This is another nicely maintained Caribou Coffee location. The staff were pleasant, and there was a small mixup on our order but they were very nice about it. The decor is the typical northern lodge look that you expect from Caribou, and there was even a small chalkboard at toddler height that kids could use to entertain themselves.

My brief experience at this coffee shop was cringe worthy at best. It was extremely obvious that the young Caucasian cashier who took my order looked terrified that she was serving an African American male. When I gave her cash for my order she quickly snatched it out of my hands, and just gave me the impression that she was petrified. The other two workers who were working the drive through had pleasant attitudes and seemed to be enjoying their work. Management, PLEASE take this cashier off of the inside register and give her diversity training.

Just close this location, its obvious they dont wanna work there. I have had big chunks of ice in my smoothies multiple times, and now the mango smoothie is discontinued, also open till 530 pm? Just close and move staff to a better store.

Shout out to the employees working in Clinton Falls 10/2/2021.... didnt realize it was closing time when we ordered, and not once did their attitudes suggest it. Thanks for making a long drive a bit more pleasant!!

Kurt was awesome! I always have to order a “double Americano” at my Caribou back home to get a double espresso and he suggested I order a CF espresso small. He even offered to take my Yeti mug for me to pour it into and everything. I love stopping here on my commute to Iowa/Oklahoma. Great location to perk up before entering the cities or leaving, especially you’re a traveller like me!!

My first ever Caribou Coffee visit. Heard a lot from the locals and had to make a visit. Good cup of coffee, warm atmosphere and helpful staff. Took a few bags of specialty grounds home too.

I love the Strawberry and Banana smoothies. I dont drink coffee so I cant say of its any good. I have tried the apple fritter and I have to say it was very good, but a little bit expensive.

Caribou Coffee is a great alternative to Starbucks. If you get any drink with chocolate, I highly recommend the dark chocolate. Their drinks tend to be pretty sweet. I ask for half syrup and thats just right for my taste. My favorite is the mint condition mocha.

Stopped by today for National Coffee Day to get a sweet deal for coffee. Did NOT get a sweet deal for for coffee. Instead, I got two terrible customer service stories which I will proceed to share here. First, today’s deal was only for people with the perks card thing. Didn’t know that, so I just bought a large black coffee instead because I came for coffee, dang it. Left the drive thru, and subsequently noticed there was cream in the coffee. Which I can’t physically consume. So, I paid like $2.75 for a waste of my time. I didn’t have time to go back to get the right coffee, so I figured I’d just call later to get my money back. Well, that didn’t fly either, because they refused to refund me a single coffee over the phone. The guy did offer me some extra perks points, which are totally worthless to me but it’s the thought that counts, right? Anyway, I hope to work this out sometime, but I’m not inclined to return to Caribou anytime soon.

Its a Caribou coffee. They have a great selection of beverages and loyal customers. I prefer small town coffee shops to be honest. Four stars because they can be a little spendy but you get what you pay for.

I usually stop at this Caribou when going to or coming back from visiting family in Iowa. I usually have good experiences, except for today ☹. I ordered a drink with soy milk because Im lactose intolerant. About 45 mins into drinking my wonderful Campfire Mocha I realized they put milk in it. Yep! Still suffering at home from staffs lack of communication or listening skills. Thanks! 🥛+☕=🤢💩💩💩💩

Worst barista ever!!! Ordered a medium cappuccino. It came back with the cup filled to top. The right amount of espresso but grossly overfilled with milk. I politely asked for a remake, which she did. However, I got the exact same thing on the remake even after telling her 1/3 espresso, 1/3 milk, 1/3 foam. Left the drink on the counter, told her it was wrong again and left.

I love caribou! Its my favorite coffee place :-) my local place knows who I am and they know Im a regular :-) even though they have several new people they still no that Im a regular. Love me my caribou! :-)

Always a great stop on our travels. Great coffee, clean bathrooms and a nice grassy area to let our toddler run around a little. Good packaged healthy snacks to take to go too.

I am not a stranger to Caribou. They had a couple locations around me in Kansas. I like the drinks but their specialties are all overly sweet. The coffee is right there with their competitors though. A regular latte from here is quickly becoming a favorite.

Always get good service and a decent cup of coffee. Pretty consistent in terms of order accuracy and speed.

Great looking Northland Caribou coffee, the locations in Minnesota seem to look best compared to others states. The only complaint I have is the sugar free version drinks have Splenda and tast NASTY. The barista suggested to do half pumps of syrup...she knows her stuff! Also I would like to see some gluten free items on the menu for us difficult picky eaters 😁. Overall great service and atmosphere!
