Solid Company had no problems, got Gear Halo. Dropped coffee in gear bag for work tried various stuff for 3 months.Got Gear Halo fixed it and smell is gone bag smells brand new!Solid thanks for the help and great customer service ! Would recommend them to anyone!

We have stopped by a few times to pick up orders that we placed on their website and not once did we have an issue with the staff or with the items themselves.Would gladly shop with them again.

Bought something on Ebay from them on a Wednesday. It was supposed to arrive in 4 days. 4 days later I get an email saying a shipping label was just created and will arrive 4 days later (now 8 days after ordering). After 8 days the item didnt arrive so I emailed them. The company said there was a problem in the warehouse earlier THIS week. I said I ordered and paid for it earlier LAST week. They didnt provide an explanation but said theyll refund my money. This was a horrible experience I wouldnt use them.
