On my most recent trip to Napa, Amy helped me find axle seals for my truck after another parts store had no idea what I was looking for. I was impressed with her knowledge as well as her customer service. The staff at the Pewaukee location are very helpful, and customer service is outstanding. I would highly recommend people come here for their parts. Parts are almost always available and the quality far exceeds other parts stores.

This store goes above and beyond. Tonight I needed a new battery for my car and the staff too great care of me. Even waited for me after hours to ensure I was able to get a battery. Thank you NAPA!!!

Decent part shop but not as good as other napa locations. I have been in here a few time for parts and generally they arent very familiar with the parts you need and arent particularly helpful. As far as getting parts goes however they have the napa franchise behind them which is a plus.

A one syllable answer such as no is not helpful but rude.

The go to autoparts store with parts that actually fit and work for more than a month or two
