I walked in with absolutely no knowledge of tobacco to get a birthday gift for my brother. The clerk helped me to understand the cigar selection and to pick out something my brother might like based on his tastes. I got a few looks from the men as being out of place, but the environment was very courteous and helpful. I wouldnt know from experience, but it seems like they have a healthy selection of cigars and a nice place to sit, smoke and watch the game on overstuffed leather couches.
