Can’t say enough accolades with frequenting Publix at this location with well stocked shelves and fast checkout.

This is my go to Publix and my go to grocery store. Every experience Ive ever had with the customer service has exceeded expectations. I love to check out the buy-one-get-one-free deals that they conveniently lay out by the entrance of the store. Ive recently been surprised with the extend of the international foods section because I didnt expect to be able to find so much of the Asian ingredients that I needed. Prices are reasonable and the layout of the store is easy. Definitely recommend!

Good selection in a popular location. Staff offered to assist my mother with groceries and motor cart return. Deli is also good and not too busy when we were there.

A great grocery store to shop at with great service. Their subs are amazing! The only reason why its not 5 stars is because the deli is often very slow.

Store was great but chicken wings were super tiny wings some even just crisps, 20 piece for $13.99..Prices are going up already, I understand this isnt publixs fault however, scary times for the cost of food to be going up so tremendously.

Yesterday the bakery ladys where cleaning and I didnt want to interrupt but I really needed those blueberry cakes and when i asked them if there where closed, they actually where super nice about it and they where so efficient in there service and they went above and beyond of what i expected and they gave me all the cakes they had left in the back. thank you girls 5 stars

Love shopping at my neighborhood Publix! 3 mins from the house. You get to know the staff after a while. And a big shout out to their pharmacy staff. I have been using them for going on 5 years, and they have always been friendly, courteous, and willing to help in any way that they can. Its also nice to be remembered by name and face. Truly a family establishment. You wont be dissatisfied.

It really is a pleasure to shop at this particular Publix supermarket just the other day I received my first dose of the Moderna vaccine shot and will receive my second dose on my birthday April 5th they promised me a carrot cake for my birthday I really like the people at this Publix they are very professional and experienced the pharmacy personnel are extremely nice and professional and the personnel at customer service they always help me shop because Im physically challenged in a motorized wheelchair I appreciate all the management and personnel of this Publix for making my life much better thank you very much

Always check the expiration dates at this location, especially on meat and dairy items. Besides having a lot of out of date items they have a lot of items out of stock too.

He does QC on the store.Have enjoyed shopping at Alafaya Square for at least 10 years - tho we also shop Aldi for prices are lower. But you cant beat Public for friendliness, cleanliness and choices. Our family like to shop there. They provides a fruit stand with bananas, apples, and mandarin oranges to kids as healthy snack. In addition, the bakery also give out free sprinkle and chocolate chips cookies as treats for kids. They also give out free balloons to kids. They try to make it fun for the kids to shop.For adults, they offer free sampling of certain packages of foods from time to time, and they let you sample some of their recipes. I always end up buying and cooking their recipes for my family after sampling the dishes.The pharmacists are very knowledgeable about the drugs and are always patient to answer all your questions. The cashiers and stickers always greet you nicely. Very pleasant place to shop at.Their buy one get one free BOGO deal is the best. I try to shop mostly their BOGO items to save money.

I am a fan of Publix in general, but the Publix at Alafaya Woods in particular is amazing. I have had many good experiences with a large number of employees here. They are kind, personable and helpful. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Publix has been raising prices on items that has not been affected by the recent events. Plus they have items on sale, that are out of stock. Not a problem normally get a rain check. But no they wont issue a rain check on crackers. Really Crackers like that is a high demand item. Publix keeps this mode of operation up they will lose there spot as Floridas favorite Grocery store.

Went thru register #1, didnt get cashiers name but it was today around 4:30-5pm. My bank card came up not authorized. After I contacted my bank, knowing funds were there and more discovered they had blocked my account because of very large online orders out of norm for me. My point is she and kid @ customer service treated me with dignity and didnt make me embarrassed or shamed. Please find who they were and give my thanks!

Every Publix is NOT created equal! This one far and away exceeds expectations with cleanliness, customer service, friendly and helpful staff, and selection. I love the deli sandwiches and chicken dinners for a fast meal. The cooking station where they showcase their own recipes is fantastic! The selection is better than any grocery store in the area except for the specialty stores like Fresh Market and Sprouts. I have been to several Publix stores in the area and this is by far my favorite.

This was by far the best shopping experience I have ever had. I have been to many Publixs, but this one by far went above and beyond my expectations. Everyone was incredibly friendly and intentionally went out of their way to provide me with the best shopping experience. The manager and each employee should feel proud of what they are doing :)

The Publix store itself is fine, but the pharmacy is very poorly run and has been for several years. Prescriptions are never fulfilled when sent in electronically. I learned to Always call first to make sure its ready.. However, this last time they told me my prescriptions were ready. I came in two hours later and they still werent filled.

Food shopping at its best!! Fresh food, good turnover. Very neat and clean store. Friendly and welcoming workers. If you need help, just ask...they are all ready to help. They dont just tell you where to get what you want, they walk you there to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for. Truly a great place to shop.

Publix was slowly slipping but is now quickly slipping relative to other stores. They have some good products, but their beef and seafood are low quality. Their deli has Boars Head, but its expensive. Simple things like Google Pay are non-existent. The employees claim they have it, but when you try it, it doesnt work. Then they claim its my phone that doesnt work. Funny, it works at the nearest fast food restaurants and Fresh Market! Some of those employees have no clue what Apple, Samsung and Google Pay are, and some think theyre all the same thing. So its a problem with the employees AND their machines. They have machines that look like they were manufactured I have the 1990s.

I love this Publix. My family and I are there often and the staff always remembers my kids and the cook Donna is always super friendly and sweet with my kids.
