It is rare I buy through retail anymore, but if youre looking for fitness equipment, I would recommend G&G. I had a great experience here when purchasing a rowing machine. I spoke with Mark, who was very knowledgeable and helped me choose a better rower than the one I originally intended to buy. He walked me through the full details of each option and, once Id decided which machine to purchase, helped me get the best price for the rower using G&Gs price matching. I purchased a few days later, at which point the staff had my details ready to go and checkout was seamless. This will be my stop for any future purchases of gym equipment.

I recently moved to Pittsburgh and began researching where to buy a high end elliptical machine. I found lots of positive reviews for G&G fitness so I called and I was immediately referred to Andy Toth. After some rapid fire back and forth communications over a few days, I made the purchase and I have been absolutely happy with the decision. Andy took the time to know me. I am not a casual fitness guy but a bit of a fanatic. He guided my purchase choice appropriately. I especially appreciate his patience. I never got the feeling that he was in a rush to sell my anything. After the purchase, Andy reached out to make sure that everything was good. All and all, I am super pleased with the service received from G&G and Andy Toth.

Great customer service! Helpful advice to determine equipment that best suits your needs, not what is most expensive. We just bought our 2nd treadmill from them. The first lasted over 14 yrs. During that time, it required service about 3 times. They were fast, reasonable and did a great job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We went to G&G to look for an Adaptive Motion Trainer. Jason Simmons assisted us with a very informative demonstration and explanation of the equipment. We also looked at a multi-gym system to add to our home gym. We ended up purchasing both items. We had previously bought a treadmill from G&G and have been very pleased with that as well. Always a pleasure dealing with them - very informative and helpful! Definitely would recommend them to anyone purchasing home gym equipment.

This past Sunday I came in to pickup a Roman Chair/Hyper Extension that was ordered for me a week prior. Sarah Dunlap was the employee that greeted me and brought a large box from the back which immediately made me nervous about having to assemble it. I asked Sarah if she knew if they provide tools in the box for assembly as I do not own a set of tools. She explained it is possible, but then said something that literally shocked me. Without me asking or even slightly suggesting it,Sarah offered to assemble it for me right there in the store!!This was completely unexpected especially in 2015 when everything is fast-paced and most places just want you in and out of the store. In addition Sarah was offering this out of kindness and understanding and did not wish to charge me a fee or even except a tip from me.Sarah pulled out the stores tool box and took her time putting together every part and screwing in every screw to ensure the equipment was properly assembled and sturdy. After she was done she even helped me try to get it in my car which was a fail. She allowed me to drive to my parents house real quick and come back with a bigger vehicle and helped me get it in there this time successfully.This was by far probably the best shopping experience I ever had. Sarahs kind willingness to make sure that I would be able to immediately enjoy my new purchase was a priceless gesture in which I will never forget. Im happy G&G has an employee like that and I am looking forward to going back and purchasing more quality equipment. Thank you again Sarah. It was great getting to know you a little bit.

I went in browsing and decided to purchase a Life Fitness treadmill after having a very pleasant sales experience with Jason. He was knowledgeable, patient, attentive, and not pushy at all. He responded to my needs. There were a couple glitches in the delivery but Jason took responsibility and responded with personal service, coming to my house twice. He is a quality salesperson for a store selling quality products. I am very happy with my new treadmill.

My husband and I have 3 pieces of purchased from G & G 13 years ago and the service is wonderful. When our treadmill needed to be replaced for a more knee friendly version, back to G &G we went. We corresponded with Ken Wunderlin several times before we made the actual trip to the store. He was so knowledgeable and patient with us. It was a stellar experience from start to finish. Jason is a very knowledgeable professional who believes in his product. With the amount of competition out there Jason did a great job at giving me the confidence I was dealing with a strong company who provides a great product. Jason listened to what my needs were and recommended a product that will meet them. As far as Im concerned the Precor 9.23 was the perfect treadmill for my wife and I and has exceeded any expectations that we may have had based on previous treadmills

I recently bought a Precor elliptical. Sarah Dunlap took the time to listen to my needs and patiently guided me through several options that would be suited to me. G&G Fitness has something for everyone. There was never any pressure to sell. She recommended that I start slowly, just 2 minutes a day, and build up from there. It isnt easy, but now I go to the gym every day. Sarah started me on the path to self-improvement.

This place is huge! They have everything you could ever ask for when it comes to fitness equipment. Brian and Jake are experts and take their time to ask all the right questions to help put together the perfect home gym. I wouldnt do business anywhere else.

Had a great experience! I took my 81 year grand mother to look at a bike and a treadmill, the staff was awesome! She was nervous about the equipment but, the staff made her feel confident about using it.

We had been talking about searching for an elliptical and since I had purchased many other things from G&G we decided to take a look. Jason, the manager, was the one who helped us. We actually visited twice before seriously considering an actual purchase. I have knee problems and I needed to be sure of the comfort and fit of the machine. Jason shared his wealth of knowledge in the product and was able to help us narrow things down. I actually had to return two days in a row to use the machine so that I could make sure that afterwards I had no problems with my knees. Jason was pleasant, patient, professional and very knowledgeable. He truly cared that the product was the right fit for me and not just a sale.

I came to G & G Fitness specifically to try some of the ellipticals, but with no intention of buying from a store. Having done my online research, I knew that buying exercise equipment without physically using the machines would be a mistake. However, it has been my experience that online shopping tends to be much less expensive than in store purchasing when it comes to almost everything. With this in mind, I was completely blown away by both the customer service at G @ G as well as the competitive prices they had to offer. Such an expensive purchase requires information as well as time to think it all through. I am so thankful to have met Chris Drager at G & G who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in this process, both in the store as well as through email communications. I had quite a few questions and he had all of the answers, yet I never felt pressured to buy or like I was being sold a product. I finalized my purchase with Jason Simmons, who was likewise incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with. Even the two gentlemen who delivered and installed my elliptical were fantastic. Very knowledgeable staff, and a wide variety of models to look at to help choose the best balance between the budget and features, The store does not stock all the models at the store, so an additional trip was needed since we wanted to pick up the treadmill and not have it delivered.
