I love everything about planet perk except the fact that your bathrooms are gendered. It would make more sense to make both bathrooms gender inclusive as theyre both single stalled bathrooms I believe. I appreciate the period products. However, if youre going to offer period products to cis women then you should also offer them to trans men.

Last night at 6:30 pm my hubby and myself were on our date night and decided to stop in for a quick coffee and a sandwich. We approached the register area and ordered our food, was charged, got our change back, and then the lady who was working in the kitchen comes out telling us that the panini machine was turned off for the night, and I said a bagel is fine, she explained that they were no longer making food. Apparently she had already cleaned up and was not willing to make 2 sandwiches. I feel the website shld say the kitchen is subject to closing early because then I would have called to see if they were serving food rather than wasting time looking over the menu. This lady then did a refund for the sandwiches. We were sad but walked over to caramel crisp to find out they were still serving food up until 730pm, just like the website had said. Thank God. We did end up getting coffee from your shop and the young man who made it and served us was very kind (I think he felt bad for the miscommunication). Ps..the coffee he made was amazing and that is why there is 2 stars.

If it’s busy don’t waste your time. They service out of order. Took over 20min to get a muffin and a lemonade.

My favorite coffee shop in oshkosh, the coffee is superior to the New moon cafe in my opinion, and unlike the new moon cafe there is no minimum purchase amount in order to use a credit or debit card 🤓

Decent place, the staff seemed amenable unfortunately everything is over priced. We ordered 2 medium drinks and a yogurt bowl and paid over $18. The yogurt bowl was small compared to the price with a half cup of yogurt and another half cup of blended fruit with granola on top. Tasted good enough to pay 3 to 4 tops, not 9. Big letdown. I gave them the second star since the staff at least smiled and were pleasant to deal with.

Always have great customer service and I love that I can buy a drink for a friend or anyone who needs it to add to the board. I also appreciate their concern for their employees and community with their COVID protocols.

Friendly staff, knowledgable employees, and a ton of options for food and drinks! Its easy to ask for an assist when trying to choose something! Additionally, ample space for work, whether youre a student or just need a place to get a few things done!Also, they have bike racks directly outside for easy access!

I love the food from here! Always so good! But every time I go my order is wrong. I always order the yogurt and granola and ask for fresh blueberries on top, they alway forget the blueberries. I also order the banana passion smoothie while Im ordering they ask if its the guava banana and I say no the banana passion and they always make me the guava banana one. I have gone 5 times in the last two weeks and out of those 5 times my order has been wrong... all 5. The staff is always polite about it and I am not one to complain. Just a little frustrating it is always wrong. I still really enjoy the place and the food though!

Nice coffee options. Limited breakfast menu but tasty. Enjoyed the breakfast burrito and side of fruit. Coffee station coffee was luke-warm. Nicely decorated. Check out the free kids books and magazines. Great idea!

As always, delicious. The baristas are nice and get my order right. I always get the sausage sunrise wrap with no onions. Ive only had to take my wrap back a couple times over the last several years because there was onions on it. Love this place!

My husband enjoys the coffee selection and I really enjoy their teas. Breakfast is our favorite meal here with the sunrise breakfast wraps being our usual order. Their soup and sandwiches are great if you are there far a later meal. The staff is always happy to be at work which speaks to the leadership of the awesome owner Ken.

Coffee smoothies are amazing! Theres an older gentleman that works there, (maybe the manager?) hes so nice. The ladies working were unsure of the process of the coffee smoothies and he took the time to explain, very patiently, to the ladies how its done. Thank you planet perk!

Literally sat for 30 minutes waiting on a smoothie. Watched multiple customers come and go. I’ve been coming here for 20 years and never had this kind of experience. They weren’t even busy.

Tried their Sunrise Breakfast Wrap and a Red Eye expresso/coffee mix, delicious! What a great way to start the day, the staff were all very friendly and seemed enthusiastic about their job. Food always tastes better when its made with love :-)Give them a taste, you wont regret it!

I 100% love and support this cafe. The owner and workers are SO nice and I love that they support the military and veterans. I am a veteran and they have a great veteran program and free coffee Monday’s for veterans. AND they are eco-friendly! What more could you ask for?? Oh and I forgot to add that the coffee is DELICIOUS!!!!

First time at planet perk was amazing. The 2 staffs (Male female) were great. They had excellent customer service and my tea was delivered to me at the table. How wonderful and kind of her! 😊 the smoothie and tea are great. I am a big tea drinker and Id say my favorite is their peach blossom tea. Definitely recommend this place and coming back.

I like going to Planet Perk. My children and a few of my friends do too. I like the food, and the downtown location makes it a convenient stop when were out and about. The prices are very reasonable and the food is fresh (although I have yet to have a hot cup of coffee from the self-serve dispensers there...)The one drawback to going (and eating): the food is delivered in shifts. There can sometimes be a 15 to 20 minute delivery difference in orders if a group is bigger than two or three people. If youre with hungry children and happen to be served before them, this may be an issue. Also, Perk runs short of items on their menu occasionally. Not a big deal, but if you see quiche on the specials board and just have to have that as you wait a while in line to place your order, its disappointing to not be able to have it!I recommend the grilled cheese sandwich and the soups. If you have a bagel, get the cream cheese!

