If I could give zero stars I would. Rude, snooty cashier. They won’t give out samples or shade match “due to covid”As soon as Ulta starts carrying olaplex, I’ll never set foot inside a Sephora again.

I love this place. The staff is always so helpful and help sell me the right products without being overbearing. I love the color finder tool that takes images of your face and finds your match, they always find my perfect shade. Theyre all so knowledgeable and usually have awesome looks of their own that they can share tips on. My products always are high quality and last a long time also. Very worth the investment spending more than at a drugstore because you get your moneys worth and more in the long run.

I have never been satisfied with this place .., very empty, a lot products are not available, poor customer service, rood cashiers, why there no good Sephora store in Robinson?

I went to this specific sephora today branch 2802, and the employee at the register (0345) was extremely rude. I know these are little things but she didnt even have the manners to greet the customer (ME!) with a hello or hi, heck she didnt even have a smile on her face.Anyways, I ignored that and proceeded with the transaction when I remembered I hadnt collected my birthday gift in years. She was very hesitant to give me my gift as if it was coming out of her pocket.Also the register next to me was giving out free samples to every customer that purchased a product(s), but the resigester serving me didnt even ask me if I wanted samples, regardless of me looking at the samples multiple times to give her some hints.I think sephora needs to give training to their staff, especially when it comes to tolerance for people of color, religion, and ethnicities.If you ever go to sephora avoid this associate 0345

Excellent service from Mariah Martin on 9/16/2019 at the Robinson Mall JCPENNEY Sephora! I asked to sample fragrance and this employee was super sweet, kind and so courteous! I was looking for a fragrance for my daughter’s upcoming wedding and Mariah was very helpful, informative and honest with her opinions of the fragrances. This girl knows her stuff—which is a big plus in my opinion. It is great to be able to ask a question about a product and get an informed answer. Mariah, you deserve to be a manager of your own store! Thank you to her for the great help! A very satisfied customer!

I WANT to give this Sephora a better review..I really do because I love Sephora...however it doesnt deserve it. This mall is definitely in need of a bigger, full size Sephora. This location is always very busy, extremely understaffed, and understocked. The majority of the last 10 times I came here, I left empty handed because they were almost always out of stock for what I was looking for, OR the wait for an associates help was WAY too long. I have since learned to order online because there isnt a full size Sephora near me, and I dont like to make the drive out to Ross Park or South Hills Village.

Small, too crowded, be careful on what gift card u purchase with them because they dont tell you what its good for and coupons about the surveys for the 10% off I took the survey and tried to use the coupon and they said it was for JC penny not sephora but i got the coupon from sephora and the receipt says JC penny on it so I assume I can use it at sephora since they didnt specify which store I can use it on, I tried using the gift card online not realizing the gift card my boyfriend got me I couldnt use it online bcuz I dont have a 9 digit pin on it....

Friendly staff nice store but expensive hope fore more deals or coupons in the future.
