Convenient to I-35 but dont expect too much. They would not make a decaf pour-over coffee! They had decaf beans right on the retail shelf but would not open a bag to brew coffee. Unreal. other Starbucks locations will always at least offer pike place roast as a pour over. Disappointed Starbuck faithful here.

Good spot to meet for coffee, easy parking. Indoor seating is nice. Employees were friendly. Had some sort of cinnamon cake. Really tasty.

We waited in line at the drive-thru for 20 minutes with just one person in front of us. When all was said and done they just got one drink. I was momentarily happy because the server was very friendly and gave me my drink for free. Once I took a sip of my drink however I realized it was horrid and undrinkable. Im assuming perhaps someone new was getting trained or something.. I dont know.

Long waits almost all of the time. They often run out of things like certain milks or toppings etc especially during holidays or weekends. But I have to say the majority of their staff is friendly and amazing. Drinks are pretty consistent. Do NOT order ahead on your app and then plan on going through drive thru to pick up unless you want to wait a long time and have it cold. I had to leave drinks I paid for on my app twice because the drive thru was so long and parking a disaster and I would have been late for work. I find the Starbucks in Target very friendly and more consistent on drinks. I go there instead when I can

AMAZING STARBUCKS, Daniela and paige are the FASTEST workers, i was in drive for 2 mins and my drink was AMAZING. 100% recommend stopping.

The Owatonna Starbucks on bridge Street is a hot mess. They are under staffed all the time and the staff that they do have are slow and rude. The only one that shows any appreciation any spunk or courtesy is Brandon. I think that they need to get new managers in there or make Brandon a manager and get some new employees that know what theyre doing and have personality and are not so slow it takes sometimes 15-20 minutes to get a drink. Not to mention that theyre always running out of stuff or dont have stuff. I dont recommend this Starbucks I go to HyVee or Target

I stopped in tonight to order one of my favorite drinks. Cris helped me in the drive thru and gave me some new ideas for drinks to try! It was obvious to me he is very passionate about what he does and his friendly attitude made my day. Looking forward to coming back!

Chris & Ruvie were amazing. Helped me pick out a drink that was delicious - I’m always terrified to ask what’s good & get the same thing over & over. They were kind, patient & great listeners! They even offered to make me another drink if what we came up with didn’t work. Was my first time at the Starbucks in Owatonna - went through the drive thru. Fast service too! Will be going back. I stopped by to try the new brown sugar oat milk drink, i’ve been DYING to try it.sadly, i was informed they were out of brown sugar and oat milk, although i was sad and disappointed, my man Chris helped me out. he hooked me up with A brown sugar oat milk, subbed cinnamon dulce syrup for the brown sugar and coconut milk for the oat milk.and let me tell you, this bussin. not only did i get an amazing drink, but they accidentally made it in the wrong size and let me keep it. so i got TWO!chris was so wonderful, his personality is so bright, he seems to love his job. although i could tell he was stressed and under pressure from training new employees, to being in the middle of a rush.but he was able to help me get an amazing drink, and give me incredible customer service.chris, you’re amazing dude!

Today I stopped by to get a pumpkin spice latte. The drive thru line was incredible long, so I parked and went inside. They were busy filling orders, but I got waited on fairly quick. I ordered a medium pumpkin spice latte hot, and a slice of pumpkin loaf cake. I got my cake, and then my name was called to pick up my latte. I was handed a frappuccino. She offered to make my latte, but they were busy, and I took the frappuccino. I got back to work, and began to est my cake...it was banana bread!! So both items I ordered were the wrong thing. I guess Ill have to ask them to repeat back my order to me so they get it right.

This is my favorite coffee shop. They know my friends and I by name and already know our drinks before we can even order. The staff is incredible. Customer service is wonderful!!

Great place to take a break... Lines are long at certain times of the day.

First time ordering mobile, I went to pick up the order at the drive thru. They handed the order and 10 mins later I noticed the order is missing 2 items. I turned back around and went inside the store asking where are the 2 missing items. They tell me they ran out and the lady at the window was supposed to tell me and didn’t. I got refunded eventually but what a hassle. They need better communication and service.

We waited in line for 1/2 an hour to be told we had to leave because they had to many customers. Apparently closing at 6:00 means closing at 5:10, who knew.... FYI Starbucks hours at this location are 6:00 a.m. to whenever they feel like closing.

