This company is great. I called for service after discovering my garage door wasn’t opening. I tried to fix it myself, but the issue was beyond me. They had someone to my place within 30 minutes and the door was fixed just a little over an hour after making the call. Don handled the issue quickly and professionally and even made sure to program my car to open the garage door. This is definitely the company to call.

Awful experience. The technician made me buy replacement parts at 300% to 400% mark-up price. After he left the whole garage opener collapse. when the technician was called back and came, he said everything was working fine when he left and he did not know what happened. I had to call another garage company the next day and do everything again.

Live in far East Valley and an older garage door opener abruptly stop working one evening and I needed to leave town the next day.Called a company I used before and liked but they couldnt get to it for several days.Phoenician has good reviews so called them. He was out next morning. Unit was not salvageable, but his truck is well stocked and he had a new drive, belt, and openers installed and operating in 2 hours.Great service, very personable, and the price was reasonable, especially for the distance he had to travel.

Arriving home i thought i didn’t push the button exactly. Turned out my garage door closed then only opened a foot. I called him and he promptly visited, diagnosed and suggested two, new openers. We discussed various options and he gave me a firm price. The next day, he was ahead of schedule and had both openers installed in less than two hours. He is professional, neat, a wonderful listener and a great communicator. Unfortunately its impossible to give him 10 stars, because thats how happy we are with his company and installation.

I called 4 garage companies after my door was backed into, three of the four said I had to replace the door, prices ranged from 1100 to over 2000 and timing was anywhere from next day in stock to 2-3 weeks. Phoenician said they wouldn’t quote till he saw the door, which made me a bit nervous thinking oh boy here we go....but, not only did he show up same day, he said, I can fix this no replacement needed. He also looked over my whole system, lubed it all up and steered me away from adding a spring to save money. I have to say this is one of the first repair services I have had the experience of a really honest guy with scruples and am so glad to have my problem solved with a couple of hundred dollars rather than what these other companies wanted to do, without a even looking at the damage. Highly recommend Phoenician over anyone in the Valley! Straight shooter and takes pride in his work!

Had a garage door that was not closing properly but felt there was some life in it. It would go up 3/4 of distance up and think mainly it needed the up/down settings changed. Joey came out and told me it needed to be replaced. If there was any life in it, by the time he inspected it and fiddled with it the chain broke and the settings were completely gone. I was hoping to spend 60 for a quick inspection and to have the settings changed and get some more life out of it, by the end I had a completely broken unit. He wanted 375$ to replace it then and there. I went and bought a new door online and fixed it myself in 2 hours for half the price. In his defense he did grease up the door itself and taught me several useful things about garage door maintenance, but overall not a great experience and would not recommend again.
