My favorite. All store workers are polite, helpful and respectful. If needed will pack and escort you with your groceries to your car. Very roomy, neat and clean store. Good selection of wines, flowers. Nice bakery and delicious breads. Great deli with ready to eat meals too. The pharmacy is on premises and staffed with knowledgeable helpful workers. Good ample parking.

Really like this place. The people are friendly, the store is clean, and well kept, the prices are reasonable. The pharmacy is efficient, helpful, and also never has given me any problems. I wish their health food and vegan food sections were bigger but I think they are doing the best they can, and I appreciate that!

Even though the deli 86d their sub rolls, the staff was still friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and expedient.

Excellent customer service, offers tons of gluten free options. I dont like that they price hike gluten free items though, by $2+! I get physically ill when I eat wheat products so its not fair... Im not a rich person eating gluten free foods by choice 😭

Go there just for the fresh bacon from the meat department, you wont ever eat packaged bacon again!

Love this specific publix for everything but their chicken wings tend to get soggy for some reason? I get wings from publix alot and usually they are never not crispy. Other than that they always have what I cant find anywhere else and I love them ❤

Love Publix, always will, they have quality food there, some cooked right in the store and a whole bunch of good selections, cleaner and better than WalMart, and will always be a favorite

VERY PRICEY. Some items$2 more than Walmart for the same exact product. Youre paying extra for the customer service cleanliness in-store appearance but the products are the same

Its a smaller but well stocked Publix, the plaza is fairly easy to navigate. I use this store multiple times during the week.

I have to say, even though this Publix has been around a long time and is older, dont let that fool you. Although the layout is dated, the quality is excellent, staff friendly, and quite frankly has a better selection of items than many other local Publix.

Okay. So. It’s a smaller Publix, but it’s a Publix. ‘Nuff said there. It’s the closest supermarket to home and has everything we need. The shopping center has several other stores we frequent regularly as well, and is centrally located on the drive in and out of our neighborhood.

Clean and always stocked. Employees are always courteous and helpful.

Need to train the people in the deli better on how to make subs. past two times ive had a sub made virtually no sauce was on the sub, both were made by new, different employees. Switching to publix in aloma

Great place to shop for your groceries. I am always greeted at the entrance and acknowledged throughout the store. The employees are amazing and will take their time to help each individual because they care about customer satisfaction. I would like to ensure you that I am a satisfied customer.

UNSAFE! This Publix does NOT enforce mask wearing. I have yet to go in when there are not MULTIPLE customers without masks on. Yoing, old, straight from the gym (clearly no health issues).Clearly it has been mandated by the managers to just let it go and not say anything. This Publix management team does not care about you or your safety. I have yet to see the same level of apathy towards public health and safety at any other Publix.

Cheryl in the bakery was super to work with. We ordered the lemon bliss cake for my daughters wedding. Delivered on time and was beautiful. Received so many compliments people couldn’t believe it was from publix. People that didn’t like wedding cake loved it. First wedding that had no leftover. Very happy customer

Like all publix it was clean and organized but as always items are on the expensive side, unless you buy the items that are buy 1 and get 1 free..

My only complaint is with the deli dept. Why do they close everything down at 7pm when they are open until 10pm. Ridiculous ! And why does everyone in that dept seem annoyed and put out when you ask them anything ?

The meat & vegetables seem to be of lower quality than last year.

I asked a manager who was an older gentlemen to help assist me in finding out if there was 1 more BOGO item in stock since there was only on left on the shelf. I wouldnt had even asked but they were in the process of restocking the shelves. He presented body language that depicted I was bothering him from his conversation he was having with another taller lady manager. He finally went back and checked for approximately 3 seconds and said no more had come in. I asked him what the alternative was and he looked at me like he was answering a final Jeopardy question. He reluctantly told me he would match the price on a slightly more expensive item of similarity which did not happen. We have a large family and spend between $700.00 - $800.00 a month at Publix. The lack of customer service has seemed to diminished at least at this store. This is one of multiple times I have had this type of experience at this store. Definitely makes me think that maybe I should just go to Walmart where you expect that level of customer service.

Izzy and Thomas at the meat counter are amazing!!! Anything you need meat wise...they’ll give great advise and go out of their way to get exactly what you need. They’re the reason I come to this location.

Fine place...friendly and clean.

The item that I was looking for wasnt visible and a young man offered to go in the back to check for me. It wasnt in stock but as they are expecting a delivery today, he told me what time that I could call to check. The cashier and bagger were very friendly and the manager gave me a smile and a wave on my way out. I live within 2 miles of 3 Publix stores, and by far, this one is ALWAYS the nicest experience.

We can’t say all Publix are the same. This one especially is not the best Publix. This Publix must follow the rule . Customer always have reason. This is the rule at some market in connecticut. I am a Instacart contractor and when I shop at any market I am the customer by itself. And when we ask for help. No matter what we have to be assisted.

The regular staff seem to be more pleasant than the Manager, I think its the manager form the meat department. He was packing the meat. I asked for help with finding an item his tone was very unpleasant I was taken a back.

Organization is key to a successful store and this store HAS IT. Not only does it have good organization but their staff is very friendly willing to help you find or just help out with anything. They also have great deals on food and drink all the time. I remember this place had a great place to eat your Publix subs right next to their deli section, but they turned that into a wine section with only a couple of tables. And Publix cookies are amazing!

I just recently moved to Florida and was told that publix was a great food mart and the person who told me was right everyone working there was so kind and helped me with my shopping experience.

A great grocery store in many ways, but I still prefer Wegmans in other ways. The buy one get one free is terrific at Publix on items I want. Produce prices are higher than ours in the North which seems odd. Employees are so helpful and go out of their way to assist.

The bakery was amazing! My family had to change Thanksgiving dinner to today, because my nephew is a firefighter and had to work on Thanksgiving, and they donated a brownie platter for his service! Thank you so much!!

Public is a great place to shop for quality food. It is a little pricy but the quality is significantly better. Service is usually very good as well.

One of the oldest Publix locations around, a little smaller shopping area with the full array of usual services. Compact experience but up to Publix standards.

Terrible service

Ate at the Eat, game, repeat place. The orders got mixed up. Some didnt get their food because it was sold out, and was told this after they paid. We got served someone elses drinks. One friend got only half his order. The payment took long and we had to remind the waitress for the change. Saturday they have a live music which was played way too loud through two speakers positioned right behind us.
