We stopped for ice cream on our way through. Simple soft serve with sprinkles was reasonably priced and good quality. Kids were happy.Given the order I can’t evaluate in depth but see no reason our visit was not worth 5-stars. I love seeing these small, local businesses.

I recently got three different kinds of ice cream here, and none of them were good. The pineapple whip was a glass of frozen canned pineapple. The Black Forest sundae did not have its advertised hot fudge, and the banana cream pie ice cream had a poor texture and lacked flavor. There’s a large menu and rotating flavors, and hopefully some other choices may be better than what had.

Great place to visit for treats!! They have tons of flavors! Everyone is very nice! They have treats for dogs! I absolutely love the Halloween decorations they have up now. They are all very amazingly interesting. lol! This place is also very affordable! All around great place!!

This was my second visit about a year apart. Milkshake… simple … shouldn’t be an issue…. A year ago ordered 2 chocolate shakes that were so sweet your eyes would cross. This time tried 2 Lincoln shakes….flavorless ice milk with some chocolate syrup…yuck Maybe they need another year to perfect the milkshake. I probably should have tried a sundae as it seems anything but the ice cream has flavor.

Deeelicious! I had the pumpkin pie sundae which came with a slice of homemade funnel cake and my partner had apple dumpling sundae that was accompanied by a piece of apple pie. Sundaes are humongous and definitely shareable. There’s a path that leads to a really nice seating area to the right of the shop that has several picnic tables. We’ll definitely be coming back here!

Absolutely delicious! Such a sweet lady that waited on us. Not sure if shes the owner. I got the nut roll sundae and my son got the fried oreo sundae. Both were delicious! Ill be going back for sure. And telling everyone to go also!

The Scoop has lovely ice cream desserts, cones and milkshakes. Hard and soft serve ice cream. Good selection. Reasonable prices with good serving size. However, they only take cash! Make sure you have enough cash to make your purchases. Will go again.

This is my favorite place to get ice cream in the summer time. My favorite is oreo ice cream and it’s really good. Has good staff, good service, and has some nice lights outside when it’s dark out.

My hubby and I love this place! We went there 2 days in a row! I always get an extra thick chocolate milkshake and my hubby always get an extra thick blueberry milkshake. They put real blueberries in it! We will keep going there for milkshakes. They do have an extensive menu. Go there and see it!

I have driven past The Scoop a number of times, but never stopped. Today, however, was the perfect day to stop. It was early enough to miss the crowds, so I enjoyed an icecream cone in their little outdoor area. A great way to relax. They have an amazing selection of treats. And as you stand there to order, dont forget to look up and admire the chandelier :)

It was wonderful! Make sure you add to Madisons college fund when you stop. Portions are large and every flavor we tried was better than the last. This is a summer favorite for sure

Knowing they close at 10, we got there at 950. Not surprised they were closed. However, the workers watched us pull up to the front, walk up to the window, made eye contact with my daughter and I, continued to clean and didnt have the decency to at least say we were closed. Just flat out rude to do that in a customer service world.

This place looks very inviting. There is a drive thru, outdoor seating, and large selection of ice cream. They are cash only but there is an ATM on the side of the building. The ice cream was good. When I went only one person was working both the front and drive thru. This made for a relatively long wait time.

Terrible experience, the lady working was rude and unhelpful, and they have alot marked as seasonal the 2 we wanted were unavailable, its summer and you dont have ice cream? What a joke, wont be going back!

They are the best! This was my first time in here and I was very impressedThey had alot of different kinds of sprinkles that my daughter loved so mich.. . They also had malt milkshakes, sundaes made in-house as well, which I love. The shakes tho...OMGGGGGG the best. The Scoop is a must get if youre a banana split and strawberry lover

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had me and my gf ordered two oreo milkshakes and they tasted like pure milk no Oreo and not to mention they were not even a shake it was thin and milky I will never come back and when I tried to tell them I didn’t like it they said no refund and just didn’t care that I had to toss them none of them are wearing mask or gloves 🧤 I’m reporting them to the health department I’m so disappointed very first experience and last unfortunately.

If you want absolutely fantastic ice cream sundaes you must heed my advice and go to scoops. They have very soft velvety ice cream in a class by itself all the toppings are there nice clean and the staff is friendly I would go fifteen miles out of the way to go there. We love to walk here often (and yes, catch pokemon on our way since this is a pokestop!) they have delicious ice cream and a great selection of treats. I love the awesome tables and benches. They have a lot of room to relax and enjoy your treats.

Excellent place to get ice cream. The Nancy B cookie sandwich has no words, you must just try it (see pic) The only reason for 4 stars is that it is a bit pricey IMO.

Once we found this place we were very glad we did!! Great ice cream!! Me being a plain jane very happy with a good chocolate vanilla twist cone!! My daughter likes the big sundaes., my grandson Oreo. ...great selection of goodies here!! With a very nice seating area.

Its our favorite spot for quick perfect service. The workers are super friendly. They even made sure my sons cone had a little umbrella and it made his day!

Wonderful experience and the young girl who wanted on me was a truly good worker. I asked for a couple of extra cherries and got it. Never had an ice cream place do that. Will definitely be back!

Me and my 6 yo daughter went this past Wednesday. The young lady went above and beyond to assure our order was taken care of! Customer service was good and ice cream was even better!!

Great selection, and not overly expensive. There are no signs for this, but be sure to order at the left window and pick up at the right window. Some of the girls who work there are indifferent to the needs of the customer. Bring a knife and fork if you order the Elvis Presley (which is delicious!), because all they have is spoons.

Although the ice cream is a little pricey, my husband and I love it. They have a lot of great variety in treats. And theres tons of parking and plenty of places to sit. Beautiful little location!

Good ice cream and sundaes... But the little b****** you have working here need an attitude adjustment... I never met such little brats in my life... Take some lessons from the people at page ice cream down the road who are a lot more friendlier... Just saying!

This place is just FUN! The picnic bench /garden seating area is so cute & inviting! They play upbeat music over the garden speakers. They have patio umbrellas if its too sunny or if it is rainy. They have a drive thru window & an ATM. I have tried many items on their menu & have never been dissatisfied with anything. The employees are always cheerful & prompt. AND WHAT OTHER ICE CREAM SHOP HAS A CRYSTAL CHANDELIER?! LOL!! I recommend the Nancy B Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich!! I just wish they didnt close for the Winter...

Absolutely great ice cream. A definite must-have for anyone in a reasonable distance from this parlor. The sundaes are insane, the hard icecream has so much variety, and the soft icecream is as good, if not better. One recommendation, though, is to ask for no raspberry syrup on an item with it.

I just got a butterscotch sundae. The ice cream is great but the butterscotch is terrible. It was hard like a taffy rather than a syrup. It made for a bad eating experience. I recommend you look for another supplier for your butterscotch.

Always friendly service, beautiful garden/picnic area. Treats are unique - a little pricey but you get a TON of ice scream & toppings no matter what you pick on menu!! Only complaint i have is that it us Cash Only. A few times i wanted to stop & 4got i didnt have cash on me.
