WORST customer service ever!!! will Never come back!!! Stopped by today to look for the hilden backpack. The male employee says they dont have any (after checking the computer), then I found they do (they actually have multiple in store). Instead of apologizing to me for his mistake, he was very rude to me and acting very condescending. I will only forgive him if he is actually deaf. Terrible experience.

Lisa the store manager is wonderful!She is dedicated to her job and it shows. When making a decision where to shop today we have many choices. People like Lisa make it easy to make the choice to keep coming back to Tumi.

Its a rare treat to encounter a sales staff so friendly, so knowledgeable, and so accommodating. Nielsen was a master at his craft, recognizing my buying objections and gently working to overcome them.I never felt anything more than light pressure to buy, and he more than made up for that by showing me several demonstrations of different bags.Not only did he take the time to actually listen to and understand my needs, but he actually tailored his recommendations to my needs, rather than a one-size-fits-all elevator pitch.

Love everything here. If you are buying your last suitcase, this is it. I also got the best money clip Ive ever owned here. Never bends and holds around 25 Bills.

Stopped by the Ross Park Mall store yesterday to return an iPhone 6 case which did not hold up. The two employees were more interested in telling me how long they have been in that location and had never seen/sold the model of case I have. They acted as though I was trying to get something for free when I had purchased two of them (for me and my son) at this store. The manager was determined to explain their warranty - ignoring any semblance of caring for her customer. We have purchased many luggage items from this location and always had a good experience; however, we will NEVER return to this store after being treated so poorly. Buy your Tumi from someone else!

I think phone case guy was in another dimension. Without doubt one of the most helpful and friendly Tumi Stores on the planet. Nothing was too much trouble either for an immediate repair or an impulse buy. Thoroughly recommended whether you voted for Trump or not
