Horrible services.the 2 girls there today saturday 28/2020. very rude It was very uncomfortable to shop with these people.they just looked miserable. location: roos park mall.

During a slow day at the mall, I walked into Mac to get a new red lipstick. There were no other customers at the time, so the makeup artist was able to help me immediately. However, instead of sitting me down and applying the lip color on me, she decided to quickly clean the lipstick and then hand it to me to apply. She held the mirror while I put it on... Not to be rude, but I expect more from such a professional company that is known for their artistry skills. She could have probably sold me a liner and lip brush as well, but after I applied it, she just rang me up without asking if I needed anything else. Before I left, I did ask for a BB cream sample to take home, one in the lightest and one in the second lightest. Quickly and sloppily I got the second lightest shade only... pretty darn disappointed.

Kaly is an absolute angel! She tracked down my favorite lip pencil that was recently discontinued for me and I cannot even put into words how much I appreciate it. I have been to multiple MAC counters and have been dismissed by all of them. Thank you for your help Kaly! You’re the best!

Very unprofessional. I went there yesterday to get some lipsticks. There were no customers other than me. I asked the girl to show me natural color lipsticks. she just pointed her finger to all the lipsticks stand. like really! did she think I didnt see the stand?
