I would give zero stars if I could. This store has zero customer service skill. You walk in and they dont even greet you. I stand in line and wait to be helped and they just looked at me. No hello or nothing. Im a big woman so they cant say the missed me,but I am black so I assume that was the issue. Didnt want to go there but the way things were handled I could only assume. After no getting service I left out and one of the salesmen was right behind me and still did not offer service. I went to the other location down the road and was treated like a customer should be. Please do not use this store.

I had a case of the classic 8:30 on Sunday night bad battery. Store manager, Justin, and his team member were extremely helpful getting it switched out, when another Autozone store was no help at all. I will be sure to tell my family and friends that this location is where you need to go. Both men went above and beyond even though the store was closing and I’m sure they had worked long days. Customer service like that will have me coming back. Great job guys. Autozone, take note of these men and give them a pat on the back.

Im a mechanic and this is where I go to get my parts and if they dont have it right on the spot they can get it from another store or send you to it or they can bring it to their store and you can get it within 12 hour. Monday July 12: update; me and the boss took a couple of cores in without receipts, the employee hunted down the sale on the computer and gave him his core charge!! Excellent work!! Im proud to shop at Auto Zone. Im an Autozoner!!

This store is by far the best in the area - trust me, its worth the drive. Justin is the manager here and runs the business to perfection. Having worked at other AutoZone locations myself and being a mechanic for 20+ years, I can tell you that finding knowledgeable and helpful employees like those at the Park Blvd location is rare. Justins crew is both well-versed, always courteous to customers and never pushy. The store is immaculate inside and out and even when I havent found the part I needed, they make every effort to locate one nearby. Had I known this store was this good, I would have gladly driven here even when I lived further away. Truly a great example of how to run a store and how to keep customers coming back.

I needed to buy new brake lights because both of mine were out. Andy looked up the bulbs needed based on my car, sold me the correct ones, then went above and beyond and installed them for me! He was extremely helpful, professional, and personable! He could have just sold them to me, but it really made an impact that he offered to install them for no charge. I will definitely be coming back to this location for any of my car part needs. Andy is awesome and AutoZone is lucky to have him as an employee! Highly recommend this store location.

I can never find anything to complain about Auto Zone. This is my go to for all auto needs. The staff is always friendly and eager to help. They don’t get paid anything additional to change out batteries or run diagnostics to my knowledge, yet I never feel like they’re inconvenienced. This location is the best!!! They always have whatever I need in stock and everyone works together nicely. Last time I went, the store manager changed my battery. Just goes to show the sense of team work you’ll find at Auto Zone.

Omg!!! Tito Perez was super helpful. I had a head light out and I made it to the store right before they closed... literally minutes before. Yet and still Tito offered to help me with installomg a new light bulb despite the late hour. I’m so grateful for his friendliness and professionalism.

I’ve never written a negative review but I am compelled to write this review as I sit in my car at the store parking lot. First off, CUDOS TO JUAN R. One of the managers at the store who came to help assist and solve the issue. On March 10th 2021 I bought an Alternator for my car and the service was A1 exceptional! Today March 21st 2021 I stopped by to drop the core off and get the $37 core return fee. Andrew W. Was at the register and called the next customer which was me. He started the return transaction and asked a couple of questions and I could not hear him well as I am hearing impaired and I let him know this. The third time I asked him to repeat himself he was obviously not content doing so and told me “never mind”. I repeated that I am hearing impaired and he said, “it’s ok, never mind”. He then proceeded to asked me to put the card I had used in the credit card/debit terminal to proceed with the refund, my card was declined. I told him I had reported a fraud on my card this morning and was waiting on BOFA to call me back. When I received the call, BOFA explained they had to cancel my card because of the fraudulent charge. Andrew W was not too happy and went and got someone else (Juan R) another store manager to help me. I asked another employee who was their manager and he said they had several. When I asked for Andrew’s name, he walked over to me and said “you need my name?” I explained to him that yea, I wanted his name because he made me feel discriminated against for my hearing and extremely uncomfortable! He not only was speaking loud as hell to me but also over me as I’m calmly trying explain to him how he made me feel. He was RUDE, not bothered at all by his discriminatory rudeness towards me and I just told him I was done, and he walked away with not even an apology for his behavior towards me who was a customer at this store#1235. The other Manager Juan R was exceptionally helpful and was able to solve the issue with the return.

