Leah is the absolute BEST brow artist I have ever used. I look forward to every appointment with her knowing that I’ll leave with eyebrows looking incredible and everything is always so clean and sanitized that I feel safe as well. Walked in 15 minutes before they closed up the brow bar. Larissa told me she’d fit me in before she left. She worked wonders on my brows (which needed done badly). She was very professional and told me exactly what she was doing. My brows now look great and I will definitely be requesting Larissa for my next appointment.

They shaved my eyebrows off with a spoon. It hurt.

Greeted very nicely, employees were very polite & very helpful they didnt just point me in the direction where something was, they would either take me to the product or to an employee in the correct dept. Even though I buy products for my wife there are some Im not sure about & it makes a difference when someone cares. You should be very Proud of this store & these employees.They should be rewarded as such.

The woman, Dawn, who did my brows was very short and snippy with me at the beginning of the process. She didnt ask how I liked my brows and so I told her just cleaned up and natural please. With half my eyebrows taken off and now them being super thin, I dont think my request was received by Dawn. Will never go back to this brow bar again.

Ive gone here about 5 times, and each time has been OK. Most of the time the girls miss a lot of long hairs even after plucking and one time a girl took off slightly too much from the start of my brow. But this last time the girl completely destroyed my skin. She tried to blame in on an allergic reaction and spent a lot of time trying to tell me how to treat the reaction. Although I knew at the time, and as you can clearly tell, she over waxed my skin and ripped it off. She never even held onto my skin while she waxed to make sure my skin wasnt being pulled.