All I can say is from yesterday... lots of dirt and dust on all in end tables by couches, lots of dirt and dust under counter, waiter with shoulder length hair not in hair tie, when I was about to take a bite of my food there was a waitress with her bottom sticking out of her shorts. With all that is going on right now with being safe, it just seemed like this place did not care about being clean.

By far, Planet Perk is my favorite coffee shop of all time. My friends and I visit this spot frequently due to the delicious beverages, fresh and delicious food, and wonderful service. I wanted to like this place. But $20 for a cup of soup, salad and an iced tea. Holy smokes. This was not an EatStreet Order.

Planet Perk is one of many great cafe options in Oshkosh. An eclectic menu with tons of great options that caters to everyones dietary needs. The staff is always fast and courteous and help with any questions you have. Try any of their delicious coffee drinks with oat milk, itll change your life! Plenty of comfy seating for college students to complete their studies.

Great food and great management. I love their coffee, the soup and sandwiches are always amazing, and the ambience is really nice. I love the rotating artwork. The only downside is the parking situation, which is outside their control.

Awesome coffee! I loved their seating! I just wished they were open earlier and longer for people like me who work super early and get off late. Theyre pro-military as well! 😁Unlike most other coffee shops.

Side note: BEST chai tea latte EVERI ordered them through eatstreet and we got a chicken salad sandwich instead of a chicken salad. We called about the mistake and their customer service was incredible. Delivered the right food within 15 minutes and gave us a gift card for the error.

Awesome place! Veteran-Owned! Met with the owner, Ken, and he was very helpful and a pleasure to talk with over their excellent breakfast and lunch options.

They have soup! And really really tasteful soup! Each day of the week they have 2 different choices and you wont be disappointed by either! They have amazing good for you choices, which is pretty much everything on the menu. I highly suggest the Sunrise Wrap with Turkey and dont you dare forget that special sauce on the side :) They recently renovated the place and its a really comfortable place to have a nice lunch date!

I had an iced chai tea with a bowl of fruit. It was fresh blueberries, grapes, strawberries, & pineapple. A perfect breakfast. Staff was polite & helpful. Service was right on. The plastic cups are recycled, made of cornstarch which I thought was interesting. Planet Perk is very eco-friendly. Its nice to see in Oshkosh!

Every Monday, theres FREE coffee for veterans. I and a few friends, who are also veterans, meet at Planet Perk on Mondays, to tell war stories, argue politics, rip on each other, and catch up with each other. We usually come back, often NOT on Monday, to get a coffee and pastry, while savoring the ambience of the place.

By far the best sugar-free iced mocha I have ever had! Also, the owner told me that they are going to be putting healthy smoothies on the menu!This is place is literally going to where my paycheck goes every week🤘

Very poor service. On top of the horrible time I had there, they removed my review of Facebook not once, but twice. The owner was even there in the back. My childrens apple bagels, the apple cores and seeds were put on the bagel! Gross! They over stuffed this teeny tiny bag with all our food that ripped and our food went everywhere. The attitudes over all was terrible. We used to come here any time we get to visit home. My husband got stationed close to home, but we will not be back here. No, I dont want free food. I dont care because I wouldnt ever go back period.

Orderd the Turkey Club sandwich comes with a side packet of mayo, like at an airport. Bacon was frozen or very cold. Dry sandwich. Not the first thing I have tried but is my last. For professionals in the are the lunch box next door has more options. Coffee might be good, food not so much.

I came in and purchased an açaí energy bowl as well as a quad shot espresso. I always order the same thing and it usually comes to about $11-$12 and today she charged me over $14. I was surprised that it cost so much more than normal. I would have said something to the checker/manager but she had a very bad attitude and did not make any eye contact. So I went to my seat and when one of the other girls brought out my coffee I asked and she said it was due to the extra shots (this gal was super sweet). I just said oh, ok, that’s weird because I always order the same every time I come in. Anyways, I may not return because there are other places to eat just as good and less expensive. Even the last time I came in this lady (who appears to be a shift lead) had the worst attitude. I tried not to take it personal because maybe it was a bad day for her, but today she was the same as last time. She has terrible customer service skills. Needless to say I will not come back.

If you have not had a wrap, sandwich or a cup of soup from here, you are missing out! The staff is always super accommodating (I customize an order each time without an issue). The food is fresh and delicious. Do not miss this hidden gem in Oshkosh!

I waited 45 minutes for an apple bagel that was so stale I couldnt bite into it. Not to mention, there was a hair in the cream cheese. Extremely disappointing experience.Great coffee and friendly staff though, so not all bad.

This Planet Perk as well as the PP near the police department are great coffee spots. They make a mean pesto chicken panini, I pair it with a chai smoothie.

Toffee Coffee is amazing! Ken does a lot for our community. An absolute must stop in Oshkosh. Starbucks fails in comparison. I never get heartburn here, Starbucks kills me. I will admit i have been hooked on toffee coffees and havent tried much more, but hey, I know whats good and that is way better than good!
