Delicious ice cream with very large portions - be careful before ordering a large - look around.Wed had a big dinner, so I went for a small and Im glad I did. The ice cream is delicious. I look forward to going back sometime when we have a very small dinner, so I can enjoy more. Everything was very fresh and so good!

Advice to customers: This ice cream shop does not currently have a menu on the wall, so walk up to the cash register and grab a hard-copy menu. I ordered the black cherry hard ice cream, and the employee mistakenly rang me up for the black raspberry flavor instead. I ate the ice cream anyway and enjoyed it. My husband ordered the banana cream pie hard ice cream. Banana cream pie is a different and tasty flavor! Order it! Our total bill was several dollars.

I love coming over here to get my peanut butter banana shakes. It is a relaxing environment and peaceful. The staff is sweet and always great you with a smile. I am Christian and feelings I get here while listening to the music is calming.

This is a great little place tucked away from the main roads but so worth the trip! We spent nearly an hour in line - as did everyone else. The ice cream is fantastic, the cones are to die for but the service is very slow - IF - you catch them on when only one staff member is working. Prices are fair, the menu options seem unending, the items are delicious and the ambiance is appealing. So much better than the major chains!!

First time here, I ordered a traditional banana split and asked if I could get marshmallow instead of pineapple and was told NO SUBSTITUTIONS!(side note: I looked everywhere on the menu and could not find where it said this) Sooo okay. Yet, I get out to my car and they gave me vanilla soft serve when I should have gotten vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry hard ice cream! I dont accept substitutions either when it comes to hard and soft ice cream. Soo wont be back.... the banana split was nothing special.

Ownership changed, havent been since. Has always been the best cone (and biggest) in Pittsburgh. Unfortunately the demographic of this neighbourhood has dramatically changed for the bad. Heaven knows that some in this demographic have the missing DNA to have common decency to learn respectful behaviour, lower their vulgar music... Aside from some bad seeds, this is a great ice cream shop and always will be.

As someone whose family has been going to Remember When before the move we were utterly disappointed in the new store. My mother and sister both got mint chocolate chip ice cream one in a cone the other in a waffle bowl and both said it did not taste like anything. My mother had asked for some chocolate sauce or hot fudge on hers and was told it wasnt possible because it would melt the ice cream and the bowl? Yet its the same container that any other ice cream store serves a hot fudge sundae in. We were all very confused during that interaction. Perhaps it is because they are still getting things situated, but we will not be going back for a while

Wish I could give give this place a zero. Worst ice-cream shop I have been to in 47 states and 3 countries. The psychos actually weigh the ice-cream which is the slowest process. Just scoop it and move on. Probably will be out of business by end of summer.Updated with a screenshot of the owners reply. Decent place and theyre very generous on the portions however the inside was very gloomy and I think it would go a long way to update the decor and liven up the place a little.

It was the same size and taste as the Windgap store. I remember taking all my children there and it was a very happy experience. Now I can take my grandchildren to Robinson!

This woman told me, & a family in front of me, to wait a minute, the ice cream guy has to catch up on orders. Okay, fine. But then, these two ladies CUT ME, & THAT FAMILY! & THE LADY TOOK THEIR ORDERS WHEN WE WERE FIRST BEFORE THEM!!! She knew who was first. Smh. This is a complete shame.

Not going to lie kind of disappointed in the sundae, the cones are huge - Oreo milkshake really good. Sundae was really really small it looked lost in the bowl. But besides that we enjoyed everything else.

Been going there with my family, my teams, even myself, on occasion! One of the remaining self owned good ice cream spots! My 14 (almost 15) year old son, has been going there his entire life!, Sat him on the outside the window counter, when he was a baby, in diapers! We stopped by today, to congratulate her on the sale! We just found, shes gone away, on vacation, good for her! The pictures I posted of his all time me favorite, small Vanilla cone, Blue Dip, please! (Thats Blue Raspberry dip)!

One of a kind. I love the variety of sugar free -fat free yogurt. Peanut Butter and peach are my favorites so far. I have or order a child size cone and its still alot!

The cones are massive. I usually get a small which is actually quite large. The pumpkin roll sundae is phenomenal. The specials seem to change weekly so theres always something new. The service is always great and the prices are as well considering the serving sizes. The style of this place and ice cream match the era of old school ice cream parlors.

I am sad too say that things sure have changed it took 20 minutes on a Tues afternoon for a watered down strawberry shake and a bag of chips. Only one other order in front of mine. He was the only one there and it was 95 degrees standing in the hot sun, no umbrellas no shade at all .either hire more people to keep the line moving faster, or get some umbrellas or awnings so customers are able to survive while standing in the short but very slow line.

The absolute BEST ice cream place in the world. Moved from the area and happened to be back in the area for a visit and went there. Wasnt even sure it would still be there. I had a black raspberry hot fudge sundae....like dying and going to heaven

Very disappointed. The cashier didnt know what she was doing so it took 10 minutes to ring up two orders. Ice cream took to long. They got my order wrong and had to make it over again. The line was long because the cashier had to help make orders. Because of the long wait people started leaving.
