This rolled ice cream is superb! The flavor is delicious and the mix-ins are plentiful. Watching it being prepared is fascinating and when it’s finished, it looks like a work of art. Almost too beautiful to eat! It tastes great! The guys working there are really nice and take the time to explain all the many options! I’ll definitely be back!

The ice cream here is nice and fresh. They make it right in front of you and its so cool to watch. The ice cream was really good, I came here with family and we all liked it. The staff was polite and welcoming as well.

Delicious vegan rolled ice cream!! They have vegan chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, and raspberry flavors, made with a base of oat milk, vanilla, and sugar. All of their vegan (and allergen specific) toppings are clearly marked, and you can choose three (extra toppings 75 cents extra). Then you watch them make it to order, and you can add a vegan friendly sauce to the ice cream (chocolate, raspberry, and I think strawberry), and they chop the toppings into the ice cream and roll it up! They let you top it off with whatever topping you ordered in the ice cream too! Its such a delicious heaping bowl of ice cream, I cant wait to go back for more!

This place is heavenly and the service was so great!It’s overwhelming at first with all of the delicious choices but the staff helps you through it & even offered me a sample:)I’ve been wanting to go here since it opened & the ice cream is just out of this world! Wanting to try something new, I was hoping that the item (ice cream) would live up to the reviews listed but that wasnt the case. Understanding that vegan ice cream doesnt always set, I was surprised to receive a cup full of ...Im not sure what to call it; I wasnt even asked Are you okay receiving it as it is or would you like me to try again? Granted, I could said something but there were so many people, I didnt want to push them further behind. Adding to such, the vanilla vegan ice cream was absolutely gross and bland. I do want to thank the lady who checked me out. She did such a great job making sure the item didnt contain anything I was allergic to, but again, the execution was pretty horrible.

Its a performance; the people making the ice cream are a delight to watch, and they work hard. It takes a while, though. Its tasty, but not out of the ordinary, taste-wise.

My family and I planned to have dinner and Ice cream here. The hours clearly state they’re open until 10pm, half my family ordered because I wanted to try the bubble wrap to see if I liked it before ordering. So I tasted hers and got back in line around 8:55pm. The kids working literally cut me off and said that was the last order we’re closed….I tried reasoning with the kids to let them know I was just trying the wrap to see if I liked it and now I want to place my order and they did not care one bit…my 6 yr old daughter didn’t get her ice cream either. So needless to say I had to listen to crying all the way home when we spent 40$ on ice cream that half my family got. That’s some aweful customer service if I ever seen any. Would give no stars if there was that option. Will never come back, save your money people and go somewhere they care!

The team member that made my ice cream was named Yoni and he did a fantastic job! He made the experience of watching the ice cream being made into a performance and I was very impressed with his cheery attitude and extremely happy disposition. He is thoroughly deserving of praise from his higherups for bringing such positivity to the company name!

Was looking forward to trying my first Naturoll this past Saturday night, but due to the employees either goofing off or moving at the speed of molasses, that didnt happen. After waiting 25 minutes, during which one of the employees made ice cream for his friends who came in after everyone else in line, and seeing only 2 actual paying orders go out, we asked for our money back so we could leave. The guy who we asked for the refund from was rude and acted like it was a huge imposition to have to do such a thing, even though he knew we were already irritated watching the line jumpers. Too bad, it looks like pretty good ice cream, but I wont be going back to find out.

I know rolled ice cream is the hype right now but frankly this wasnt a discounting experience at all. It was very personalized. The entire staff was super nice even though they were very busy! The ice cream was tailored to my specific wants and needs. I got the Lemon Strawberry and it was delicious! The flavors are throughout the ice cream instead of getting one good bite every now and then.

Great place with plenty of flavors to choose from. They have their signature flavors as well monthly specials. Also, you can customize the way you like it. One flat rate $7 for all ice creams and of you add a wafer to it, that’s $1. A bit overpriced as we paid $28 for 3 ice creams. If you are not ice cream fan, or want to control portion size, you can share with another person. Their rolls tasted good and the staffs are friendly. We love the street too as it has got couple of good restaurants and bakeries.

I’m not a huge ice cream eater anymore however I was very pleased with my dessert here. The experience was fun. Staff was nice. Loved all of the topping options they had. I stopped here one evening while traveling for work. I would try it again.

