The staff and doctor were absolutely amazing. My 4yr old wad extremely nervous and scared and they did everything they could to make her comfortable and they were so patient. The girls in the front were so kind and considerate. The doctor was great with my daughter . She talked to her and made her feel comfortable and she even got a few laughs. She explained everything in detail and even allowed me to call my daughters father so she could explain it to him too in detail. It was very much appreciated. Im definitely coming back here.

It was a very professional experience. Everyone was pleasant, friendly and very safety conscious. I understood everything that the doctor said without any problems. The assistant performed all the eye tests in a very efficient manner. Great job. And the lady at the desk knows her job. EXCELLENT!

Dr. Molinda was very friendly and helpful. I was seen right away and the exam was quick and efficient. Exam room was also kept well-sanitized.

I needed contacts fast and contacts right. I got an appointment that afternoon for an exam after school. The reception area was efficient, welcoming, and pleasant. The tech who prepped me was careful, considerate, and instructive on the machines she used to test my eyes. The doctor read the current prescription off my glasses, gave me the standard eye exam, discussed options for lenses, fitted me, and made sure of my satisfaction before leaving. Its hard to believe but they accomplished in one evening what my other doctor couldnt do in a week.

Extremely organized helpful and friendly. A wonderful experience from making the appointment on the phone to choosing the glasses. I highly recommend this Lens Crafters location.

Im not sure of their titles but the two young ladies at the desk in the back of the Lens crafters office were so professional and kind I began to think that I was in a different city. Doctor Leanne Laporte, OD is one of the best medical providers Ive had since moving to Philly over 15 years ago. So much was accomplished in a relatively short period of time. I am very happy that Im on my way to be able to see again. Thank you all for helping me and being so caring.

The eye exam was efficient and thorough. Only thing is, I do not understand why the back-of-eye photo is standard procedure. It didnt prove to be useful in my case, and since it is not covered by insurance I wouldve liked the choice to opt-out.

UPDATE: *I received a call and they were able to assist. The representative who took my insurance made a mistake and they were able to resolve the issue.*I was sent a bill a month after my appointment, I have insurance and paid the remaining balance that the insurance didn’t cover right after my exam. I was still sent a bill for $200 that I do not know what is for. Ive been trying to call the number that’s on the bill for the past week with no answer, left voicemails with all my information and never received a call back. Dr. Brewer and Associates will be losing a regular customer.

Staff was kind and did a great job in making my visit a comfortable one. I appreciate the extra effort taken to make sure everything was cleaned before my exam. My doctor took the time I needed to understand what she was doing and what my results meant.

This was my first time at Lenscrafters, & was very satisfied with the eye exam, which was quite thorough. Even purchased a new pair of glasses.

Great experience. They continually clean and sanitize the areas as well as the instruments being used. I felt very comfortable being there and sending my sister and wife there for their eye exams.

Dr. LaPorte was amazing and very sweet. She truly took the time to explain and go over the anatomy of my eyes and any and all questions I had regarding changes in my vision and future plans, like LASIK. 5/5 experience and I will continue to see her for all of my vision needs!

This is the worst place to get any tipe od service and if Ms Angela is the one in line to help you... you good as dead.. She talk to me like i was her son and give me the run around to refuse service to me.. i do have insure and a good one but she refuse to research for it .. or maybe was my color of skin that she did not like... only GOD knows what happen.But me i will never go there.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I had an appointment at 10:30am last Monday on 1/4/2021. I arrived about 30 minutes early hoping that I would be in and out. I was told by this girl at the desk named Angela, that I was not allowed to even check in early and to come back closer to my appointment. I decided to wait and browse around which was ok by Lenscrafters. Then I overheard this Angela chick, yelling at a male staff member, scolding him and belittling him over from what I heard was a mistake that he made. He must have been new. She was so loud and obnoxious that her voice carried throughout the store. I kinda felt bad for the guy who was sitting next to her. Overall it was a very negative experience.

It was my first eye examination and it was great!

I won’t be returning. The exam was horrible and I ask the front desk clerk for the report and exams and she printed some piece of paper that’s not a report of the doctors findings. Then the eye glass place tried to give me bifocals when I didn’t need them. Horrible!

Every one was fantastic and did everything to make us feel safe, doctor was very thorough and explained everything to me really appreciate her engagement will definitely recommend her

A very friendly staff and Dr. LaPorte was excellent in my eye examination and prescribed the medication for treating my dry eye issue.

Dr. Brewer was great. She took the time to explain everything and discuss issues I was having and made sure I left with the best prescription possible. The assistant I saw before her was very friendly and also well informed on the new machines and technology used to take a picture of my eye.
