Bought a what was supposed to have been a tennis bracelet from here and within 2 weeks the bracelet broke. About a week later the bracelet fell off of my wrist and it’s forever lost!!! Will never trust this place again when it comes to purchasing any jewelry!!! I think the owner/salesman knew the bracelet wasn’t any good from when I first purchased it!!! That’s alright good things don’t come to people who does bad things to others. Straight got over on me, and I am out of $200!!! Never again, a lesson well learned!!!In respond to the the Owner’s response…. I tried to rectify the problem of the bracelet by bringing it back to be fixed after wearing it for only 2 weeks. The bracelet was supposed to have been fixed correctly but of course it wasn’t. And also, I did not break my bracelet!!! Why would I spend all that money and then break my bracelet?!!!! Again, I was the one who lost put not Unclaimed Diamond’s didn’t. Even an apology would’ve suffice instead of accusing me of breaking my own bracelet!!! Not looking to start any problems, I am only staying the facts!!!

Great Customer Service from top down. Spoke w/ a rep regarding my fault of oversizing my Wife’s Ring like a noodle. They were also exceptionally patient in walking me through the various options and ensuring that I ended up with a ring that would make both me and my girlfriend (now fiancee) happy. However the best part of the experience was that I did not feel like I was being sold or upsold.
