To begin, this shop is full of character. Its the kind of place that you can tell is run by people who love cigars and have been doing it for a long time. I am an avid whiskey drinker, but a beginner to cigar smoking, and I was looking for something to pair with my drinks. Prior to walking in, I had minimal knowledge of cigars. Craig was super helpful making recommendations and I left feeling like I had a solid foundation to get started. I also feel comfortable enough to ask for help the next time that I go in. Great experience. Looking forward to many trips here in the future.

Marc & Craig welcomed me into Blooms with extreme hospitality during my visit to Pittsburgh. The humidor is unbelievable and seems to never end. Infinite aisles of cigars had me feeling as if I was in heaven. I recommend Blooms as a MUST STOP whenever you’re in town!!!!! Can’t wait to come back and enjoy the experience.

Quite the unique establishment. They have a huge selection of high quality cigars and the owner is very knowledgeable of his stuff. Make sure you ask for recommendations from him.

I travel a lot and frequent cigar stores. Amazing selection of some very hard to finds in my neck of the woods. Really friendly people. I was told to stop by for the Saturday viewing experience!!

Best cigar store in the United States. With a history going back 50 or 60 years. Incredible selection and Exceptional service. Military and veterans are treated like rock stars. Cigar camp is something that you have to try once in your life.

Cool little store. Been having more issues than I’d like from here with cigars with tight draws. Also they don’t do cards for under $20 dollar purchases and at random will have a cigar purchase minimum. Usually leave smelling like an ash tray after being in there for any longer than a few minutes.

I collect cigar boxes so thats why I stopped in. Nice cigar/smoking shop where locals gather. On the smaller side but very nice. Owner was very friendly and hooked me up with a few cigar boxes Ive never seen in my area.

Wonderful place, owner and atmosphere. I came here with some friends to find some cigars both unique and common and absolutely were not disappointed! There’s a room that seems to go forever that are lined with cigars galore! Storage shelves and walls house many of your favorite cigars and many unique and tasteful finds!

Friendly people. Clientele was friendly. Owner was friendly. Helpful, knowledgable. My second trip there. Generally I go to a shop, buy what Im after and leave. Both trips here Ive been impressed with the welcoming atmosphere. This trip I took them up on the offer to grab a seat, enjoy some food and have a smoke. Met several nice people.For me this is a 2 hour trip to visit. I have to plan my time. Its nice enough I can see making a monthly trip to stock up and enjoy a good smoke while there.The selection is incredible. The humidor is most likely one of the largest in the states. Large enough Ive had to ask assistance to find things.

This is THE 5 star place for real cigar aficionados, but not for an erstwhile smoker like me who just wanted a box of 5 Parodies, not of $10 toscano-style imports.

Wanted to give Mark some appreciation, Kimmy and I were regulars at Bloom before moving to D.C where we have been greatly disappointed by poor customer relationships and lack of what wed come to expect as common selection items no longer available. If youre lucky enough for this to be your local spot you are spoiled.