We bought a floorjack 2 1a2 tons with SUV extension, the box said 1 year warranty but the manager told my wife 90 days. The problem it it leaks oil from the fitting that lowers it, it has been months, Mothers Day but no where near a year. I would have expected no argument. Next I will call corporate...

Out of all the autozone stores Ive been in. By far this is the best location. I had a issue with my brake parts, and the manager Nora Hernandez. Provided above and beyond service to help with resolving my issue. She is very professional, great communication, great listener. This location will definitely be my store of choice. I had a very pleasant experience, and I appreciate a great manager that truly takes pride in their job. Thank you so much Nora Hernandez we need more managers like you in the world. You are an excellent manager!!

The employes were so helpful.Like they say u can borrow tools to fix a quick fix in the parking lot! I did...replaced my alternater today and borrowed 1 tool. Truck back to normal and running well. Thank you and be safe and blessed.

They blamed me for something in the wrong spot cause theres a price difference. Then grabbed the one i didnt want and attempted to sell me that one. I didnt want that and its not my fault products are in wrong spot. Did give me a discount to said price, but by then damage was already done, wont be going back to that store.

Wow! It is wonderful to be able to get a free trickle charge on my battery which saved a lot of concern that what I actually needed was an alternator. I was overjoyed when the car started right up and would like to spank the roadside service tech who told me it wasnt the battery and made me think I had to spend hundreds of dollars unnecessarily. Good on you AutoZone!

AutoZone located in Pinellas Park, I had a really good experience with AL B. And Patrick. We walked in just a few minutes before closing and they had a good attitude, help us changing the cars battery, even cleaning it. I highly recommend it, and I will definitely drive all the way to Pinellas Park AGAIN to buy auto parts.

Park blvd in Pinellas ParkAl Boyd was a real hero to me! My headlight was out (for a week) as I was trying to get a new buld during that time but no one offered help me in other stores.So when I walked in I was immediately greeted by Al, I told him what I was looking for, he said let me get that for you. Al went over and got it showed me what kind of bulb I needed, he verified with my car to make sure it was the right one and put it in for me which I had no idea how to do so what a true blessing he was so helpful,so Professional and went above and beyond to ensure my lights came onI thank you so much Al Boyd.

One of the better parts stores. Need a little work on customer service for example, I got my lazy but up in the store to get a part and in the middle of a conversation, they answer the phone a proceed to quote a part for someone else. Cmon man.

8pm dead battery? No problem for these guys at the store on park blvd. Tested the old battery, installed a new one and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. Awesome service.

I gave a 3 star only because they had what I was looking for and the price was $3 cheaper than the others. Store manager Justin and others need to brush up a little on customer service skills I felt like I was talked down to not realizing I had two other options within two blocks. I will do business with them in the future but I would not let my kids or wife go to this auto parts store.

The guy with the mustache was rude and nasty, I came in and asked where the windshield fluid was, and he gave me a dirty look where as if I was stupid. He proceeded to show me where it was, Asked him what he would recommend, he just gave me a slick answer. Not even a minute of looking and deciding what to get since I was on a budget, he just grabbed one and forced me to buy it.

Employees are not helpful but it would still be a really great place for a parts store with employees that could quickly and ineptly look up parts as a certified Master Tech for 32 years I tend to find that all parts stores just hire people to sell parts they dont need to know anything about a car other than how to put gas in it to get to work

I went into AutoZone yesterday Sunday June 9th, 2019. Im an Uber driver. My previous customer had left a sticky lollipop on my front passenger side seat. I was 50 miles from home in Spring Hill, FL. I spoke with your employee Nicholas Solone, who recommended Gogone and he used my car rag to literally wipe and clean my front seat of my car. The fact the Nicholas took the time to clean my car seat meant a lot to me. This was outstanding customer service from Nicholas and he made my day! I ended up purchasing the Gogone and cloths for $ 12.82. If Im ever in that area I will do business with this AutoZone and will continue to do business with AutoZone.i left a voicemail message for his District Manager-Joseph Alderman.

This store saved me 300 dollars!!! We were about to buy an alternator from here when we told the employee Justin that it was for a 2016 car and the store on ulmerton told us that was what we needed... justin said that didnt sound right and to please bring my car in for him to double check it before I spend 450 dollars... turned out to be a dead battery. Seriously saved my a whole rent paycheck. Thank you so much.

Went in to buy a Battery for my vechicle. I was immediately helped by the friendly staff. They located the battery i needed and i asked if they can install the battery for me since i did not have my tools with me. They were more than happy to install it.
