I am not happy of my last service/reparse. your Maserati inspector/mechanic first time diagnosed wrong & changed the wrong part by charging me $1370, I came home problem was there, I called and took back my car and after few days he diagnosed for something else and changed another part which was the right part this time, and charged me another $1370, when I complained that your first diagnose was wrong and you are charging me twice for your mistake he gave me a BS explanation to cover his first wrong diagnoses, I thought I came to Maserati dealer to have the best service but what I see your expert does not have any knowledge like the other regular mechanics shops, by changing several non related parts to fix the problem. If his BS explanation was right he should be able to change both parts at the first time not giving the customer his BS explanation to cover his mistake. I am very disappointed of your trained but not educated Maserati Mechanic. Best Sarkis

Although I drive by the Beverly Hills dealership, which is 2 minutes from my home, to take my Bentley to Rusnak Pasadena, I consider it well worth my time and inconvenience because of the world class service this team provides!

I had HERAT ATTACK in 2020 Bentley Continental.Now Ive got your attention, let me tell you a brief story. I was invited to test drive new 2020 Bentley Continental last year from Rusnak and Clint was assigned to show it to me. Now, since I ever saw the YouTube video about it, I was in love (not with Clint, the car.) So imagine how much I was excited to go for that test drive. But at the time, I was under lots of stress with my companys lawsuit and my heart was giving me warnings which I kindly ignored. As Clint was showing me interiors, I got a heart attack and it start beating 200 beats per minute. I guess I was too excited. Doctors call me X-Man for being still alive through that heart attack.Clint promptly took action and called 911 right away. So in a nutshell, a car dealer saved clients life. How often does that happen? Couple of days later, he was even kind enough to text me how I was doing and telling me car is just a car, the important things is that you get better. It tells what kind of character he has. This guy used work helping autistic children, so imagine how nice person he is.At that time, I couldnt afford the Bentley but I promised myself that when I can afford it, Ill come back and buy it from Clint (my savior Jesus). After almost one year and much better health wise, I finally bought brand new 2020 Bentley Continental last Saturday from Clint.Man... how can I tell you... This is more of a piece of art than a car. Craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful. Attention to detail is amazing! Handling is so good, it feels as if yourself and car become one. There are so many safety and convenience features that I feel the car cares about me more than I care about myself. Interface is so intuitive I learned how to operate the whole system in just one hour without a manual.And most of all, Ive got a extremely good deal from the most kind car salesman Ive met in my life. So trust me and just see him first before contacting other dealers. On top of getting good deal, youll have most pleasant purchasing experience ever. Feels like youre buying a car from your buddy. Rusnak has most Bentley inventory anyways. So trust me and look for Clint (AKA Jesus, hell baptize me this Christmas.) If he doesnt give you a good deal, contact me and well put him on a cross. Dont worry, hell resurrect in 3 days and probably eating sushi somewhere. And if Clint does sales pitch that someone got heart attack because this car is so good, this Yelp review is the proof.Finally, a message to general manager at Rusnak. Why the hell are you not giving him a raise? He saved life of a customer for gods sake!

They were slow getting the car shipped. It arrived with a bald tire and two of the keys were missing. The manager told me he wasnt going to help me because:1) I didnt really buy it from Rusnak Bentley Pasadena because I leased the car.2) The tire was fine when they shipped it. Maybe the transportation truck swapped it.3) One key was all they had, he didnt know what happened to the other two and I was out of luck and would need to pay $2700 to have the keys replaced.I paid well over retail for a low mileage SuperSports because I was buying from the Bentley dealership and it was certified. If I had known I was going to have to deal with this type of car company I could have saved myself $10,000 and bought it from any given car dealer on eBay.Apparently Bentley doesnt hold their dealers to the same standards as other high end automobile manufacturers. I would buy another Bentley. I just wouldnt pay the extra money to buy it from a Bentley dealer.

I have a 2014 Flying Spur. This is the 5th one I have owned. A light came on and we took the car to the Pasadena service department. After a week I was told that I needed a new engine. Ok thats bad enough, but not the service departments fault, but I was told they had no loaner car from any of their dealerships on Colorado Blvd. How do you sell a car for $200,000.00 get paid for work done under warranty, keep a car for over 2 weeks and not offer a customer a loaner car. This place suicks

Service dept. keeps me on hold more than 4 times for no less than 15 minutes every time.... Service adviser never get my phone call. its a NO GO !
