Been trying to get contact lenses again after years of not using them. So I needed the eye exam along with the contact lenses exam. I have Tricare Reserve Select which should cover the eye exam, but not the contact lenses exam --should be straight forward. My insurance provider listed them as accepting Tricare Reserve Select so I tried scheduling and letting them know my situation to which they were unsure what to do. They lacked the experience in dealing with military patients which is fine, but weeks later they never contacted me again after they said they would.I was at the office for my appointment and the overall feeling is that they couldnt care less about dealing with one veterans case since dealing with Tricare was more of a headache than it was worth. I get it, Tricare can be a hassle, but at least tell me no instead of leaving me hanging.

Dr. Id seen seemed very knowledgeable. She also seemed very efficient. The front desk ladies seemed kind and friendly. The technicians also seemed very efficient while being helpful. Complete family vision care has a nice selection of eyeglasses reasonably priced. The office was tidy and calm. They didnt keep me waiting for hours and they made myself comfortable and not rushed while trying glasses.

Super sweet staff who kept going out of their way to make my experience a good one. The building also offers valet (follow signs for Legumes valet). I highly recommend.

This is an awful place. Been going to them for a long time, they knew I had insurance from my job but did not billed them. Charging me over $230! Got on the phone w/insurance & insurance picked it up, now they sent me another bill for $78.75! 15 items posted for one visit! I will make sure that your insurance is billed for services rendered. I will not recommend this place to no one there are other honest places to go to.

I purchased glasses here and what i have found is that when you buy your glasses they have very limited repairing of glasses. IF your glasses need reparied ( nose pad, arm screw, bent frame) dont just show up becuase i have encountered, the repair person is out to lunch or come back in an hour or we are closed for a meeting or dont have the right parts. You better call this place before you just show up for support othewide your going home empty handed.

Dont depend on the reception staff calling you back, even if they guarantee that they will. It was really frustrating, so if you are waiting for them to call you, dont, call yourself.

The only spot for me.Everybody rocks.
