I absolutely LOVE Lush. The girl was beyond helpful, I so wish I could have grabbed her name. However, they shelves were 99% empty, and they that because there has been such a shortage of everything, and a shortage on employees to make the product!! I took my 5 pots in to get a free face mask and instead they gave me soap because they have no masks. So they order everything to have it shipped to your house, but they are still out of half the stuff online! I really hope Lush doesn’t go down! This is insane! But again, the girl was beyond helpful to get me anything she could, and I live almost 1-2 hours away from a lush so I just got what I could!

Just stopped in today to get our usual haul of bath bombs and bubble bars. Was so excited they had the sleep dust back! I was lacking it in my life, lol. Rebecca (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was the sweetest and was so funny. She kept us entertained at during our checkout and was super knowledgeable on products. Even offered to order a bubble bar that was out of stock for us!

I have been to many different Lush locations in different states and countries and time and time again I am impressed how knowledgeable and friendly the staff is at them all. This locations is no different. Friendly staff who know what they are talking about. I dont think I have ever walked into lush without purchasing some amazing smelling products that work!

This was my first time in Lush. I had a great experience. Rebecca, the sales associate, was absolutely wonderful! I shared what I was interested in and she provided information regarding the products, additional details and didn’t pressure me to buy anything. I left with the products I was interested in and a sample to try. Very friendly and very informational. I’m so excited to try my products!

This place has always been my favorite but today was the best trip ever! A wonderful girl named Rebecca helped me! She was amazing! I gave her specifics about a present and she helped me find the perfect one that fit what I needed and my budget! The employees are always super nice

Cute place my wife has been getting all our soap there for a while now and only today did I realize the 10 bars of soap we have were like $13 each. But damn they smell good.

I always love going to lush, and the workers are always a group of really sweet girls. They love to let you test things, and will demonstrate the shower and bath bombs so you can see and smell what it will be like when used. They have fun little free gifts for paying customers sometimes too. I also love that they use non plastic biodegradable glitter in their products and focus on being safe for the environment. This is a nice little Lush in a small, but personal favorite mall in the area.

Very Friendly staff! Knowledgeable and very willing to show you how products work! Whether that is giving you a sample to take home, explaining how products work, or doing a demo! I have been to this store multiple times, and gotten a hand scrub demo done, moisturizing demos, and bath bombs and bubble bar demos! I also love that they have a fresh face mask bar here too! The store near my school (in NY) does not. This is also easy to find, well lit and a very organized and clean store.

Everything smells fantastic. Most products are heavily fragranced (note that is your are sensitive to fragrance). I love their body wash and huge bath bombs. Very cute gift sets, as well.

I stopped in Lush Cosmetics for the first time this past week. I just had to review how wonderful of an experience it was. From start to finish the staff were all helpful and well versed on all the products. We were offered a bath bomb and bubble demo. We explored the store and I picked out the new shampoo bar as well as conditioner. (The products really are amazing and will last so they are well worth the money) myself, my mother and my fiance all went home with products from Lush and as we were checking out we were offered and additional sample of body scrub. Overall a wonderful experience and I cant wait I go back for more products. Id recommend them to anyone!

I am fairly new to Lush, and still trying out things. Today, I bought body conditioner to go with Rose Jam shower gel. I think I could buy everything in this line and be happy!!

First time to visit . Bought a soap with honey in it. Love it. The manager on duty was very knowledgeable about all the products..I will be back for more.

Love everything about this place! Their bottleless shampoos can last for 80-100 washes, all their materials are recyclable, no animal testing and everything smells amazing. Will definitely be back!

I recently went to lush here and I whisper something to my friend and a young guy who was on staff was listening to my conversation and then replied back with inappropriate tone. And then it appeared to be that his friends were there who didn’t work at lush and he was talking to them/socializing instead of working. So basically was getting paid to talk to friends instead of working;)

The customer service is really bad. I love lush products and have been to all the stores in and around pittsburgh, the employee who needs to explain people about the products seems to be a racist. He is so rude that when I asked him to describe about a new soap bar he said “ it is a routine soap bar with a new shape” . Each and every LUSH product is different from others.How can it be a routine soap bar???He is defaming the lush standards ... HATE HATE HATE IT

Consistently the absolute best help from all of the different workers Ive talked to! they are so helpful with everything from specific problems to just browsing. the products have always been amazing, and I especially love the seanik and godiva shampoo bars, the veganese conditioner and the happy hippy shower gel. everything in the store is at least pleasant to smell if not to die for! since Ive started buying here my skin has cleared up, my hair has gone back to curling like it did when I was very young (which I adore!!) and I get compliments on how I smell all day! Ive been recommended it to everyone!!

The products and the staff have changed my skin and hair forever! Went in for the first time, and was immediately greeted and asked if I have ever tried one of their product. Within seconds of me saying no, I was sat with a knowledgeable staff member who grabbed some of their favorite products and they gave me a few demos just to get me aquatinted with some of their products. After some browsing I was approached by an other staff member who I told again this was my first time, she found one of their senior staff members who listened to my skin issues and gave me even more demos (my hands have never been so soft). After about two weeks of using their products, I returned to make a full switch to LUSH. And this follow up was just as amazing, one of the staff members even recognized me from before and asked how I was liking everything. Not to mention, each time I come in, I leave with like 5 free samples, because if I am ever unsure about a product, they offer a sample and even more options to sample. Over all products have cleared my acne about 60% in three weeks, made my hair an absolute dream, and even partially cured my ezsema! And the staff is amazing.
