Excellent customer service, great attitudes and award winning diligence. Any time Ive had a problem big or small Id go into the store and they handle it right then and there. The only time Ive had a problem with the service is when a tower caught fire. But even then service was restored within 24 hours! That was out of their hands but they still made sure to update us and let us know what was being done about it. Its a great place to get your new phone and get on the 5g train, they have great coverage affordable phones and if you want a specific phone ask them and they can order it for you. All in all great place 5 stars Ill continue to give them my business.

Had an absolutely awful experience at the Miller road store in Flint. I decided to give Cricket another chance by going to the Cricket store in Owosso, and what a difference Andrew made to our experience. He went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met to our expectations. 11/10 would recommend this store to anyone to get the best experience with Cricket.

I have been with this place for a while now had two different phones I call tell him Im having problems with it charging after I bought new chargers for and they say they cant do anything about it Im ready to switch to different company Ill give it a one star just to make a review the message me about wanting me to upgrade to a different phone but dont want to take care of the one that I already have after buying two of them I want them to quit messaging me about another upgrade on another phone if I upgrade to different phone it will be with a different company that will take care of the problem not see just bring it in and well see what we can do but we probably wont be able to do anything about it I dont call that a good business I thought cricket would be a good business I guess I better start thinking more before I buy from anybody Ill find a good company that will stand behind their phones if I can get some recommendations on one

Great customer service I went in and was helped by a gentleman named Toi. He was very patient with me I loved that he answered all my questions let me know I had an upgrade that I wasn’t even aware of, which led to me walking out with a new phone and Internet service. Very friendly. GREAT deals! Mike is informed and informative. This store is his baby and it clearly shows. Alicia is still kinda new so she makes some mistakes. But shes a total sweetheart and does her best to live up to Mikes standards.

The cricket store in Owosso goes above and beyond for their customers. I needed 5 iPhone XS Max’s for my business account and Toi, my sales manager got me hooked up with a great plan at a low cost. Horrible experience from the woman who works there. She dont know what she is doing, she is rude, she doesnt try to resolve any problems you are having. the only thing I got good is that mike is nice and actually tries.

My phone got broken and I had to take it back in a couple times but they did very good at taking good care of me

Have had a great experience running the store and working with the people around this area. We have a couple thousand customers and Rob Barnum below would be the first person I have dealt with that was 100% unhappy before he walked in the door. We are open from 10-7 M-F 10-6 Sat and open 12-5 on Sundays and he proceeded to come in and tell me that we need to have bankers hours because he was unsatisfied that we werent open the day before at 8:30 and we need to change our entire store structure because he is unhappy, and i could listen to him or he could leave. At that point I said why dont you go ahead and go and have a great day. He is the first and only person I have ever had to ask to leave the store. That was only done because sometimes you have to let people that are so unhappy with their life go because you can never make them happy. Good luck Rob
