There are some rude workers here that speak unprofessionally to you. You can tell by how they speak to you on the phone and it makes you feel that youre bothering them when you call them. If I read more into the reviews on google and their Facebook reviews, I wouldnt of ordered at all. Ive never felt like this from any company.

I have been to this location a couple times for eye exams and checkups. The doctors and technicians are all friendly and thorough. Minimum wait and quick appointments make it easy to schedule into your calendar. They have a solid selection of frames so I have a couple pair of glasses from there that I am more than happy with.

Worst service ever. I can’t believe these people actually are still open after this pandemic. Trust me go to any other eye doctor but this one. Staff is unprofessional including the DOCTOR !!!. Went to get an eye exam waited the two weeks to get my glasses and guess who isn’t open even though google says they are supposed to open until 3pm but not surprised that the info is incorrect just by seeing and interacting with the people who work there.

I only give a 1 because you cant go lower. Im forced to go here for safety glasses for work. First, they dont send my paperwork to my job so they know I got my yearly exam. Then (currently still unresolved) Im waiting 8 weeks for my glasses. Ive called repeatedly and no one can seem to figure out why, or get it resolved. They all promised to call me back (including the GM Bethany), but only one person did (it wasnt Bethany), and that person still didnt help at all. If I had a choice, I wouldnt step foot in this place again for any reason. Be warned.

Had an excellent experience getting my eyes checked and my contact prescription written and filled. Receptionists were able to help me navigate my insurance to make sure I was getting the the discounts my plan provided. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an eye doctor in the Oakland area

The people who work here are very friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile to help get my insurance worked out, and then did a great job helping me pick frames. I’m very satisfied with my experience.

I was a Vision care customer for over 20 years. So when MyEyeDr took over, naturally I stayed, biggest mistake EVER! Communication not good, waited over a month for my glasses & I was only getting lenses replaced, very expensive compared to previous years & accidentally overcharged by almost $200.. I am sad to say I will be taking my business elsewhere for my familys eye care!
