Good customer service at the Western Union, lottery, return department from associate Ms. Renee! She always take care of me with cashing me out for my lottery winnings with no problem. Today 9/25/21, I was there for a lotto payout, she was working by herself with a line almost to the entrance, she took care of every last one of us with no frustration or attitude!

I really like the size of this grocery store. It is really easier to find products. The international section is not to bad, it is better then most shoprites. All of the shelves are well organized, which is surprising for how many people shop there in any given day. Down sides to this place is the parking. The parking lot is pretty big but people park how ever they want and throw trash everywhere. Another big problem is people love to park in front on the store. Checking out is mess/chaotic. People are such is a rush. In the self check out lane people have a whole cart full of stuff and take for ever to checkout. Also would be nice if self checkout was a little cleaner. I feel the whole front entrance needs to be cleaned. Restrooms are extremely dirty and smell bad. I feel bad for the workers if they have to use them on a daily basis. But overall this is not a bad place to shop but would not shop there at night.

Today is August 29th, 2021. Usually a good store but they obviously are NOT checking their products! Third expired product I have gotten now. See picture attached:

Great crew work in there, esp at the check out isles. Great assortment of items. Bakery has good items for sale too, including thick cinnabon type rolls/ cream cheese icing, pk of 4. Sale items are usually stocked up too..

Good prices, nice variety and great prepared food to get to eat! Definitely recommend the macaroni!!

This is the place where I usually go. Fruits are good,meats are ok. Pricing in general is average. But they are charging .33 for bags and 4/$5.00 for the ones that looks like a tote. I think they are way to expensive on that. So do not do like me... take your own bags.

Nice place to shop I enjoy going here however its a smaller store so its not going to have everything but pleasant to shop there and the lines mostly are quick so your in and out even if its crowded

Love the bakery. They make great cakes n cupcakes for all occasions. I ask for one layers cakes with special toppings either on the sides or tops and they do not disappoint. Best of all everyone loved it. They were impressed to hear they came from ShopRite. Love it. Great taste, lovely decorated to my liking and beat of all low price!!!!

It Wasnt super busy for the time of the day I picked up my food order...it was a fast and speedy process...happy customer.

I think this shop rite is really good here’s why, the shells are always stocked. The staff are always willing to help and the place is so organized. They also have a halal meat section which is cheap if I do say so myself. This shop rite is a place I would recommended for Muslims like me trying to find halal meat. I would give it a 0 if I could I will never go back I order from shoprite online at levick this is my 3rd time and again my order totally wrong like the cant count and read I order online not to deal with that place but I got a bunch of stuff I didnt even order so I had ro go to customer service to return there mess up 2 people working and 15 in line I waited 50 mins than one chick goes break leaves one lady by herself with this big line tham after all that I go back to get my cart with all the food in it they didnt put back in fridge my ice creamsandwiches are melted im done with this place

Getting in and out of their parking lot is risky. The store is fine its like all the other shoprites. You see one you seen em all.

Not a good experience today! It seems like some of the cashiers do not want to work. The young cashier Ivelis that checked me out today was very slow and seemed irritated when it came to bagging the food like she expected the customers to do it. After attempting to bag another worker came to assist her because she was taking so long. Shoprite needs to address the attitudes of some its employees. If you dont want to work ....stay home! There are plenty of people that need jobs and can replace you.

Shop Rite is the the best place to buy groceries and their sale prices are the greatest.

Horrific conditions where the produce is kept in the cold cases. If you look up you will see there is rust and mold dripping from the top where the water sprays. I asked a manger about it and he kind of blew me off like oh we are getting new cases you have to bare with us not absolutely no excuse

If I could this place negative starts I would. Apparently now they use a outside company to deliver their online orders. I sat around waiting for my delivery and never received a phone call or text notification that it was delivered. They left it outside of my apartment building and I was lucky that nobody took it. I called the store to complain but everyone I spoke to was unapologetic and passed the blame on to someone else. Not only will I never order online but I will never shop at that store. They didn’t care about my experience and it was highly disrespectful.

I dont know if its me or not but I always find an issue with the particular store and I dont even want to mention it! I feel like this location doesnt take pride in their products (muffins are over-baked, prices are higher than other shop rites, items are not grouped together, etc) I really could go on and on but for the sake of time and my patience, I would rather say, the employees are nice and the lines move fairly fast... not much but I believe it just may be my expectations of a grocery store, that I believe I patronize quite often.

