I always get some my designer stuff from this location. I never walk out empty handed thats for sure. This place is like a king of prussia on south street. I have so many items I got myself and my husband and kids, you can always find the rose in the concrete because every item is like a precious gem 💎 at this location. Definitely a must go to spot. They always get up to date items and you can never go wrong because they get every designer you can possibly think of, literally.

I ordered here for the first time the people that work here are very fast at responding to messages.I bought shearling jacket I love it the prices here are excellent and they a lot of good stuff I’m addicting to this place everyday they have new stuff. Found this place off the streets . Walked in and looked at bags ...I was clueless but the employees helped me pick out a Chanel for my girlfriend for Christmas. If youre a guy and know nothing about bags I recommend this spot the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. Will buy from again

Purchased a mink coat via Instagram and Louboutins in store. They were very responsive, accommodating, and the quality of the products and prices were super reasonable. Definitely recommend for a wide variety of clothing/shoes/accessories and one of the best consignment stores Ive been to!

Bought several items here, staff was always so nice, until today I walked in boutique both girls were so unfriendly it was actually disgusting. If you are looking for a friendly shopping experience on luxury bags, go to Caroline’s luxury bags, they have 2 locations one in Haddonfield, NJ and Marlton NJ. You always are greeted, and appreciated for your business!

For this to be a high end boutique, the customer service is horrible. I don’t live in Philadelphia and was told via a friend to try this boutique for good quality merchandise and they ship it to you. I made several attempts to purchase items but wasn’t successful because I had no instructions and or link to make the purchase. There website is very vague. There are no instructions on how to put a deposit down nor how to use the Venmo app (never heard of Venmo). All it states is DM for pricing, they offer layaway etc. however, no instructions, no link nothing to pay for an item of interest. I guess you have to physically be able to come to the boutique to make a purchase. Very disappointing.

Bella is amazing! They have the latest and greatest luxury items for such great deals. Marie is awesome, she always gives great recommendations! Shes friendly, fun and knowledgeable about everything luxury! Definitely my top place to visit when Im around South Street :)!

I came across a lot of high end clothing and bags doing a storage locker clean out. I know nothing about most of these brands but knew enough that they were worth some money. Dom and her staff were great and walked me through what was what and were very honest about the values. I felt great about the process and all the money I ended up making. I wish I had more to consign.

I purchased one of my dream pieces over the phone last week from Bella. The staff was so knowledgeable about the item over the phone that I knew it was exactly what I was looking for. Upon pickup they went over the item details with me and the condition was exactly as described, if not more beautiful in person. Im excited about my next purchase from Bella and even more excited to have found them. LOVE IT!!

I’ve purchased a bag here previously, the lady who helped was AMAZING. I came here recently to buy another bag and a pair of shoes possibly. They close at 8 I walked in at 7:30. The store was empty, no one greeted my husband and I. I’m standing with directly in front of the counter pointing out bags to my husband no one offered help at all. There was a pair of shoes that I saw and loved and went back to it twice. No one asked if I needed help. I understand that they close at 7:30 so they’re tired. I also work retail. But what helps is when your offered help. There was bag that I saw and loved but because of the lack of service it turned my husband and I off and we left after being there for only around 12 min. Hopefully next time I go, the girl from before will be there.

I only shop at Bella now! No sorting through messy, overwhelming department stores, Bella Boutique is organized and hand picked for the best shopping experience. You can not beat their prices either! Seriously..I look up everything before I purchase and Bella’s prices are always the best!

They have an eye for fashion. They always have the best/unique selection. The staff is sweet & helpful so your shopping experience is a welcoming one. I would say most of the current bags I wear are from there, even the jewelry! My favorite Chanel post earnings are from there & they came with the original box. I just recently got a YSL wallet from there & Im in love with it! Love this cute boutique! Xo

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE this place sells FAKES!!!!!!!!!!!!! Back in 2011/2012 i was referred by my sister to check out this place and when i was there visiting i did so I purchased 2 Louis Vuitton alma bags one pink one green pictured below i bought the green as a gift for my sister she and i both loved them dearly i Treasure my bag where it with pride but years went by and i said its time for a upgrade i took my bag to a different consignment shop and they did the entropy test and a came back a fake yes a FAKE!!!!! I contacted the store and ask to speak to the owner and was denied so i explain to the employee what happened and i was told sorry theres nothing we can do so i then went on and DM them on there instagram page in hoping to get ahold of the owner to make things right little did i know that was a waste of time yes she was no help i ask if they can look up the purchase check there surveillance anything i can to make them believe me because i no longer had the receipt and was hoping they would look it up as per her advantage They aka the store do not keep records that long nor did she recalled 2 odd color bags in her store but me and my sister and 2 friends all recall the asian owner Dominique being the one who sold the items to me so as for now i was scammed beware beware i contacted my family lawyer and as for my 3 witnesses we should be clear to take her to small claims court and make this right we need to keep scam artists like this out of Philadelphia becarful I think it is impossible for a store owner not to recall these to add color bags being purchased at the same time I dont care if it was a decade ago shes a liar beware.