I was struggling deciding on what I wanted so I asked the staff to surprise me with a dairy-free cup flavor of their choosing and they did not disappoint! I ended up with an ice cream that had Oreos, pretzels, and nutter butter mixed in and on top and I feel that the combination was an excellent and safe route to go!Staff was friendly and the atmosphere was chill.

This ice cream shop is great! They have many different flavor options and even dairy free options. I went with my sister and got the Chocolate Brownie combination. It was so delicious! My sister got dairy free vanilla with a salted caramel topping choice and hers was very good too. The staff was very friendly and it was cool to see them make the icecream rolls.

I had a great experience here. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly, and made conversation with me as I waiting for my order. I love that they have vegan options (chocolate or vanilla base, with many of the toppings vegan as well and all clearly labeled). and my ice cream was delicious. They used fresh fruit, were generous with toppings, and the process was so fun to watch–at least if youve seen the many facebook videos of thai rolled ice cream. There arent really places to sit, but I wouldnt expect that from an ice cream place.

Naturoll is an amazing dessert option for anyone whose seeking a sweet, cold treat. They even have vegan options, and its not coconut like it seems it always is. The vanilla almond milk base is good, a little bit too much vanilla but once smashed n rolled it was a taste treat. And if nothing else, you will be mezmerized by them making your cup of rolls!

Just quite an amazing little place, Im writing the review after a couple times here, one being when they first opened and I still marvel at how they prepare the ice cream in front of you. This was my first time at a Thai inspired Ive cream shop and NatuRoll effortlessly proved why this trend is becoming a staple. Not only is the shop cute and clean, but more importantly, the variety in the creations makes you just want to try everything. You have the choice to just from featured flavors or creating your own. This time I chose smores!

Ive had the cheesecake ice cream as a base here. While the ice cream is decent, its the whole experience thats really amazing. Someone told me its like cold stone, but personally, I believe its far better. Its expensive, but the portion size is large enough for 2.

Got the dairy free option with chocolate almonds raspberries and bananas. A bit pricey at 10 bucks a cup unless you share it with someone. The portion is actually enough for two.

The ice cream was very good but the line was very long. We probably waited about a half hour before being served.

They got Thai and Chai base ice cream which is different but its from a powder form. Its 7.50 with tax for a cup. You pick a base with 3 toppings for make your own. Service is quick and doesnt take long to make. Rolled ice cream is fun but your paying for service.

I love NatuRoll Creamery! Its so fun to watch them take the liquid base and fillings and twist and turn them into ice cream! They have a big board with suggested mixes or you can pick from a variety of flavors and add ins! They even have vegan options! A great choice for ice cream.

I give NatuRoll five stars, we had such an amazing experience here! The ice cream was delicious and the experience was one to remember for sure. I got vegan banana-chocolate- espresso with graham crackers and it was delicious. The lady went out of her way to clean the entire work space to avoid any cross contamination. Most importantly it tastes fantastic. I would love to go back again next time I’m in Pittsburgh. My boyfriend got Oreo- graham cracker- cheesecake and also loved it.Well Done!

This place was a great introduction to Thai ice cream. They offer a huge variety of flavours and toppings, and portions are very large.They have good vegan options, which is a welcome change from other ice cream restaurants in Pittsburgh. They will make accommodations (as much as possible) for food allergies, and are careful to ask you about that before preparing your food.You get to see the preparation of the ice cream through a glass window before eating it. Quite a nice experience!

This place is alright. Its really unique how they make their ice cream but thats about it. I got a chocolate ice cream cup with some chocolate chips in it and a drizzle of chocolate syrup but the ice cream itself didnt taste very flavorful. The concept is really cool, but I feel like the ice cream itself isnt that good. I would try finding ice cream elsewhere if I were you.

This was the BEST dessert I have had in a while! You can choose from the menu or create your own flavor combination of rolled ice cream. I chose the banana nutella special and it was fabulous! Watching it be made right in front of you is also a fun experience.

I visited NatuRoll with my daughter a couple of months ago. The staff warmly greeted us and patiently let her decide her flavor. She had lots of fun watching them roll the ice cream. Pittsburgh is lucky to have such a unique place to serve ice - cream! Seating is very limited, but its worth a stop!

I asked for 2 scoops/2 flavours and wasn’t warned that the scoop size is very large. So when I walked out everyone looked at me. It was very hot, so the ice started to melt quite fast.