Well, when I went to Shoprite I was disappointed. I went in to purchase their homemade chicken salad and tuna but there was none on the shelves it was only 2:00 pm. I then decided to get the dockside crabs and the shelves were bare. I had to ask to see if they had them in stock and they did which I was glad. My experiences at Shoprite are usually good.

After buying expired products on multiple occasions I started checking the dates and turned out this store is LOADED WITH EXPIRED PRODUCTS. On the photo is a yogurt that expired 14 days ago!!!!!!!! (today is November 5). This used to be my favorite store in the area so this is really frustrating.

Love this Shop Rite. I use it for the mobile shopping. Its so quick easy and convenient and they really have a system thats organized. Havent had an issue with my order yet. Theyre sometimes out of stuff...but thats probably bc so many love this Shop Rite as much as I do!

The store was very unkempt, the produce specifically the greens case, like cilantro, was very dirty. The greens all looked old and wilted and just nasty. The dairy case doors had spilt milk all over them and it reeked of old spoiled milk.

There was no line to get in. It was a nice amount of people in lines. But the inventory was low so they didnt have a lot of stuff that was on our shopping list. The experience was good an parking great and staff friendly.

I went on line to look at sales for this week and they require u to log in or make an account.smh. I just pulled up another popular market instead, made my list n went there for my grocery. Just more convenient for me, with COVID, to shop on line first. However, their prices are reasonable and does have a much larger selection of foods.

Nice Market. Needs some upgrades. Boxes seen in the front top of every isle. Possibly needs large food pics in front the top of every isle like newer markets. Other than that. Well stocked. Friendly. And Clean.

Usually find what I need. Staffs are helpful. Some customers can be rude and inconsiderate of others. To avoid crowds or rudeness best to go early in the morning and late in evening hours.

Generally always a positive experience going here. Definitely one of my favorite places to shop in the city.

This store has slowly declined in service and cleanliness. It is so dirty and the food preparation practices are lacking. The video depicts a person preparing salad for sale using bear hands no covering while giving high five to other employees. Eat at your own risk from this store. I wouldnt recommend.

This is the best ShopRite in the area as far as Im concerned. Always fresh produce and meats, not butcher fresh but much better than Front and Olney and Cheltenham. Always cleaner and nicer with more selections as well. Live right down the street from the Olney store but coming to Oxford going forward.

I love this Shoprite prices are good, they have the items that are on sale ( u know how some stores dont even have the products that are on sale). Very nice helpful employees. Number 1 supermarket. 10 stars

My groceries were ready and packed nice an neat! I would definitely use this service again.

Its ok. I only go after 8pm otherwise its way too crowded. That damn covid announcement every minute for the last year and a half is insane. They probably have employees quitting in droves, because if I had to hear that every single minute for 40 hours a week, I would lose my mind.

With this Covid changing all our lives and the Christmas holiday being very different for most of us I had to cancel my Traditional family gathering. I however wanted to at least make sure that my widow brother who would be spending Christmas alone would have a Traditional Christmas Dinner. I called your store and asked to speak with the manager.I was transferred to this amazing man named Nick.I explained to Nick what I would like to do for my brother and asked if he had any suggestion. Nick took the time to listen and than helped me step by step to make this happen. He even help with arranging delivery and to make sure that dessert was also included. I am so very grateful for what Nick did for me and my brother. He definitely went above and beyond his manager role. I hope that the Shop Rite Corporate Office realize what an amazing man and manager Nick is.He had no idea who I was but he listened and made my request happen and for that I am forever grateful. I gave 5 stars because thats all that is allowed but this man deserves alot more than that. He is truly top notch. Thank You Nick for making an extremely difficult Holiday turn into a pretty nice holiday. Your kindness put lots of smiles on my huge family faces.Happy New Year and God Bless You

When my mother and I had a problem/ misunderstanding with a product in the store, a young lady, Sabrina (customer service/ front end desk) took care of us. She was kind, respectful and patient! Twice she went to the back/ side of the store to price check an item for us. The store was very busy but Sabrina didnt rush us at all. I appreciate great customer service, even when its at an inconvenience to the worker. We need more people like Sabrina, awesome personality, kind and great work ethic, especially in the customer facing/ service industry.I APPRECIATE YOU!!!

The store was clean and there were plenty of items on sale. The sale items were in plain view and easy to find. There was plenty of sales people in the store to help. Check out was easy and fast.
