Had a great experience. They did amazing dealing with a very scared 4 year old. I appreciated all the patience and help we received.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, they gave me every option that I had without me even asking. They gave great suggestions on my contacts and glasses. They honestly was 1 of my favorite customer service experiences Ive had.

I came in needing new frames and was greeted and helped by Christina. She was the best. Will shop here again for sure.

I arrive and was quickly greeted by Ramses. He introduced me to the wide selection of frames, services, and options that Lens Crafters has to offer. I was truly impressed. Ramses was so professional, friendly, and courteous. He treated me the way I would want myself and my family to be treated. I will come back with my script to be filled there. I will come back to see him.

Used to buy frames online but I think LensCrafters has won me over now. The customer service was excellent, they helped me find frames that fit my face shape better, and they were very helpful in explaining details regarding pricing, insurance, lens options, etc. Also the transition lenses are fantastic!Only downside was for the eye exam the first time I was there, part of their standard procedure is this complex back-of-eye camera which I didnt feel was necessary, and it is not covered by insurance so I wouldve preferred to be able to opt-out.

It’s a very calming environment. I only found out today that glasses repairs aren’t charged which was such a blessing. I’m glad I live so close because I don’t want to go anywhere else for glasses-related issues.

My experience here was excellent from the eye exam to picking out my glasses. Everyone was very professional and informative. Arlene was a great help with picking out the best lenses for my needs. I will always be going here from now on.

I was at LensCrafters cottman ave. today to pick up my two pairs of glasses after I received the call from them that it is ready to be picked. When I walk in a lady ask me that “how May I help you?” I replied to her that I am here to pick up my glasses. She told me that wait down the hallway chair. I waited 25 mins and noticed one employee was showing her family members pictures from her phone to one of the customer. Continue to wait again, another guy walk in through the entrance and said that he is there to pick his glass, right away they started helping him while I am still waiting. I was there from my work break to pick up my glasses! I just simply walk out of the place without picking my glasses. They were so friendly to earn my businesses 11 days ago when I went there with my prescription. Once they earn my business they don’t even bother that I am waiting for them even though they other guys who came after me. I know every one make mistakes, it is my one and only mistake with this people. I don’t even give any businesses to this people anymore. Time is valuable for everyone, respect and serve people first come first basis. But I don’t see that kind of attitude from this place today. I don’t usually rate any businesses bad, but today’s action was in unacceptable. If you are a victim like myself you should let public know this is how we treated at this place. I reached there after I received the text message and phone call from them.I am just speaking out my mind people, you can take it or reject it. But it is the true thing that I faced today.Rajesh John

I just out from lenscrafters I did eyesexam the staff and doctor so nice friendly and professional .

The whole staff and also the Doctor was very professional and quite courteous and the girl who helped me select my frames as to the special circumstances I needed but the best part was I was paying cash and she gave me a very generous discount which I just couldn’t believe they truely went above and beyond the service and courteous atmosphere.

I have purchased all of my eyewear at this Lenscrafters’s store location. I have been extremely satisfied with the service and all of my glasses. I highly recommend this store because the people are very personable, professional and friendly! Great service

Took my broken glasses here and was told they weren’t fixable. They said I needed new frames and there was nothing they could do. Took my glasses to another lenscrafters and my frames were fixed in 10 minutes and were as good as new.

Yearly eye exam, in out quickly lab on site had prescription filled and glasses delivered within 8hrs.. great team at the cottman Ave location

Friendly staff, in & out, got a discount for transition!

Receptionist was extremely rude and made clinical decisions without checking with the doctor (refusing to give me a trail pair of contacts, while being negligent to the severity it is for me to go a long period of time without any eye wear). Long story short, I have been a customer with Lens Crafter for years (a looongggg time). While calling to place an order for contacts, I found out my prescription expired in May. Lens Crafter does not take my insurance (meaning I have been paying out of pocket for a while a well). Since I currently cannot drop $200 for an exam (not including the price of the contacts), I asked for a trail pair until I can figure everything out. I was rudely told “no” and that they could not do anything at all to help me. Not once did the receptionist consult with the doctor or check to see if they could help me out (I’ve invested WAY too much money to be treated like that). She took it upon herself to make this decision and dismissed me. They have lost a customer for life. Take in consideration when you are in an emergency situation, will they still help you? MIND you, I ONLY asked for 1 trail pair........just one. Currently I have and appointment with Penn (3600 & Market, who also takes my insurance). I explained the situation to Penn and they are doing everything they can to help me until my scheduled eye exam with them. Penn is amazing.

