The food was great and the drinks. when we ordered we said no whip cream and at the window she handed us the drink with whip cream we let her know the mistake and she throws a fit about her drive time?!!

I used to love going to Starbucks for the positive friendly vibes Im greeted with (and tasty drinks) but this location sets the tone for a rough morning. If you dont enjoy your job then work someplace else instead of trying to ruin the morning of others and stealing the one thing they do to treat themselves. Friendly staff. Sbx is a rare treat for me. I am pretty easy to please. I usually order a grande iced hazelnut latte with whole milk and the bacon and Gruyère egg bites. Havent had any issues

Don’t bother going inside. You will be looked at by employees while at the counter not get served or helped. Waited for about 3 minutes and got completely ignored dispute making eye contact with the employee’s. Got discussed and rather the cause a seen left. At least 3 of the 5 employees made eye contact with me and still ignored me. This is some of the worst customer service I have gotten in a long time.

Been very unsatisfied with Starbucks on Murdock and Jackson St. They have gotten my order wrong multiple times...even though I use the mobile app on my phone and in which they should be able to look it over as many times as they needed to make sure they make it correctly. They have to be considerate of peoples certain food restrictions and allergies that COULD be involved.Looks as if there are new staff that need a manager to train them consistently.

Delicious drinks, desserts and food! They have breakfast all day and even sandwiches, wraps and paninis. Look on their app for the full menu; the drive thru menu can only list so much. Seasonal drinks and treats are always changing, so stop in to see what theyre offering. They also feature (while supplies last) some really neat drinkware and even a collectible Wisconsin mug! Its so darn cute.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the coffee and sandwiches delicious!

I went through your drive thru ordered a lot of drinks and they missed one, the guy said have a good night which means you have all of your items, and then i called and whoever answered the phone said it was my fault.

Went threw the drive-thru and they messed up my order gave me the wrong drink and only 1 out of the 2 and when I went back inside they had no idea of what was going on in the drive-thru, then had an attitude and the drive-thru lady rolled her eyes when I said something got messed up when I went threw the drive-thru

I ordered a decaf americano but got a regular americano. My body cant handle caffeine so I ended up feeling nervous and anxious for many hours and couldnt sleep all night. Not the first time this has happened either. Please do a better job of paying attention to what the customer has ordered. I cant have caffeine!!

Always helpfully staff that constantly misspells my name. The nitro cold brew is absolutely my favorite and I would not have know that if the staff didnt suggest it and the different foams you can get on top. I always end up with the sweet cream though which is perfect.i appreciate when staff helps find the right items for the customer.

Alright, was in there once before and the person at the counter gave me a binder so I could see and pick out what I wanted, instead of trying to read the menu on the wall. This time the person wouldnt. She also didnt understand the biggest size when my mom ordered. She received a tall, but she was very perky.

Gonna be real with you guys for a minute so hold on. I went in here with my hopes held high of finding a great cup of java but what I ended up finding.. was a family (ps I also did get my coffee I recommend you try one of their seasonal drinks if you get the chance wow)

Always my favorite Starbucks! I drive out of my way to go to it. Ive gone there for 10 years and it always has the BEST employees and is always clean and well mantained.

I would give it a 5 stars because technically the crafted beverages deserve that, and plus this one is the cleanest in Oshkosh, but the WAIT to get your drink is SOO long even if you mobile order. Of course its worth the wait if youre a coffee lover like me, but its still annoying.

One of the baristas, Adrian was not so friendly. Went there today at 3:00 in the afternoon, and he seemed annoyed with my mom and I after we placed our orders.Yes, he might have been having a bad day, but he needs to take a good look at his attitude towards customers, and he needs to push his negative attitude out the window.Other than his attitude, the drinks were good, and our snacks were good.

Ive been a daily patron of this Starbucks for about three years. The only reason I dont give five stars is because of the Starbucks is Tucson AZ. Customer service is very important. You order a beverage, maybe five, and you stand there for 25minutes waiting while people ordering after you get their drinks and leave. Not once was I asked are you waiting for something? Well apparabtly our order disappeared. But since Im patient and no one asked me we waited. Finally my not so patient brother, visiting from AZ asked. I feel like they definitely lack customer service. Depending on the crew that is working and time of day my usual drink can be drastically different. In not too happy about that but I drink it. Tucson will gladly remake drinks and suggest things to change up my usual. I wish they did that here. All in all, clean, professional and semi friendly.

Not sure how a coffee shop runs out of coffee. Not just ready to pour but coffee beans. Twice in under a week. I dont drink coffee so it didnt effect me but they lost a lot of customers.

The gentleman who rang me up, I forgot his name, was very polite and engaging. The atmosphere was calming and perfect for studying if you like chill music (not pop) and background noise.Essentially, it’s your average Starbucks 👍🏼

The store on Murdock and Jackson is always busy in the morning and the team does a wonderful job of making drinks and food quickly!! This morning was especially crazy, but the workers didnt complain and worked so fast at getting things out.

I visited this store tonight. Jo and the gal with the green hair waited on me. They both made my night and gave My dog Kinzie💝 a pup cup which she inhaled!!! My drink was perfect. I am a first time customer Loved it!!! Thsnk you!!😁

1st of let me start off by stating that I have a very heavy Starbucks addiction 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I order pretty much the same thing everyday. My favorite is a venti triple white chocolate mocha with raspberry. The baristas here are AMAZING! It is very rare that I have an issue with my drink and if I do it’s just because they are super busy and someone grabbed the wrong drink. Any issue I have they more than compensate for. They are kind, funny and hardworking. I definitely have my top 3 Baristas and they know who they are ❤️

Quick and friendly service.

