The experience my family has had at this location is top notch. Laken has been so lovely to work with. She has helped my children(4 and 8) with their glasses. Different things have come up with their glasses and each time it is handled quickly. Every time we go in we are greeted with a smile. I highly recommend this location for your next set of frames! The BEST!

Dr Chang & all the staff there is amazing. I would highly recommend going here. I came early accidentally & they took care of me right away. Very knowledgeable & very nice!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are attentive and caring. They have helped my wife pick out two pairs of glasses now, and she is very picky. Laken, the store manager, is very charismatic and made my wife’s experience fun and exciting, and my wife loves the glasses she has. If you’re wanting a fun and authentic shopping experience, this is the place to go!

Absolutely amazing experience! I came in after I broke my glasses in my move from Florida. The staff was extremely accommodating and pleasant, especially Laken! She just had a personality that made my experience so much better. Will definitely be coming back for any other issues I may have !!

The staff and Doctor team are great at Target Optical in Plymouth, MN. We’ve had many family appointments and glasses/contact purchases. Everyone treats us great and communicates very well. The difference is that our expectations are not over the top and we appreciate people for what they can do to help us. If a challenge comes up (as it has) then we handle it as adults and move on. There is nothing about buying glasses or contacts (with or without insurance) that should elicit a person being angry when they are treated respectfully. I certainly appreciate Laken and her team as well as Dr. Anderson and his team for what they do in a very busy store with some exceptional circumstances. Pricing is in line for what you get and if you want to pay less then buy something cheaper!Thank you all. We’ll be back soon for our next round of glasses and contacts.

I went to another target location and my glasses were switched around. I simply called and asked if she could fix the other locations mistake and both woman working were extremely helpful. They made a comment on my ”Eww, David ” mask that made my night. Thank you Target Optical Plymouth!

I’ve gotten glasses here a couple times now, and I’m always pleased with the selection of styles they have on hand. Laken helped me both times and was very helpful in selecting the kind of glasses I should get and made the process very easy. Definitely would recommend!

I love this store! Laken and her staff are always very helpful and take the time to help. I was impressed by the cleanliness during COVID, and the doctors were great as well. I also witness the same level of care being given to the other customers in the store. They elevated my experience and I will always be a repeat customer.

Poor Customer Service, Customer rep needs to be trained appropriately. Target just lost a customer as the customer rep said that she does not want increase her work (as she has to clean it) and we should not touch the frames.

Selecting and buying glasses here at the Plymouth location was a great experience!!At time of purchase, said that delivery to home is an option (important due to living in different city); this offer no longer existed when glasses became ready, with denial of the promise. Now Ill commute over an hour to acquire glasses.

Doctors do thorough examinations. Staff are knowledgeable about the products they carry and services they provide.

I have had the best experience with Dr. Anderson, Dr. Chang, and Dr. Nordin. I had my routine eye exam and the discoverd swelling on my optic nerves which led to referrals to ophthalmology and numerology...after over 13 years with debilitating headaches I finally got a diagnosis of idiopathic intercranial hypertension. I am so thankful and grateful for them everyday. They are very thoughtful caring and do so well with patients I even bring my three kids very family oriented. Love this place and the staff.

This has been our go to place for glasses the last two years. Unfortunately the service and quality of work has not been satisfactory. I cannot recommended this place at all.

Best eye exam ever! Doctor was very attentive and explained everything comprehensively. I truly feel my prescription from here improved my vision better than any prior prescriptions. Reception couldnt have been more accommodating and relaxing. The staff is awesome. They enjoy their jobs and it reflects in their customer service. These ladies are the epitome of customer service.

I placed my order at target for my glasses and contacts, they said I will receieve everything within two weeks. I got my contacts in time but after 4.5 weeks, I called to check up on my glasses order and found out that even after 4.5 weeks my glasses are not yet received by the lab. Asked them about the cancelation of my order - no reasonable answer to my qestion besides they cant do anything at this point in time. I paid $453 for my order. I love Target, worked at their corporate office as well but this sucks! Atleast have someone who can answer the cstomers properly when they are paying that much amount!

Convenient location and modern styles. However, due to them “misreading” my prescription and denying me new glasses until I got in for another appointment - which of course they had none available for days - I realized service just isn’t there at this location. After challenging and expressing frustration, they magically realized their error.. no apologies to follow and consequently, no more business from me.

Jared & Laken went out of their way to find the same frame I brought in broken. A year old Ray Bans. Their customer service, tenacity & follow up was OUTSTANDING!They make Target Optical Plymouth a great place to buy glasses!Thank you so very much!Cathy Berzins

Not professional. I called in advance for them to start my authorization so later in the day I can stop in to get my glasses and contact because I have a daughter and wanted to hurry drop by order it and leave. I called at 11am and stopped in at 5pm and they did not start the process. Wasted over an hour for them to figure that out while I had my daughter who was crying and all. The day I dropped of my prescription I forgot and left it at the store the manger name Chris said I can pick it up when I come for my glasses and contacts. A week later I dropped back to pick up my glasses and contact the gal name Sixxy was super rude and full of attitude. Said I didn’t order contacts when I did. Refuse to give me back my prescription. Do not ever go there! Rude staffs!!!

Love Dr.Nordin!! However, it takes two weeks to receive your ordered prescription glasses..... that is way too long in 2019. Walmart made your prescription glasses in one hour, ten years ago!

Not really sure what the point is to setting up an appointment 1 year in advance, to then receive a call a week in advance reminding you of it, only for you to have to call them to make the actual appointment again. Showed up for my appointment which is what the voicemail recording calls it when they remind you, only to find out that because I didnt call to make that appointment I dont actually have one and theyre totally booked. Im sorry, what?!! Maybe some clearer communication might be in order?

Everything went perfectly. The head eye doctor is actually nice unlike the other 2 target optics I went to.

Girls working the reception area...10/10 loved my experience with them. The fill in docotor was late to work, droppped off her things, left the optical department without acknowledging my presence even AFTER the girls told her that her 12:00 was here. The doctor, left to go to the pharmacy, came back 10 minutes later. I finally got to see the doctor 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.I had a better experience with my daughters appointment a week later.

Prompt, quick, and easy! Staff and Dr. Wendlandt were excellent and explained things as they went along.

Everyone is always super nice and helpful. Well continue going to this location as long as we live in this area.

Went once, over a year later despite verbally agreeing to cease contact theyre still harassing me with unwelcome e-mails, calls, and texts.UPDATE: 2 years later, still emailing me. Will not answer my attempts to contact them for a copy of my prescription.UPDATE 2: 7 months later they are still contacting me.
