New favorite shop to smoke at. BYOB is a plus. It has a unique lay out that provides multiple seating areas and humidor closets through out. Tons to choose from. Owners are awesome people that you can talk to easily. Lots of Pittsburgh brick n mortar shops are missing that (my opinion). Watch IG and FB for their events.

Stopped in the other day after I completed a few weeks of online purchasing for my new humidor. Had limited time so I told John and Amanda exactly what I was looking for, a pack of 7-10 sticks for under $100 that covers the spectrum of sticks they carry, they had a 7-pack mix of sticks theyve personally tried and enjoyed in less than ten minutes. All while updating me on the upcoming event with Helltown brewery, 9-20-20, and pointing me in the right direction with my new humidor. What a pleasure it was to finish my work day with the knowledgeable and friendly staff of the lounge, my only regret is I wasnt able to stay for a smoke! No matter where youre at in youre cigar journey, CIGARRO is the place in Pittsburgh for you!

Went here for the first time today was immediately impressed with the service and atmosphere. Very nice place. Staff is knowledgeable about there products and extremely helpful will definitely be going back I recommend this place to anyone just getting into cigars or the aficionados!

Great new cigar lounge located just off McKnight Road in the North Hills! Terrific vibe, service, selection and location. These new owners really did things right here! Cant wait to stop back again with friends and colleagues!

What a fantastic establishment. I went in there a couple days ago looking for a new spot and found this newly opened lounge. The staff there is very nice and knowledgeable and showed me around. I love the atmosphere here and theres plenty of seating. They also have some really nice TVs for the game that was on. The cigar selection has a nice verity and the price is very reasonable. I picked up an Alec Bradley The Lineage. Ill definitely be making more trips here. See you next time!

Awesome new cigar lounge with a great selection, atmosphere and staff. The humidor is well stocked and very clean. Numerous rooms to lounge, very enjoyable place!

Cigarro is fantastic! Walk in to wall to wall humidors in the front room fully stocked with top name cigars. Plenty of cozy lounge chairs to sit and enjoy your chosen cigar in style while you look out the floor to ceiling window, or watch the big game on one of several televisions around the place. Continuing around the floor you will find several semi-private areas one with a full size couch, and another with a raised table. Last of all, the state of the art purification system allows you to enjoy every bit of your experience.

Nothing here is rushed. The humidors are spacious and uncluttered, its shelves lined with an impressive array of familiar smokes. Great for after work unwinding and relaxing in soothing ambience or get together for work or business meeting. Prices are very reasonable and competitive.

Long overdue to have a premium cigar shop in the North Hills, fantastic set up and great prices. Really looking forward to visiting this shop frequently! John and Amanda make you feel like youre smoking in your own living room, only without any guilt!

This is an awesome place. I got to watch the Penguins and then the AFC Championship game, while relaxing in a comfortable seat and enjoying a great cigar.I cant walt to go back.
