Good ice cream and snacks from Mexico and from other countries in Latin AmericaThe ice cream and ice pop flavors are so many but theyre always so tasty.The parking on theyre side of the store is a bit reduced however you can find more parking space within a small walking distance, prices are affordable and the establishment is clean but for some reason you can only use one door to go inside and the other one to exit. The employees will make sure to follow this rule

Went there today to purchase ice cream and Nachos. Never had a problem with the shop. But the 3 young ladies working today are extremely disrespectful make people not want to return. The sell large nachos with a small portion of cheese. Don’t stop there the other Michoacan is worth the drive

La Michoacana ice cream parlor. Located east Palmdale California 93552. On the corner of 47th Street East in East Avenue r. Reviewed 3 - 12 - 21. Im not guilty, to say that I simply love Palmdale. I have been here for 20 years and Ive seen this place grow exponentially. One of the latest additions here is La Michoacana ice cream parlor. It has been here at least for a few years. And we really appreciate the fact that they took their time to consider us Palmdale residence and install one of their great businesses here. I understand that La Michoacana ice cream is international in that even in other states in Mexico oh, you will come across one of these greet ice cream parlors. For example Ive been told by a girlfriend in Oaxaca Mexico that they also have La Michoacana ice cream. Okay then, you can get freshly made ice cream with real fruit inside. You can also get corn Colonel adorned with butter cheese in hot sauce in a cup known as esquite. But more importantly is the customer service. They treat you well and you are welcome to come in be a patron of these great ice cream. Cant wait for the summertime. So that I can come and cool down with a fresh Tamarindo ice cream.

My family and I love this place! So much to choose from. The only reason they don get 5 stars is because it can be a little pricey, and often there is only one staff person working. But the treats are delicious & not many places near by that can rival

I love this place... It has dairy and water based icecream...plus taste munchie treats...from nacho chips to elotes...and frutas bien sabroso...que rico

Vast variety of popsicles. Theyve got almost anything you can think of and more. The flavored waters are amazing. Lime is delicious, tastes as natural as home made, and the orchata is also pretty good. Crepas are good too. Not the cheapest prices but worth it, quality matters. Had a mango popsicle with chamoy, and it was amazing. Got 12 more imof different flavors to take home. They got so many other Mexican snacks... recommended!

Closed at 9 but indicates it’s open till 10. Ridiculous.

Everything they sale is delicious and refreshing. I would recommend this place.

We accidentally entered where it said exit and the employee scolded us while we were getting our ice cream bars. Also the guava bar has more seeds than all the guavas taken from the entire tree it came from.

Great service and all 5 items that we purchased were delicious specially the Mangoneadas. They were following and putting in practice all guidelines of the pandemic. Me and my Family will definitely be going back to enjoy their delicious ice creams and Mangoneadas

Super crowded place with a menu in Spanish but about 30 water based and milk based ice cream deserts. You can choose a small or large cup or waffle cone and your desired flavors of ice cream as well as your toppings. They are also reasonably priced. They also serve incredibly delicious looking shakes. I ordered one and ten minutes the young lady serving me came up and said there were no more shakes. I unfortunately had to brave the long line again. I would definitely recommend this ice cream parlor to anyone who likes iced cream.

The ice cream here is great and very unique. I dont understand why they only help 1 to 2 customers at time though. I wish I didnt have 2 stand in a super long line every time I go here I would actually come more often if it wasnt 4 that. I think they do it on purpose so that people passing by will think oh this place must good since there such a long line. Come on now theres enough people that knows you have a good product can we pls speed it along already.

Heard a lot of hype about this place and had high expectations. But was really disappointed with this place in person. The location is good. The store is nice and big. The store was very clean and so were the tables and seats lots of places to sit. The store itself was great. But the prices and what they served was vague. The customer service wasnt great. We tried to ask questions and the employees seemed bored/annoyed with us. For someone who doesnt eat this type of food/snacks often, we were completely lost and settled with a banana split.

This establishment is terrible!!!! I called to asked if they were hiring and the lady that answered was very rude and unprofessional. She told me not to call anymore and if I wanted to get a job she needed to see me and make sure I was “ pretty enough” and if my “body type” was the right fit for this job. She also told me if I wanted to work there they REQUIRED me to wear make up at all times. I’ve been coming here for months but that is done due to their unprofessional attitudes and rude looks they give you. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Excellent ice cream. My only 2 things is there is no menu posted with what they have or prices and they are a bit pricey. But it is excellent ice cream.

The ladies where so polite and I love how they are billigual to assist diversity customer base. The ice cream was creamy, must try the kiwi flavor.

They have great selections. The corn is pretty good, the paletas are yummy too. The customer service can be a little better to those who arent too familiar with the selections. Some of the associates seem uninterested in providing information about products. Also, the line cant get pretty long at times.

My daughter loves this place like how they seal the cups never been inside so i dont have more info recommend checking it out for your self the drinks are very good.

Went in tonight and it is very clean and the servers were nice and friendly/helpful, but I think for busy nights such as tonight there should be more help and a menu where you order instead of pay. We will definitely go back again.

Couple people I was with got treats, but I wasnt particularly interested. Nice clean place and nice workers, but Seemwd to smell a little musty or mildewy to me

It was nice and I love their ice cream and tostilocos. My only gripe is walking into the store it smelled heavily of corn. I know its something they sell but the smell was very strong at the time I went there. It made me a bit queasy going in and being hit by that.

Loved it paletas r good, icecream great n the lady that helped us =good =she answer all our questions. My lady loved her cause la mora se dio a respetar. I was not happy i asked if they sell dry ice, lady never answered me dont think que ablava ingles. Took some palletas to go n she put regular ice not dry ice barely alcanso a un paso de la refrigerator n baa mmm se rompio la caja. But i guess i cant complain it did make it home, so 5 estrellas de este paisa/Borderbrother....

The best ice cream and snacks, its like the Mexican ice cream parlor I used to go when I was I little girl in Mexico. I Love the patron ice cream, its delicious .

Due to the weather they will be closing at 9pm sorry for the inconvenience what the hell does the weather have to do with them closing early when it clearly says they close at 10pm. Thats total bs for having lazy staff. They need to respect the schedules posted and advertised. This is not the time I hear about this, the last time the girl there said if they dont have enough clients they will close early. I demand answers!

Always great flavors always quick despite the ever present line.

I gave it 2 stars and I’ll explain why. When we showed up it was not busy we were next but there seemed to only be two workers in the front. It took a while before they got to me. I finally got my 2 ice creams and payed. In the mean time my sister waited her turn and the place ended up packed. Then 2 ladies with a couple of kids stroll in and go straight to the register, she tell the worker what paletas she wants and she charges her, then worker number two comes over with a tray and about 8 paletas. I kid you not! With like 10 customers waiting all crowded in that little corner where the line is supposed to start. I was telling my daughter and sister if they saw that, the customer and the workers knew I was talking about them because they kept looking my way. I had to walk outside because I didn’t want to make a scene. It did bother me because all we were buying were paletas as well. I mean fair is fair and that’s very bad customer service specially when there was only two girls working the front and as soon as these ladies strolled in they dropped everything and grabbed her paletas.