Waited 25 mins in the drive thru when it only had 4 cars in it. There’s no where to park because the drive thru line blocks all of the parking spaces and the coffee isn’t consistent so it will taste good one day and bad the next.

Stay year every year for a hockey tournament. Was hoping they’d have the speed of service picked up this year, but it might be worse! Coffee is good, service is snail paced!!! Need more help at this location!!

Don’t waste your time or money. We’ve had many bad experiences here. Slow service and basic drinks are made incorrectly. Even when we ask they be corrected, they’re still made wrong. It seems like the workers care more about that they work at Starbucks instead up adhering to their standards.

Just stopped on my way down the interstate to get a decaf flat white. An employee who was a customer talked and talked. Had to wait forever just to place my order. When I finally did get my order it was just hot milk. No joke. Just because I ordered decaf didnt mean I wanted only hot milk. I wont be back.

I’ve been to many Starbucks locations, and this one’s by far my favorite. The employees are so happy and positive. Sometimes they have made mistakes on orders, but otherwise, the wait in the drive-thru is pretty quick despite several cars.

We started our road trip down to Nashville and stopped at this Starbucks. We were greeted by Andrew who helped us pick out some wonderful drinks! Nothing but great things to say about Andrew and this Starbucks 😊

Excellent coffee and baristas who actually know a thing or two when they suggest you a beverage rather than only pushing the boring seasonal offering.8/16/20 editBeing charged 5$ for a microwaved sandwich wouldnt hurt so bad if the customer experience was decent. My barista couldnt even be bothered to look away from his personal conversation to hand my order over. Drink was mediocre but honestly my new stop will absolutely have to be Caribou from now on.

Very clean inside. Friendly staff (once they actually greeted me; three minutes after entering and waiting to order). Inside of the store had lots of seating. Warm and cozy environment and easily accessible for anyone that wants a nice treat.If I could make some suggestions to customers:Pipe up if they arent paying attention. Staff seemed to be distracted by small talk instead of tending to doing their job. Lastly, Id recommend as a customer, you check your drink before you leave. I had to have my drink remade because they werent attentive to the sticker on my order.

Parking lot is a complete caution zone. People who are going to and from the drive thru are driving to fast, not looking for other people, cars etc. I personally think there location being on the end of a strip mall and their drive thru going around the back of it is a complete disaster. When my husband I arrived to pick up our mobile orders, we were not acknowledged in any way. We stood near the counter where there were signs that said pick up mobile order here as well as do not reach across counter. Nearly ten minutes passed of them making drinks for the drive-thru and in-store customers, while we stood near the end of the bar. Still, none of the four workers made any attempt to ask us what we were waiting for. We finally had to go up to the register and ask about our orders. The staff laughed it off and revealed that the drinks had been sitting out of our sight BEHIND the do not reach across sign. There was no apology for ignoring us, or our drinks now being cold from sitting for so long, or anything.Also, I dont know the nature of the relationship between Andrew and Taya, but it was VERY uncomfortable for us to see him rubbing her back while she was making drinks.

The drive through is nice. I just wish Starbucks would stop burning the beans. They sell ice cream with their coffee because it tastes like charcoal by itself.

Its a Starbucks. The baristas are friendly and it has a good vibe. The only downside is how busy it can get. The drinks have always been spot on.

This is a very busy place but well organized in team management. We were impressed at how each team member had their post,did their job quickly and efficiently, and smiled and laughed while doing the work. Our drinks were good! At shifts end I am sure they are exhausted. We ordered 4 drinks late on a Saturday afternoon of Mothers Day weekend. We had our drinks in about 5 to 7 minutes. Nice outdoor seating too.

I have been a regular at this starbucks for years. Great place with great staff. With that in mind it does get extremely busy at times, and you might have to wait a bit longer than typical if it is. Not the employees fault, but rather by design. Small shop can only make so many drinks an hour. Had to address that since a lot of reviews complain about wait times. I am sad to be relocating and will miss the staff and the other regulars!! I will go out of my way to visit when i am back in minnesota.

Ridiculous! Took 30 minutes to get order. People who were in front of me were still waiting after I picked my order up! Extremely inefficient use of staff. There were plenty of staff to run the place but they literally had 3 people all doing the same thing. Even with just one person taking orders, they still couldnt keep up. Everyone who works here needs more training.
