I came in here with a friend several weeks ago, she was planning on buying a new handbag and I was looking for a passport holder. While my friend was making her purchase at the register, I looked around the shelves for a pattern I liked. The entire time I was browsing, the manager of this store, a woman with a pixie cut whose name I cannot remember, followed me around and aggressively counted the items on every shelf I looked at to make sure I didn’t steal anything. It made me extremely uncomfortable and I told my friend this after we left the store and thankfully she returned the bag immediately after due to the manager’s rudeness. We both planned on spending money at VB in South Hills Village and were treated like thieves upon entering, despite never having been to this store before. We’ll not be back here and I recommend anyone not visit this location either.

Been going here to get Vera bags, but customer service was pretty annoying a little while back. But theres this really nice girl, i think her name is Kaylee, that works there now that helped me a lot without being too overbearing. they need more like her. If your ever looking for a good gift, ask for her!
