This store is full of great gift ideas! You can customize anything in the store, even items not purchased here - you can bring in to be personalized. The prices are impressive as well, no where near as high as you would think . The customer service here is always pretty great as well.

Ive only gotten a few custom made items from here, but they have been worth every penny. They seem very high quality and come out exactly as I had wanted. Items can get expensive if youre buying in bulk, especially for the holiday season, but its definitely worth the money. I havent found anywhere else like this that can customize such a large array of items. Weve (my Fiancée and I) gotten all kinds of things here. Stockings, snow globes, knives and more. You can find gifts for anyone here.

Went on Black Friday, staff was helpful at first. However, when I went to pick up my purchase they tried to make me take a crooked engraving. Once I said no to that they offered a bracelet with a different birthstone in it that had been engraved with my request. I refused that obvious mistake and eventually got what I ordered but it should not have been that hard.

While they offer some very nice products, the cost to have inscriptions done is very expensive. The time it takes to wait for the work to be done is also rather long. It is a shame it is expensive, they sell many things that would make great gifts.

At the Beaver valley mall its a nice place.

This store is not really my problem.. they were nice and helpful. My review is however about the way the online ordering is handled. I placed order for pick up realized it was wrong store. The fixed it and said it wouldnt be ready till Feb 14th which was ok since thats why I bought it. The problem would be that when I get to the store I am told my order was cancelled and they didnt know why. Ok so I call 1800 number they say not cancelled. Ok then the store States the found order and will make it. Take about 1hr. Ok so now all my plans r pushed back with my wife. Ok so then I come back and they tell me it was refunded. To my account and now I need to pay at store for it. Because my order was cancelled. Ok so I call customer service again and the confirm. So I pay and then I call customer service again just to let them know Im not happy. She proceeds to tell me that I never ordered it and the only items I have with them is the one Im having mailed to me.. so recommend buying in store not online.. oh and p.s. I will be waiting to see my money in my account if not I will be following up with them and proper authorities.

If you are really into collect and or gift the personalized things then it may be good option for you. You may find average to expensive gift items here.
