Currently, paid for a weighted vest, nearly a month ago from this place. Still no vest, the guy has now lied to me twice about the time theyd have the vest ready for pick up and the last time I inquired he just said Im very busy, Ill let you know. So, do I go to my credit card company? Do I call the Fox Chapel Police? What are my recourses.? He seems inclined to just take my money ($370) and just not provide the goods paid for. Isnt this theft? Worst customer service/experience Ive ever had.
