Received a large container for a Christmas gift.The sirloin strips were HORRIBLE. Barely 3/8” thick and impossible not to overcook them.The chicken breast were just thin pieces sliced from a larger breast. Dry and inedible.The burgers were fine as were the sides.I’ve never been so disappointed. We have received product before and loved it but will need to tell the kiddo not to waste his money in the future.

I cant say enough about the great service we got from the young lady who waited on us, I however can not remember her name. We got a groupon and the value and quantity was excellent. She had some special offers we also took advantage of that made our purchase even better. Great food, great service, and great value says it all

I am a new customer to Omaha Steaks and I cant express enough how impressed I was with the employees there. Everyone is professional and very knowledgeable about the products and sales going on. I had a great experience the two times I went and will definitely be a regular customer!

I placed two orders to be delivered on Saturday, even paid extra for shipping. Kept checking for the follow up email to confirm they shipped, the only email I received was to confirm the order and the status was pending even after 3 days. I had to email them to find out my orders were flagged and gave me no indication! Sat on the phone for approximately 2 hours to have them offer me an apology and a $25 gift card for a future purchase. My items wont arrive in time for the pot luck they were ordered. My shipping isnt being refunded nor expedited. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
