Went to go get my very first rolled ice cream. Website says open till 10pm. It’s 8:40 and the sign says closed. So much for that. Update your hours and get a phone number..

A fun place to take the kids to watch their ice cream get rolled. Ice cream is creamy and full of flavor. Customer service was great and restaurant was very clean. I would go again to treat the kids even at $7 for a cup.

Rather pricey for a small serving of ice cream with generic toppings and flavor. Although it comes rolled which I bet you have never had before! I have had better ice cream but it wasn’t made before my eyes after I ordered it! Definitely a cool experience

The rolled ice cream is pretty good. However, the vanilla or original flavor tastes very generic and actually just tastes like a normal scoop of ice cream. If you want some actual uniqueness in flavors, try mashing in some mangos or crackers into them! Personally, I prefer the base ice cream to be Match (green tea) mashed with mangos and pretzels.There are unlimited toppings, but heres some rolled ice cream secrets:-Always always throw on a bunch of fruits on. -Dont forget pockey and pretzels.-Always ask for whip cream.-Always ask for condensed milk on top of the whip cream.-Proceed with your favorite little toppings like m&ms, sprinkles and more.Pros: good food, very nice modern interiors.Cons: pricey

Fresh toppings rolled ice cream nice people and love it

Staff is super nice and welcoming and its a cool idea... for one or two visits, maybe. But honestly, the ice cream isnt THAT good, and especially not worth the price. Its a good gimmick, but the price doesnt warrant the lackluster taste of the ice cream. That said, it is a relatively new business with cool decor, so its worth a visit. Hopefully as they grow, the prices can be lowered and allow for a more justifiable experience.

This place is something very new to Pittsburgh, PA When I walked into this place it hit me that it was super upbeat and welcoming. The decor is fabulous and I loved the wing idea on the wall. The tables and chairs are eye-catching. When I ordered my ice cream I had the matcha strawberry, the staff was very nice and accommodated me with my order. There were so many toppings to choose from, when I got my ice cream it seemed hard but I guess its because who wants ice cream that melts quickly right? I wish I can try everything on the menu. But I will be back for more. Thank you 15 Fahrenheit. !!!!!!!!!

I live in Asia and have a Bubble Tea (Boba) obsession. I have tried every place around to try to find some good bubble tea that measures up to the ones in Asia but have failed... Until now! The bubble tea here tasted so good and almost exactly like some I have tried in Asia. So whoever is looking for some bubble tea that would taste authentic I would 10/10 recomend here!

A bit pricey, but ice cream was awesome. Especially if its your first time trying rolled ice cream, I would recommend this place. Ice creams are not too sweet, which is exactly why we like it a lot

The ice cream is amazingly good and as fresh as can be. Good pricing for boutique ice cream in the heart of Mount Lebo. They accept credit, debit, and cash. Clean, well lit, and ample space with modern decoration. Outside seating available next door and across the street near the fountain.

I was skeptical but ended up surprised at how delicious the ice cream was. Incredibly smooth and creamy. Toppings are unlimited but I recommend enjoying the ice cream as is. Only downside is how terribly echoey the restaurant is. Impossible to enjoy a conversion. Next time well take it to go.

Loved this place and it was here that I first tried rolled ice cream!

Pretty much a gimmick. Cool idea and the ice cream is made fresh in front of you. However, I ordered the smores which was supposed to have graham crackers and chocolate, both of which were lacking. They let you put unlimited toppings but they cant fit in the bowl so they give you very little of each thing and most falls off. It said that a make your own ice cream option would be coming soon, I will try it again at that point. However the price doesnt make it worth it at the moment.

While the concept looks neat, I couldnt try it because the owner has NO IDEA how to run a business. There is a $10 card minimum, which DOES NOT WORK when your ONLY item on the menu is $7. Either make your business cash-only (and put a sign ON THE DOOR so you dont waste peoples time), or raise the price by 20 cents to cover card contract fees. Instead you insult your potential customers, drive them away, and fuel one-star reviews such as this.

Love this place! Beautiful decor, courteous staff. The rolling process is fun to watch for kids and adults alike. And ofcourse the ice cream is amazing!

What a tasty treat! Personally I got the chocolate with peaches and a KitKat! Very clean and professional work environment but definitely laidback! There is a cool mural of wings for pictures. Unfortunately the biggest complaint is there is a 10 dollar card minimum and the ice cream is about 7 so you kinda have to use cash or buy a drink. Would recommend

Its a gimmick. But it does the job. The floors were good and it is a fun process watching the employees roll the ice cream. However, its way too expensive and they dont have options for smaller portions.

Cool for the show of the ice cream rolling process. However, it still ends up tasting like ice cream. Fun for 1-2 times, but probably not worth the premium price.

First time at 15 `Fahrenheit. I am an older woman who walks with a cane. A worker GRACE was so kind. She helped me with my umbrella (couldnt close it), found me a seat (it was very crowded), brought my ice cream over to me, check with to see if everthing was ok, took always my used dish, and helped open the umbrella when I was leaving. GRACE, you made me feel like a queen. Thank you, GRACE.

Very different concept. Watching them make it was awesome. One size pricing and unlimited toppings.

Unlimited toppings are great! Its a little too loud in there though if theres a couple people. Very echo-y, especially with them chopping ice cream at the same time.

The ice cream was delicious, and the prep process was fun to watch. A bit loud with all of the chopping going on, so well probably plan on going outside to eat it next time. Worth the stop.

Think of Cold Stone Creamery with a twist. You pick your basic ice cream and any flavorings and they plop them down on a metal pan thats chilled to their namesake. Mix and mix and mix. When all is incorporated, they spread it thin and let it harden. Then, with a spatula, they scrape long strips of and they roll up. Rolls are placed, standing up, in a cup and you add in toppings. Limited choices and one price means that the long lines keep moving. Place is utilitarian and loud, so plan on a nice day and sit outside.

Cool place with good ice cream. Fun to watch them roll it and add your flavor additions.

It was posted everywhere online that they were open until 10pm so we drove there and it’s CLOSED; a ghost town. So I called the number and it rang forever and asked for an access code??? Advertising needs to be corrected because this is ridiculous. Side note: this was my first time to try this place and I was super excited, now super disappointed. Unfortunate.
