overall it is yummy.

I ordered the “Amazing Mom” cake because of how cute it was in the ad. The cake I received doesn’t look very nice. I ordered it a week in advance and it looks very sloppily done.

My family has gone to this Baskin Robbins for many years. Its almost a tradition to gather there for birthdays. You can never go wrong with the variety of flavors. The establishment itself is small but has enough seating for the amount of people we usually bring.

Kids and I had been outside partying and were hot. Great place to cool off and get a cold treat.

Good Ice cream horrible service. While I was trying to order employees were talking to each other. Also the Girl who charged me was five dollars short on my change back didn’t realize until I was home. By then I didn’t want to go back and complain. Please make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Make sure you give the right change.

The seating was poorly laid out, and there was nowhere indoors to sit on a Sunday afternoon. We had to sit outdoors in the sun. The outside garbage can was overflowing. The Provo location is nominally better. I would have much preferred Sub-Zero or Coldstone, but they arent open on Sunday.