Imagine that the girl from GirlBoss opened up an actual storefront boutique and thats what you get with Bella. A consignment shop that stocks only high end label items, be prepared to shell out big money if you want something nice. Something that isnt nice is the staff.TWO years after my review the owner replied, and insinuated that Im poor, thus reinforcing what I said in my initial review about the staff not being nice. So definitely shop here if you want to be treated like garbage!

Im a thrifty shopper although I love to own a few good name brand things, Ive purchased 2 high end items (purse & shoes) from them via their Social media acct using Venmo two different times and both I had them shipped I live in another state and Ive recieved tracking information within hours an entire picture of the actual package and both iteams have arrived in perfect condition as explained. I love bellaboutique . The owner name is Dominique the world most kind sweet and also extremely driven human being. Her employers are super nice I have been shopping there for now 7 years. . Besides the fact they are super friendly they also work with their customers by helping them figure the best payment plan of their choice. Meaning layaway is available as well. Magnificent staffs . The staff is nice and friendly.. however, after reading the review about selling fake items along with my personal investigation.. it is true that they do fool people and sell some items that are not authentic. Which is not okay when people are paying their hard earned money on things portrayed to be authentic. And the owner is of asian ethnic and not to be racist.. but we all know they are known for good quality replicas so they probably have good resources for what they are doing.

Bella Boutique sells on Poshmark. I purchased a purse from Bella Boutique on Poshmark, however, it was never sent and none of my messages were responded to, Poshmark reached out and was not responded to. I finally called the store and was informed that (1) they dont have the purse I purchased and (2) the seller information on Poshmark is old, they do not monitor that page or receive notifications from that page. I am disappointed that I wasted time and money to purchase an item listed by a seller who is not even checking that page or updating it or responding to purchasers who have paid money and are waiting to receive the product. This is pretty sloppy business practice. Apparently they have a different Poshmark page but I wont purchase from this boutique or seller again.

D O NOT SHOP HERE!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED. The store manager went so far as to block me from Instagram to shop in the future after kindly honoring my refund request since I was never sent an invoice nor told that all sales were final when I called to make a purchase. Trust and believe my social media followers all will not shop her once I leave my review. Poor choices!!

I experienced THE most ABSURD customer service (from the OWNER herself) this evening. To say i’m APPALLED, is an understatement. So i am from Philly, i used to frequent Bella (years ago), but haven’t been to this part of the city in quite awhile. I just recently started going to PT next door, and i rediscovered Bella. Twice a week i have therapy, and i almost always pop my head in to just look after my appts.I would like to preface this by saying- i, myself, run a small boutique in Another part of the city. Customer Service is my #1 priority and passion in life. I PRIDE myself on that skill. Anyone who knows me knows i go above and beyond to please. i have worked in the Restaurant Industry and Retail for over 20+ years now.So i walk in around 745 this evening.. i asked if it was ok to come in (they close at 8), they said of course. As I’m walking around looking very casually (but quickly, and RESPECTFULLY)..I’m telling the two associates about my business, talking Social Media, and then how i rediscovered Bella and how i can’t walk in and not buy something. I had just PRAISED the boutique, and told them i run a business. All the while- i picked up 3 items.. the owner and the girls are discussing remerchandising the store (it’s not like they were coated up, ready to flee the store). I very casually said “I’m just going to try these few things on super quick”.. and the owner goes “NO. it’s almost 8pm”I honestly stood there in shock. I picked my jaw up off the floor, and i said- so wait., i really can’t try these on really quick? She flat out said NO. That was it. she then goes around remerchandising the store. At first i thought the girls were embarrassed. I’m not even sure why i still asked if i could try the one leather jacket on in front of the mirror? At this point i wanted to spit in her face. But in spite i did try the coat on, i turned to the one girl and said- is she serious? She goes “she’s the owner”.So they let me in (i mean i walked in at 745.. there was even a man who walked in to sell them a pair of shoes after me). They allowed me to peruse and pick up these 3 items. And then denied a SALE?! i felt like i was on candid camera.. ESPECIALLY knowing i run a business. i was NOT trying to disrespect them (which they insinuated after).Flabbergasted, and honestly so disappointed (there was a cute little stripe top i most likely would have purchased).. i turned to the owner and TOLD her HOW APPALLED i was.. and that i just got done PRAISING Her business.. but simply because of her poor judgement.. i would never step foot in there again.They had the audacity to ask me if i would LET my associate stay- they have “personal lives”, and “places to be”.. i couldn’t even believe those words cane out of their mouths. To be honest.. customers come first. i was about to purchase an item. I was literally trying on 3 very quick items (not a whole wardrobe), and after this was all said and done.. it was 7:59 when i stormed out. .. and if i EVER was told that an associate of mine refused a sale, offended a customer, or DIDN’t go above and beyond to please a client at my store.. that person would be fired. hands down. Extremely disappointed and just. Wow.I am not one to bash another small business.. but let this be a slap in her face.