Was in the store this picking frames for my pre-teen. Thomas and the 2 other workers we’re extremely nice, attentive, patient and had a great sense of humor. We were even able to get the glasses with the hour with the prescription. I’m not sure about the other reviews but the vibes were awesome. I’m actually making this my new eye store. Selections were pretty decent as well! Thanks again!

After making an appointment the day before the second I walked in I was greeted the guy was super friendly I had to ask if he even worked there it was just rare for me to walk in and be greeted aside from the pesky paper work I had to fill out everyone was helpful and overall was a great place to be at S/O to Iris the lab manager she helped me pick out some really good frames me being all picky and unsure she helped me narrow some of my choices down and made the process less stressful than what I made it out to be I paid for great service so Ill def be back I rated them low because I called to answer a question and when I was able to connect to retail I think it is the woman was so rude cut me off in the middle of my introduction I only had a question to ask which wouldve took 5-7 seconds to answer instead I was told to call back within the hour and the person hung up great when I walked in but over the phone completely horrible

A rip off. $114 for eye exam . I rather go to newyork a d get 2 pairs with eye exam for $99

Im not as crazy about the actual lenscrafters but the Drs office connected to it is wonderful! Love the service. Staff members are kind and respectful. Dr. Hopper was very thorough with my exam too.

Great experience! My job was on hold until I passed my eye exam. LC made my glasses in 1 hour! Shabon was so sweet. The Dr. Was so sweet and very patient with my fussy infant. The eye exam itself was very modern and only 10 minutes. Nothing like the hour and half old fashioned, constant clicking and switching, asking questions until you feel confused and tired. Very quick, no wait. Im so happy I dont have to wait a month for my glasses to come in!

I would give this place 0 star if I could. Very disappointed!! I’ve scheduled an appointment and waited for 3weeks to come in for an exam, at first they told me they are accepting my insurance plan but then they called me again to confirm the appointment and said if there’s no issue with the insurance then they wouldn’t call me back just come in on the appointment date, and they didn’t call me back so I came in for my appointment as soon as I walked in they told me that they are not accepting my insurance. The receptionist is very racist and mean looking like she’s not very happy with her job, I’m not sure how this office work Unbelievable!! even if they’re not accepting my insurance I wouldn’t mind to pay it out of the pocket but no way I cannot trust this office at all, I rather go to another place to be more safe and a better service. I finally made a called to another eye vision office at a different location and they do aceppted my insurance plan so that’s mean the receptionist is being racist. Never again I visit this eye vision.

Very good experience

I dont know what other people find so great about this place. I made an appointment, and after my initial tests, sat in a room waiting for the optometrist for over a half-hour. Finally I went back to the waiting area and said I was not comfortable in that room and could I wait there. Well, the optometrist finally got free and ended up waiting on someone who came after me! Needless to say I walked out!

Was greeted once I walked in the building very nice customer service in the eye clinic and the lenses area Im very satisfied with the service I had received thank you very much look forward to the next visit 😊

Ive been to your store a few times and everyone was very nice, polite and very helpful.

I got there and no one greeted me. I had to walk all the way back to the optometrists office and was greeted by a group unfriendly staff. They seemed to be annoyed that I interrupted their conversation. I was then told to sign in at the front. It took over an hour to be seen. Once I was finally helped, I was told that it would take 10 DAYS to get lenses put in frames that I brought myself because a machine was out of service. The associate who helped me was cool but their customer service and convenience sucks.

Went there to get my glasses in an hr unfortunately machine was down. Came back three days later machine still down! Americas best it is!

Love being seen more than an hour after our appointment.

If you say you open at nine but the real situation is that someone can come in and buy a pair of Oakley‘s at nine but if they want real I services like an exam or a fitting they need to wait for the doctor to come stumbling in at 10, then you need to tell people that yes, the store opens at nine and the doctor comes in at 10. Especially if you say walk-ins are welcome. Don’t tell people you open at nine when there is no doctor there at nine and all of your services are not available at nine

Took a bit of time but at the end of the day they took care of my broken frames. Iris and Bobby takes great care of their customers A+