Even after asking for the additional inch of coffee I was shorted... I left without my cup of black coffee being full. Being offered a shot of espresso and water to be added to my cup is NOT a suitable substitution. I actually like the taste of the coffee.

I always order a Venti Mocha Frappuccino with an extra shot of espresso. The last 3 times Ive come to the Murdock location my drink has consisted of 90% ice including just now. Im extremely dissatisfied. Why is there such a difference in the way the drink is made from this location vs the Koller St location??

I think the best drink is the double chocolate chip mocha frappuccino with chocolate whipped cream on top, and the chocolate chip sprinkles on the top are great too.

Been going to this location for 5 years now. They always get my order right, amazing considering I have allergies. Plus the cheery attitude they toss out left and right always gives me a smile. 😁

They are closed at random days of the week and random hours so frustrating.

You guys need to learn how to make sure the lids are on all the way!!!! Cause my whole car is soaked and sticky cause you don’t know how to put the lids on and this was not the first time this happened.

I run deliveries for a third party. After not having what the customer ordered two times I ended up losing the customer, the money and my time. I will refuse any delivery for Starbucks in the future. Dont offer online delivery if your stores cant/wont have the products available.

This starbucks is fantastic! The staff is so friendly. I had a couple questions at the checkout and the women was able to answer them with no problem. While I was waiting for my drink the gentleman asked me how my day was going. Great experience!

This location habitually has differant staff, so transactions are rarely smooth. They dont accept $100 bills, & corporate told them not post this policy, so people keep making orders then have to walk away because their currency is not accepted.

I ordered a sm iced caramel macchiato and it was complete foam, the espresso was at the bottom over a huge layer of thick caramel. It did not look or taste anything like it has from other locations in the last. The the price, it was a huge rip off.

This starbucks is always a hit or miss. But literally mostly misses. Im no coffee expert, but I can assure you I know what my iced caramel macchiato is supposed to taste like. Usually it tastes just plain weird. Or they usually will miss my extra shots of espresso. No biggie, unless it happens ALL THE TIME. Ive had a lady, she was actually older, youd think shed be nicer, slam the window on me because I was dumbfounded she was upset she had to give me a drink for free for not having change for a hundred at noon. Like wut... although there was a cool guy that wanted to cheers an espresso shot with me through the window which was cool..Ill give em that. But I will still take the extra time to go to the one across town. It always tastes better and the people are nicer.

Waited 20 mins for my drink with one car in front of me and like no one inside. The girl who gave my drink was talking on her headset the whole time and barely acknowledged me. Worst Starbucks experience ive ever had. Yall should hire older people, not 16 year olds that lack basic skills. Also asked for no lemonade in my drink, and there is lemonade in my drink. Congrats

Of the two Oshkosh Starbucks location I prefer this one simply for the lack of congestion during peak business times.

The recent remodeling eradicated everything friendly and comfortable of this Starbucks atmosphere. I DO understand the workspace area is now more efficient for the employees, who primarily serve the drive-through customers, but every speck of pleasant ambiance for eat/drink-in customers has been reduced to zero. It would have been far more efficacious to just have posted NO LOITERING signs. The atmosphere of the vendor now (I hesitate to call it a coffee shop) clearly states get your coffee and get the hell out of here. THIS IS A DRIVE-THROUGH STARBUCKS. WERE HERE TO MAKE MONEY FROM THOSE QUICKY CUSTOMERS IN THEIR CARS, NOT YOU TABLE-HOGGING, SLOW TURNOVER TIGHTWADS. WE HAVE OUR BOTTOM LINE TO CONSIDER, AND HAVING YOU DAMN STUDENTS AND OTHERS HANGING AROUND HERE IS A WASTE OF SPACE AND A HUGE PROFIT-SUCK.Did you, as a kid, want to linger at those long, uncomfortable narrow tables with the rather painful,, too-close-together seats in the school cafeteria? Well, thats the ambiance the new, long table down the middle of this store replicates. Hospital and jail lunchrooms also come to mind. And only a handful of unsociably re-situated tables remain. More comfortable to drink your coffee in your car in the parking lot.If, as it appears, this Starbucks location wants to be drive-through only, the company should have made it just that--a nice, friendly drive-through location (without an uninviting, strictly utilitarian cafe space attached.) Or why did they not spend the money to lease a bigger space? Persuade U. S. Cellular next door to move, or something?) Expand, rather than contract cafe space, make it both efficient AND cosy, and turn it into a destination place to enjoy coffee and food, albeit in a strip mall?Its not like Fairview Shopping Center has a dearth of available space--note all the empty storefronts, all around.Bad decision, waste of money, and the most uninviting coffee shop outside of an office building or an institution I have ever seen.I guess the coffee is still good. But there is plenty of good, or at least pretty good, coffee around these days.Check out the Quik Trip around the corner on Jackson. The atmosphere is a lot more upbeat, the coffee aint bad, and it costs a lot less.

Theres always a wait and theyre pretty slow making drinks. The drive thru always gets taken care of first. Even if you just order a black coffee plain youll be waiting minimum 5 mins.

They are usually busy when I need a Starbucks fix, but are always friendly and quick.

Staff is friendly but the wait times are ridiculous everytime I go here the line is 10 - 15 cars long. Every day you see multiple cars leaving because the line takes 15 minutes for one cup of coffee !
